십전대보탕을 투여한 흰쥐의 중요장기중 금속농도변화에 대한 연구 (Effect of SipJeonDaeBo-Decoction on Target Organ Metal Level in Rats)

  • This dissertation was to research how some metal level within SipJeonDaeBo - Decoction, one of oriental prescriptions, influence Sprague-Dawley animals. 1. Under the experiment with drinking waters there was no metal ${\sim}0.65\;mg/L$ detected. A metal with feed found 0.001-376.983mg/kg. 2. In the mice's kidney, brain, bones used experiment, As searched 0.474 mg/kg, 0.486 mg/kg, 0.314 mg/kg 0.834 mg/kg respectively ; Cd 0.060 mg/kg, 0.045 mg/kg, 0.030 mg/kg, 0.353 mg/kg, ; Co 0.105 mg/kg, 0.063 mg/kg, 0.030 mg/kg, 0.399 mg/kg, ; Cr 0.292 mg/kg, 0.304 mg/kg, 0.234 mg/kg, 0.962 mg/kg, ; Cu 4.201 mg/kg, 3.759 mg/kg, 1.923 mg/kg, 0.484 mg/kg, ; Fe 57.535 mg/kg, 150.571 mg/kg, 17.178 mg/kg, 281.506 mg/kg, ; no Hg, Mn 0.612 mg/kg, 2.968 mg/kg, 0.528 mg/kg, 4.205 mg/kg, ; Ni 0.094 mg/kg, 0.072 mg/kg, 0.078 mg/kg, 27.714 mg/kg, ; Pb 0.269 mg/kg, 0.293 mg/kg, 0.283 mg/kg, 43.142 mg/kg ; Zn 4.149 mg/kg, 21.861 mg/kg, 8.088 mg/kg, 226.283 mg/kg respectively. 3. In level of hazardous metal within idney control group searched 0.194 {\pm}\; 0.052 mg/kg, experimental I g개up $0.189{\pm}0.036\;mg/kg$, experimental I group $0.264 {\pm}{\pm}\;0.179\;mg/kg$. In level of non hazardous metal control group searched $15.917{\pm}5.575\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $17.064{\pm}2.246\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $16.892{\pm}3.586\;mg/kg$. Besides in total level of metal control g.cup detected $6.484{\pm}2.258\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $6.940{\pm}0.914\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $6.915{\pm} 1.508\;mg/kg$ There all was no statistical significance. 4. In level of hazardous metal within the liver control group searched $0.187{\pm}0.048\;mg/kg$, experiment I g개up $0.168[\pm}0.079\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $0.277{\pm}0.159\;mg/kg$. In level of non hazardous heavy metal control group detected $44.925{\pm}18.468\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $39.917{\pm}12.772\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $49.525{\pm}33.484\;mg/kg$. Besides in total concentration control group searched $18.082{\pm}7.395\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $16.068{\pm}5.128\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $19.977{\pm}13.443\;mg/kg$. There was no statistical significance but hazardous metal gets more level in the experilnent group than in the control group. 5. In level of hazardous metal within brain control group searched $0.145{\pm}0.056\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $$0.167{\pm}0.030\;mg/kg, erperiment II group $0.172{\pm}0.123\;mg/kg$. In level of non hazardous heavy metal control group detected $6.488{\pm}0.965\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $7.290{\pm}0.588\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $7.010{\pm}1.627\;mg/kg$. Besides in total concentration control group searched $2.683{\pm}7.395\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $3.017{\pm}0.238\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $2.908 {\pm} 0.711\;mg/kg$. Therefore there was no statistical significance. 6. In level of hazardous metal within bone control group searched $8.172{\pm}5.195 \;mg/kg$, experiment I group $9.128{\pm}4.143\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $9.401{\pm}6.924\;mg/kg$. There is statistical significance(p<0.05). In level of non hazardous metal control group detected $94.065{\pm}36.035\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $147.563 {\pm}79.939\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $142.730{\pm}77.374\;mg/kg$. Besides in total level control group searched $48.530{\pm}16.523\;mg/kg$, experiment I group $64.502{\pm}31.078\;mg/kg$, experiment II group $62.733 {\pm}34.641\;mg/kg$. Therefore there was no statistical significance. 7 In the correlative research as to how each metal influences to ingestion Cd and Co searched 0.954 and Pb and Ni -0.0884 from kidney. Co and Cd was 0.995 and Zn and As -0.190 from liver. Co and Cd were 0.995 and Zn and Cu -0.393 from brain. Co and Cd were 0.998 and Zn and Mn -0.206 from bones

