금융업 종사자의 특성이 지식공유, 직무만족, 기업혁신에 미치는 영향 분석 연구 (Study on Effect of Characteristics of Financial Professionals on Knowledge Sharing, Job Satisfaction, and Firm Innovation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 금융업 종사자의 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 특성요인과 성과요인 간의 영향관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 금융업 종사자의 특성변수는 개인적 차원의 신뢰성향, 주관적 규범, 지식공유 의지를, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰, 경영층 지원을 설정하였다. 성과변수는 직무만족과 기업혁신을 설정하고, 이에 대한 연구모델을 제시하였다. 연구모델은 금융업 종사자 185명의 설문지를 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 개인적 차원 중에서 신뢰성향은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰 그리고 경영층 지원은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특성요인 중에서 팀원 간 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 금융업 종사자의 지식공유는 직무만족과 기업혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the growing activities of large purchasing enterprises on the trust of small and medium size contractors, which is mediated by 'purchase accompany activity'. This subject study includes the first and second contractor companies in Korea. The results of this study are as follow. First, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of major purchase vendor with cooperative company had a positive effect on the trust of cooperative company, however this was not so with the information sharing activities in that case. Second, the trust of contractors on large purchasing enterprises was positively influenced by sharing activities with purchasing activities of major company. Third, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of purchasing enterprise with contractors on the sharing activities were mediated by the trust of contracting company on the large purchase enterprise. According to this study, the mediated effect of trust relationship can influence a contracting company. Whereas preceding studies of sharing activities were conducted about unidirectional instruct of large purchase enterprises to small and medium size contracting companies, this study was conducted on bidirectional effects, which included knowledge, cost price, information sharing activities between contracting companies and large purchasing enterprises. Conclusively, this study showed the possibility of spreading cognitive and change about mutual benefits strategy between small and medium size contracting company and large purchasing enterprise.

지식 마켓플레이스에서 크리에이터에 대한 신뢰가 강의 선호도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Trust in Creators on Class Preference in Knowledge Marketplaces)

  • Purpose Since COVID-19, the demand for online class platforms has increased. However, those platforms have not been clearly defined, and related research is also limited. In the context of the knowledge marketplace (KMs), this study examined the effects of class information and trust in creators on class preferences from the perspective of consumption value theory. Design/methodology/approach By establishing a web crawler through Python, this study collected 1,174 class data in Korea's leading knowledge marketplace, Class 101, focusing on diverse class-related information and the number of Instagram followers for individual class creators. Based on class information, this research analyzed the effects of consumers' utilitarian value, social value, and hedonic value on class preference. In addition, this study examined whether consumers' trust in creators moderates the relationship between class information and class preference. Findings According to analysis results, it was found that the higher the consumers' consumption value for each class on KMs, the more positive their preference for the class. Also, it was confirmed that consumers' trust in creators moderates the relationship between class information and class preference.

온라인 실행공동체에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구 : 관계적 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Knowledge Sharing in On-Line Communities of Practice : Focusing on the Relational Characteristics)

  • Prior studies on knowledge sharing have concentrated primarily on either organizational or individual characteristics. However, by focusing on the interaction between members in On-line communities of practice (CoPs), we seek to identify and analyze factors that affect knowledge sharing by members in CoPs. Therefore, we examine if the independent variables such as interactivity, followership, and trust have positive impacts on the dependent variables such as commitment to CoPs and intention to share knowledge. In addition, this study also investigates the relationship between commitment to CoP and intention to share knowledge. The empirical results show that interactivity has a positive impact on commitment, but an insignificant impact on intention to share knowledge. Besides, trust between members is significantly associated with intention to share knowledge, whereas it does not have a significant effect on commitment. Moreover, followership is significantly related to both commitment and intention to share knowledge. These empirical findings show that the relationship between members in CoPs play a significant, positive role in intention to share knowledge. In conclusion, this research contributes to shedding a light into both interactions between members in and commitment to CoPs that are critical to facilitate knowledge sharing.

The Bidirectional Relationship between Objective and Subjective Knowledge: Applying the Heuristic-systematic Model in Vietnamese Mobile Banking

  • This study investigates the contribution of customer knowledge to customer intention to adopt mobile banking by evaluating the interaction among knowledge, perceived risk and trust, and behavioral intentions. Analysis is conducted through structural equation modelling using SPSS and AMOS and data from 783 customers representing the seven largest banks in Vietnam. Our study is the first one to find the existence of the bidirectional perspective between objective and subjective knowledge. The study further shows that the attenuation effect in the heuristic-systematic model could be used to explain the stronger influence of objective knowledge on intention compered to subjective knowledge. Our findings suggest that customer knowledge, perceived risk and trust impact the intention of mobile banking users in different manners and to different degrees. Particularly, objective customer knowledge is the most influential predictor of mobile banking adoption. Having a greater understanding of these relationships can help firms in deciding the kind of intervention that is most likely to convince customers to adopt a service.

