웹이 대중화됨에 따라. 교사의 자료 수집에 있어서도 웹 사용의 필요성은 점차 증대되고 있으나. 정보의 양미 급증하고 적절한 사용기술의 부족으로 인해 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 교수-학습에 필요한 다양한 자료와 교사의 지식을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 교수-학습안 관리 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 교수-학습안에 필요한 정보는 웹에서 간단한 입력으로 생성되어 데이터베이스에 저장되고. 생성된 교수-학습안은 웹 환경에서 다른 교사도 공유한다. 또한. 교수-학습안 DTD를 설계하고 각 교수-학습 안을 이에 유효한 XML 문서로 표현함으로써 문서교환의 편리성을 제공하고 다양한 형태로 출력될 수 있도록 하여 교육에 관련된 다른 시스템으로의 확대적용이 용이하도록 하였다.

An old castle in a tranquil setting. At first glance, no-one would suspect that this was the backdrop for the research and services centre providing expertise from all areas of the textile-clothing supply chain, textile care and other associated sectors. The Hohenstein Institutes are a modern communications centre with the latest research equipment where highly qualified scientists carry out their research and exchange knowledge. This combination of high-calibre staff and the philosophy of the unity of research, training and application have guaranteed the Hohenstein team of their position as an internationally respected institution offering high levels of expertise in all areas of the textile-clothing chain. At the beginning of the 21st century, the team of scientists at Hohenstein made the research and development of high-tech textile and garment innovations their number one priority. They recognise a rapidly developing market for "intelligent textiles" and "Smart Clothes" capable of adapting their function to the existing environmental conditions. Clients for the research projects, which are often carried out in conjunction with other institutions and industry, are research associations, federal ministries, the European Union and numerous leading companies both in Germany and abroad. The Hohenstein Institutes dispose of four international offices at the moment: in Turkey (since 1996), USA (since 1999), Lima (since 2002) and Mexico (since 2003).

The concrete information technology (IT) has affected ways for supporting agricultural products. However, studies relating IT to agriculture in a broader sense have not been prevalent. The objective of this study is to improve agencies' effectiveness and performance in the use and application of IT through understanding the organizational fit and misfit. This research applied a multi-contingency view to Korean IT supporting agricultural promotion agencies and it evaluated the competitiveness of these agencies with reference to the correspondence of factors (Goal, Strategy, Environment, Knowledge Exchange, Task Design, and Information System) affecting their performance with organizational goals. The results reveal that organizations with good performance show better organizational fit with their organizational goal. This study contributes to the ways of efficient IT management in agricultural organizations in Korea.

In order to promptly cope with the various requirements of consumers, the environment of product development is being globalized in manufacturing industrials. For this reason, it is necessary to build up an efficient collaborative system for communication between remote area designers. Specially, while Internet and information technologies were merged with the manufacturing or business process, the research for collaborative system has become an important issue. Therefore, we propose a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework using SPS(SharePoint Portal Server) which is an enterprise business solution that integrates information from various system into one solution through single sign-on and enterprise application integration capabilities, with flexible deployment options and management tool. Through a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework, designers can exchange design information and have a conference in remote area designers or designer teams for alternative designs

Soil moisture, through its dominance in the exchange of energy and moisture between the land and atmosphere, plays a crucial role in influencing atmospheric circulation. To identify the crucial role, it is a common agreement that knowledge of land surface processes and development of remote sensing techniques are of great important scientific issues. This research uses TRMM satellite C band (10.65 GHz) data to retrieve soil moisture on the Tibetan Plateau in Mainland China. Two retrieval schemes that are implemented include the t-(J) model and the R model. The latter one is developed based on a land surface process and radiobrightness (R) model for bare soil and vegetated terrain. Compared with the in situ ground measurements, the soil moisture retrieved from the R model and the t-(J) model with vegetation information obviously appear more accurate than that derived from bare soil model. Retrieved soil moisture contents from the two inversion models, R model and t-(J) model, have a similar trend, but the former appears to be superior in terms of correlation coefficient and bias compared with in situ data. In the future, we will apply the R model with the TRMM 10.65 GHz brightness temperature to monitor long-term soil moisture variation over Tibet Plateau.

