Anti-inflammatory potential of the enzymatic extract prepared by Kojizyme (ECK), a component of brown seaweeds Ecklonia cava (Alariaceae, Phaeophyta) in vivo was investigated. For the application of mouse ear edema model, 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol acetate (TPA) was used, a topical inducer of a long-lasting inflammatory response. Our results demonstrated that ECK inhibited ear edema when topically applied to mouse ear skin. In histological evaluation, the inhibition activity of ECK on TPA-induced inflammation is similar to that of dexamethasone, although less strong. In addition, the mRNA expression levels of IL-$1{\beta}$, IFN-$\gamma$, TNF-$\alpha$, and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX2) and the immunoreactivity to inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and COX2 expressed mainly in inflammatory cells were down-regulated by ECK. These results indicate that ECK has anti-inflammatory effects through the inhibition of Th1 cytokines and 2 inducers of inflammation in TPA-induced ear skin edema.

Let ${\Omega}$ be a bounded, uniformly totally pseudoconvex domain in ${\mathbb{C}}^2$ with the smooth boundary b${\Omega}$. Assuming that ${\Omega}$ satisfies the negative ${\bar{\partial}}$ property. Let M be a positive, finite area divisor of ${\Omega}$. In this paper, we will prove that: if ${\Omega}$ admits a maximal type F and the ${\check{C}}eck$ cohomology class of the second order vanishes in ${\Omega}$, there is a bounded holomorphic function in ${\Omega}$ such that its zero set is M. The proof is based on the method given by Shaw [27].

최근 정보 사회의 발전에 따라 컴퓨터와 같은 정보기기는 클럭(clock) 주파수가 수 기가헤르츠 이상 기능을 갖는 제품들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 전자 제품에서 발생하는 누설 전자파의 특성을 이용하여 신호 복원에 이용할 수 있다는 연구가 최근에 진행 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이처럼 미세하게 방사되는 모니터의 전자기파를 수신하여 영상복원을 하는 연구를 수행하였다. 일정거리에서 수신된 모니터 방사신호를 이용하여 영상복원을 하였으며, 해상도를 높이기 위해 다양한 영상복원 기법을 적용하였다. 우선 모니터의 화면 특성을 이해한 후, 화면 구성 원리에 따라 누설 전자파 신호를 이용해 모니터 화면을 복원하였다. 또한 좀 더 나은 성능을 위해 Wavelet transform과 필터를 적용해 잡음을 제거하였다. 실험 결과 누설 전자파 신호를 이용해 모니터 화면의 복원의 가능성을 확인하였고 wavelet transform과 필터를 적용하여 성능을 개선하였다.