배합해열진통제(配合解熱鎭痛劑)의 전임상시험(前臨床試驗)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (The Pre-Clinical Experiments of the Compounding Antipyretic Analgesics)

  • The studies of the compounding analgestic antipyretics were examined by the converted Koster's method (mice) and the converted Mac Donald's method (mice) induced on the three assumption crossover test. And the following results were found. 1. The same effect of the writhing inhibition in this compounding antipyretic dosage by it's oral administration is as follows. Aminopyrine 100mg/kg. (standard), aminopyrine 50mg/kg compounding with chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg/kg., compounding with diphenhydramine hydrochloride 8mg/kg., compounding with atropine sulfate 0.2mg/kg., or compounding with scopolamine hydrobromide 0.2mg/kg. And aspirin80mg/kg., Salicylamide 90mg/kg., sulpyrine 60mg/kg., or phenacetin 70mg/kg. compounding with the same dosage of the adjutants above. 2. The elevation-rate of the reaction threshold in this compounding antipyretic dosage by it's oral administration calculate as follows. When the elevation-rate (ER) of aminopyrine (100mg./kg.) is 1.00 (Standard), ER of aminopyrine (50mg./kg.) compounding with chlorpheniramine maleate (2mg./kg.) calculated 1.42, aspirin (80.mg./kg.) compounding with diphenhydramine hydrochloride (80mg./kg.) calculated 1.18, salicylamide (90mg./kg.) compounding with chlorpheniramine maleate (2mg./kg.) calculated 1.15, sulpyrine (60mg./kg.) compounding with chlorpheniramine maleate(2mg./kg.) calculated 1.28, and ER phenacetin (70mg./kg.) compounding with chlorpheniramine maleate (2mg./kg.) calculated 1.19.

서울시내 수산시장에서 유통되고 있는 수산물의 비소(As), 카드뮴(Cd) 및 납(Plb)의 함량 (Heavy Metals in Fishery Products, Sold at Fish Markets in Seoul)

  • 우리나라 연안에서 어획, 또는 수입된 어류 33종 256건, 이매패류 15종 312건, 갑각류 12종 91건(총 782건), 기타 수산물 10종 123건의 시료를 대상으로 As, Cd 그리고 Pb의 함량을 A.A.S로 분석한 결과, 어류에서는 0.021mg/kg(N.D.~0.162 mg/kg), 0.0l4mg/kg(0.001~0.120 mg/kg), 0.111 mg/kg(0.015~0.499 mg/kg), 이매패류의 경우 0.052 mg/kg(0.003~0.311 mg/kg), 0.182 mg/kg(N.D.~1.905 mg/kg), 0.138 mg/kg(0.013~0.462 mg/kgg), 갑각류의 경우 0.042 mg/kg (N.D.~0.328 mg/kg), 0.079 mg/kg(0.002~1.113 mg/kg), 0.109 mg/kg(0.006-0.510 mg/kg) 그리고 기타 수산물의 경우 0.024 mg/kg(N.D.~0.181 mg/kg),0.033 mg/kg(0.001~0.214 mg/kg),0.118 mg/kg(0.010~0.877 mg/kg)으로 각각 나타나, 이매패류가 다른 종류에 비해 유의하게 높은 결과를 보였고(p<0.0001), 국내의 최대허용농도 이하였으며, 수산물을 통해 섭취되는 비소, 납, 카드뮴의 주간섭취량을 분석한 결과 FAO/WHO에서 권장하는 PTWI에 비해 1.4~26.4%정도인 것으로 나타났다.

질소시비 수준이 수수 $\times$ 수단그라스 교잡종과 대두와의 간작재배에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nitrogen Level on Intercropping Cultivation of Sorghum $\times$ Sudangrass Hybrid and Soybean)