해사클라우드는 해상 도메인의 여러 통신 링크 간 원활한 정보 교환을 가능하게 하는 e-Navigation의 주요 통신 기반 기술이다. 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행중에 있으나, 현재까지는 기초적인 단계에 있다. 해사클라우드는 다양한 통신 인프라를 활용하여 정보를 전달하므로, 기존의 해양 통신 환경보다 더욱 많은 위협에 노출될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해사클라우드 환경을 위한 안전한 데이터 전송 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 비밀분산 방식을 기반으로 지오캐스팅을 통하여 비밀조각이 전달되며, 이를 기반으로 암호화 키를 생성하여 특정 시점에 인가된 선박에 한해서만 원본 정보를 복원할 수 있다는 특징이 있으며, 스니핑 및 중간자 공격에 안전하다는 장점이 있다.

This study was undertaken evaluate the general image for dental hygienist. A questionnaire was given to each Dentist, the staff of dental. 65 Dentist, 145 the staff of dental were included in the subjects between Jul. 1 and Oct. 30, 2008. The collected data was analysed by the SPSS Win 12.0/PC using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA. The image for the dental hygienist was analyzed by 28 items. As a result of analysis on image of dental hygienist, The Dentist's group and staff's group, both appreciated positive image that explain process of treatment to patient very well, having professional knowledge and experienced skill, carries on an effective and valuable work. give a confidenced to patient. These group also gave negative image in the aspect that the dental hygienist is stressful job, handmaid of Dentist, participate of decided something for dental clinic, having association activities. It is necessary for dental hygienist by oneself development ability through science congress variety major and acquirement new technology, exchange information, interchange activities, and association of dental hygienist should efforts for growing up image through mass media.

본 논문은 학교현장에서 학습자의 창의력 신장을 위해 멀티미디어 교육을 지원하는 웹 기반 실시간 교육 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 교수·학습자간의 실시간 상호작용과 개별학습, 학습자의 학습일탈을 방지하기 위한 강제화면 분배를 지원할 수 있게 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 UML을 적용하여 다중 사용자 환경에서의 실시간 메시지 교환과 관리를 위한 모듈을 두어 효율적인 상호작용이 가능하게 하였으며, 학습자의 실험·실습을 위한 시뮬레이션이 이루어지고 실험의 방법과 결과분석 등에 대한 질의 응답을 지원한다. 학습자의 학습진행과 지식형성을 위해 시스템의 교육적 기반을 구성주의에 두었다.

Reading education is very important in order to promote the refinement, cultivate the emotion and complete the character to the secondary school students. This thesis deals with the establishment of reading education as a formal course in secondary schools, responsibility of teaching and problems related to recommended reading lists. Reading education must separate from the national language education because of literature centered education in reading education. If reading education was separated from the national language education, students can a n.0, pproach to the other cultural boundary besides other own and exchange their information and ideas. So, reading education must be included to the elective subjects in a independent course or become a compulsory subject in secondary school curriculum. The teacher of reading education must become the teacher librarian who has a firm faith and an intellectual accomplishment. But, teacher-librarian has much disadvantages such as the problems of promotion, the division of qualification between elementary school and secondary school, and a short-term training courses for teacher-librarian. Hence, theses problems music be solved in national administrative level. Recommended reading lists must be provided to the student in order to prevent confusion of the sense of value, to estimate their own reading ability by themselves and to establish life long reading plan. Therefore, both Korean Library Association and the Ministry of Education should re-examine and develop recommended reading lists. Finally, problems of a juvenile delinquency in the post industrial society have to be solved through reading education. To solve the juvenile delinquency problems, adolescents should cultivate their moral character and possesses abundant knowledge through reading education. Then, young adults will grow as sound citizen in the society.

Worldwide inter-operability for microwave access (WiMAX) is a promising technology that provides high data throughput with low delays for various user types and modes of operation. While much research had been conducted on physical and MAC layers, little attention has been paid to a comprehensive and efficient security solution for WiMAX. We propose a hybrid security solution combining identity-based cryptography (IBC) and certificate based approaches. We provide detailed message exchange steps in order to achieve a complete security that addresses the various kind of threats identified in previous research. While attaining this goal, efficient fusion of both techniques resulted in a 53% bandwidth improvement compared to the standard's approach, PKMv2. Also, in this hybrid approach, we have clarified the key revocation procedures and key lifetimes. Consequently, to the best of knowledge our approach is the first work that unites the advantages of both techniques for improved security while maintaining the low overhead forWiMAX.