  • 본 논문은 글로벌 비즈니스 협상과 신뢰요인 사이에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 확인하는 데 연구목적을 두었다. 크리스틴 블랭클리(2010)는 비즈니스 협상에 있어서 각 단계별로 영향을 미치는 신뢰수준을 계산기반의 신뢰, 지식기반의 신뢰, 그리고 동일체기반의 신뢰 등 3가지 유형으로 나누어 지적한 바 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 중국인 거래 파트너와의 비즈니스 협상경험을 가진 한국인과 캐나다인의 협상에 초점을 맞추어 각각의 신뢰수준과 비즈니스 협상 프로세스 사이의 상관 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 한국 응답자들의 경우 계산기반의 신뢰와 동일체기반의 신뢰는 협상 분위기에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 캐나다 응답자들의 경우는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 캐나다 응답자들은 비즈니스 협상과정에서 지식기반의 신뢰가 각 단계별로 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

대학병원직원의 지식경영활동과 성과에 관한 연구 (Knowledge Management Activity and Performance of University Hospital Employees)

  • Background: The efficient knowledge management in hospital organization is generally known as the important activities relevant to employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance. This research examined factors affecting employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance in top 4 university hospitals. This study is based on individual factors such as incentives, reciprocity, behavioral control, and subjective norms. Also, there are organizational factors such as CEO support, learning climate, IT system, rewards system, and trust. Methods: Data was collected from employees who are working at 3 hospitals university in Seoul and 1 university hospital in Gyeonggi-Do through the self-administered questionnaires. A total of 779 questionnaires were analyzed by PASW SPSS ver. 18.0. (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The significant variables affecting knowledge sharing behavior are behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO, IT system, and trust (in organization factor). Also the significant variables affecting work performance are incentives, reciprocity, subjective norms, and behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO support, IT system, reward system, and trust (in organization factor). Conclusion: The personality and organization characteristics factors is important to improve knowledge sharing behavior and work performance of hospital employees. Therefore, to make more efficient knowledge management is to build and system knowledge sharing culture, system, and leadership and to develop practical strategies.

유통업체와 제조업체에 대한 신뢰가 유통업체 브랜드의 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Manufacturer and Retailer Trust on the Private Brand Purchase)

  • 유통업체 브랜드(PB)의 중요성이 부각되면서 최근까지도 유통업체 브랜드의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 선행요인들을 밝히는 연구들이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 본 연구에서는 유통업체 브랜드에 대한 평가 시 소비자들이 외재적 단서로 활용할 수 있는 새로운 영향요인으로서 기존 연구에서 제시되지 않은 유통업체에 대한 신뢰와 PB상품 제조업체에 대한 신뢰를 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 두 신뢰요인이 PB상품에 대한 평가 및 구매의도에 영향을 미치는데 있어 유통업체 브랜드에 대한 소비자의 지식수준에 따라 그 영향력이 달라지는지를 살펴보고 있다. 분석결과, 유통업체와 제조업체에 대한 신뢰는 유통업체 브랜드의 지각된 품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 유통업체에 대한 신뢰는 유통업체 브랜드에 대한 지각된 품질, 그리고 제품태도 및 구매의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 제조업체에 대한 신뢰는 유통업체 브랜드에 대한 지각된 품질에만 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 제품에 대한 태도와 구매의도에는 지각된 품질을 매개로하여 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 차이를 좀 더 구체적으로 살펴보기 위하여 소비자의 지식수준에 따라 두 집단으로 나누어 영향관계를 살펴본 결과, 유통업체 브랜드에 대한 경험정도나 지식수준이 높은 소비자 집단에서는 유통업체에 대한 신뢰가 제품의 지각된 품질, 제품태도, 구매의도 등에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 제조업체에 대한 신뢰는 품질지각, 제품태도, 구매의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지식수준이 낮은 소비자집단의 경우 유통업체와 제조업체 신뢰 모두 PB상품의 품질을 지각하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 지식수준이 낮은 소비자들이 지식수준이 높은 소비자들보다 유통업체와 제조업체에 대한 신뢰 의존도가 더 높다는 사실을 제시해준다.

Functional Requirements of Data Repository for DMP Support and CoreTrustSeal Authentication

  • For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

지식경영을 위한 웹사이트 신뢰의 조절효과에 대한 연구: 정보화마을 웹사이트를 대상으로 (The Empirical Test of Moderating Effect of Website's Trust for Knowledge Managment: Applying for e-Village's Website)

  • In this study, we investigated the repeated vist of the e-village shopping mall as an online agricultural business platform. We applied Pine and Gilmore (1998) theory for the e-village website information systems. We hypothesized that 4 dimensions such as entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience toward satisfaction and, moreover, we investigated the moderating trust effect of satisfaction and repeated visit website. We set those independent variables (entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience) and dependent variable as experience satisfaction. The results indicated that the 4 experiences factors had a positive effect on the experiential satisfaction, and the trust moderating effect has a negative effection between the experiential satisfaction and the repeated visit. The experiential satisfaction had a positive effect on the repeated visit of e-village websites.
