The purpose of this study is to identify the clinical effects of Jujadanggui-hwan in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity. Jujadanggui-hwan mentioned in Dongeuibogam has an effect on leucorrhea and cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet, lower abdomen and lumbus. Jujadanggui-hwan were prescribed to 24 dysmenorrhea patients with cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet or with leucorrhea three times a day for 13 weeks. After the treatment, numerical index for the pain was obviously reduced 'tot' point 2.12. It means that pain index as the patient can't do everyday occurrences reduce to 3 grad enough to do ordinary experience. So this study shows that Jujadanggui-hwan has remarkable effects on dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity.

Objective : This study is to report the effect that taken by using oriental treatment on the patient with Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS). Methods : We have observed this case of patient treated by Acupuncture therapy, pharmacopuncture therapy and herbal medication. Results : There was improvement in condition of the patient who had Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS) after treated by using oriental treatment. Conclusion : Oriental treatments such as Acupuncture therapy, Pharmacopuncture therapy and herbal medication can be effective for the Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS).

Autoimmune regulator gene (Aire) is expressed in the thymus and controls the expression of peripheral self-antigens, known as promiscuous genes. Aire and promiscuous genes are involved in T cell tolerance and autoimmunity in the thymus. Here, we identified Aire-expressing fibroblastic reticular cell (FRC), which was derived from mouse lymph node and also expressed in insulin promiscuous antigen. The expression of insulin was increased in cultured FRC over-expressed with Aire. These data suggest that Aire regulates promiscuous gene expression in FRC, and that this function might be under peripheral selection control.

Magnaporthe oryzae is destructive plant-pathogenic fungus and causes rice blast. The pathogen uses several mechanisms to circumvent the inhibitory actions of fungicides. ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters are known to provide protection against toxic compounds in the environment. PC facilitated bioinformatic analysis, particularly with respect to accessing and extracting database information and domain identification. We predicted ABC transporter genes from the M. oryzae genome sequence with computation and bioinformatics tools. A total of thirty three genes were predicted to encode ABC transporters. Three of thirty three putative genes corresponded to three known ABC transporter genes (ABC1, ABC2 and ABC3). Copy numbers of the ABC transporter genes were proven by Southern blot analysis, which revealed that twenty genes tested exist as a single copy. We amplified the DNA complementary to RNA corresponding to eleven of these by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.

본 연구는 기존의 실내 환경 관리시스템의 단순함에 퍼지이론을 부가하여 지능적으로 관리하는 것을 제안한다. 이 장치는 실내의 온도, 습도, 공기 오염도를 센서를 사용하여 측정한 후, 이를 아두이노를 활용한 제어 프로그램으로 보낸다. 계절별 적정 환경을 기준으로 만든 퍼지 규칙을 통해 쾌적한 실내 환경을 만들 수 있도록 에어컨, 제습기, 공기청정기를 제어하여 자동으로 실내의 환경을 관리해주는 지능적인 IoT 환경을 구축한다.

본 논문에서는 Linux 운영체제에서의 kernel hardening을 설계한다. 커널 내에서 panic 이 발생할 경우 복구가 가능한 경우에는 정상적인 동작이 될 수 있도록 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 Linux Kernel Hardening 기능은 안정적인 커널의 동작을 보장한다. 본 논문에서 Linux Kernel Hardening을 보장하기 위하여 커널 내 ASSERT(), BUG() 함수를 중심으로 설계를 한다.

The following case study illustrates the administration of Bojanggunbi-tang in the treatment of a man diagnosed as having Crohu's disease. The usual gastrointestinal symptoms of Crohu's disease are diarrhea, abdominal pain and weight loss, in addition to anemia and rectal bleeding. A l6-year-old man diagnosed with Crohn's disease, who was treated at our clinic, had symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, anemia and rectal bleeding. He was treated with Bojanggunbi-tang. For the two months the symptoms were considerably reduced. The result supports the clinical efficacy of Bojanggunbi-tang for the treatment of the symptoms of suspected Crohn's disease.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture treatment in patients with lumbago and skelalgia. Methods: This clinical study included 45 patients who were treated for lumbago and skelalgia at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Dong-Eui University College of Oriental Medicine, from July 5, 2011, to January 31, 2012. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups: Chukyu (spine-healing)-pharmacopuncture-treated group (experimental group, n = 23) and normal saline-pharmacopuncture-treated group (control group, n = 22). Patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture while those in the control group were treated with acupuncture and normal saline pharmacopuncture. To estimate the efficacy of controlling pain, we checked the visual analog scale [VAS], and to estimate the improvement of the symptoms, we evaluated by pain rating scale [PRS] and the Oswestry low-back pain disability index [ODI]. Results: A comparison of the experimental and the control groups showed more significant improvements in the VAS, PRS, and ODI for the experimental group than for the control group. Conclusions: Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture can be used for effective treatment in patients with lumbago and skelalgia.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out proper method for clinical application of acupoints in Bell's palsy patients by using of digital infrared thermographic imaging(DITI). Methods : We investigated 44 cases of patients with Bell's palsy and checked thermal differences between abnormal and normal acupoint sites by using of DITI. Then we drew a comparison between acupoints of DITI and HBGS, ENoG, NET. We used Pearson's correlation for statistical analysis. Results : The HBGS was significantly correlated with ENoG, NET. The thermal difference of ST3 was significantly correlated with HBGS, Lip and Buccal abnormal site of NET. And the thermal differences between ST3 and GB21 were significantly correlated with ENoG, Forehead abnormal site of NET. Conclusions : Severity of Bell's palsy can be evaluated through DITI.