  • A field experiment was conducted in Chungiu and Jungwon to evaluate growth characteristics, root development, dry matter yield, crude protein yield and palatability according to nitrogen fertilizer level at intercropping cultivation of sorghum $\times$ sudangrass hybrid(hereinafier referred as SSH) and soybean. Nitrogen level was six treatment of Okg, 30kg 60kg, 90kg 120kg, and 150kg per hectare, and cutting date (sorghum $\times$ sudangrass and soybean) was july 28. 1. In the SSH, plant length was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer from 0kg/ha to 120kg/ha, but 150kgha treatment was decreased cornpared to 120kg/ha treatment. In the soybean, plant length did not show difference among 0kg, 30kg 60kg, and 90kg per hectare, but 120kg and 150kgfha treatment was on the contrary short. In the SSH, leaf length, leaf width and leaf number were the highest in 120kg/ha treatment, but soybean showed multifarious. 2. Stem diameter of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. But soybean was thick from 0kg/ha treatment to 60kg/ha treatment, while above 90kg/ha treatment was on the contrary thin. Stem of SSH was hard with increasing nitrogen fertilizer, but soybean was soft with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. Root weight (Dry matter) of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. On the contrary, soybean was decreased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer. 3. In the dairy cattle and Korean native cattle, palatability according to nitrogen fertilizer was the highest at 90kgha treatment, while 120kgha treatment and 150kgha treatment was the lowest. But in the deer, 30kg/ha treatment of low nitrogen fertilizer was the highest in palatability. 4. Nitrogen content of root of SSH was increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer(P<0.01). But in soybean, 30kg and 60kg/ha treatment were higher than 0kg, 90kg, 120kg and 150kg/ha treatment(P<0.01). Total niwogen content of soil were high at 90kg 120kg 150kgha trea~ment(P<0.01). 5. Dry matter yield was high at the 90kg 120kg and 150kgha treatment as range from 15, 262kg/ha to 15, 614kg/ha without significant difference among those, but Okgha treatment was the lowest as 11, 183kg/ha (PC 0.05). Protein content of SSH was the highest at 90kg/ha treatment as 8.3 percentage. Soybean was highest at 60kgha treatment as 22.9 percentage. Protein yield was the highest at 90kg/ha treatment as 1, 547.6kg/ha, but Okgha treatment was the lowest as 1, 022.8kg/ha (P<0.01).

인삼 신품종과 계통의 개화 및 결실 특성 (Characteristics of Flowering and Fruiting in New Varieties and Lines of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)

  • 우수품종 및 계통으로 산지실증시험에 공시된 천풍, 연풍, KG103, KG104, KG105 및 황숙종의 개화 및 결실특성을 조사하였던 바, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 품종 및 계통간의 개화기는 약간의 차이를 나타냈으며, 연풍과 KG103이 다른 품종이나 계통에 비해 약간 빨랐다. 조사된 품종과 계통의 임실율은 60% 수준으로, KG104가 비교적 높았고, KG103이 낮은 편이었다. 종자결실형별로 보면 천풍과 KG10S은 1립형, 연풍, KG104 및 황숙종은 2립형의 임실율이 높았으며, KG103은 1립형과 2립형이 비슷한 비율을 보였다. 칸당 채종 줄기수는 연풍이, 줄기당 채종 종자수는 KG104가 가장 많았다. 칸당 채종립수는 연풍이 가장 많았으며, KG105가 비교적 낮은 경향을 보였다. KG103의 종자는 비교적 굵은 대립종이 많았으며, 천풍과 황숙종은 소립종이 약간 많았다.

인산질비료 및 인산질강화퇴비가 수도의 수량 및 수량 구성요소에 미치는 영향 (The effect of superphosphate fertilizer and composts enriched with superphosphate on the grain yield and yield components of rice)

  • 이 시험은 비옥도가 중위로 보이는 유기공함량 5.0%, 전질소함량 2.8%, 인산 166ppm, 가리 1.13me/100g 및 규산함량 3.9ppm이 되는 논에서 고수준의 인산시용의 효과와 아울러 완숙 ?퇴비에 중과인산석회의 혼적에 의한 인산질강화퇴비의 시용이 수도의 생육과 수량구성요소 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 알고저 실시하였는데 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 인산의 효과는 10a당 5kg, 7.5kg 및 10kg의 시용구간에 수량과 그밖에 수량 구성각요소들은 유의차가 없으며 인산증시의 효과가 없었다. 2. 완숙한 볏짚퇴비 1000kg/10a 시용과 인산 5kg, 7.5kg 및 10kg/0a 시용구간에 현미수량은 통계적으로 유의차가 없었으나 수치적으로는 퇴비 1000kg/10a 시용구 220kg 인산 5kg/10a시용구 232kg, 7.5kg/10a 시용구 266kg 및 10kg/.0a시용구 243kg을 냈다. 3. 인산비료 즉 중과인산석회와 비료를 수도에 시용하는 경우에는 시용전에 그들을 미리 혼적하여 두었다가 시용한 것이 수량구성각요소가 증수의 방향으로 발현되며 현미량이 증대하였다. 4. 인산과 퇴비시용에 있어서의 교호작용은 각수량구성요소에 따라 구구하였는데 수량에 있어서는 인산과 비료를 병용하는 것이 유리함을 인정하였다. 5. 이 시험의 10개처리구중에서 현미수량이 가장많았던 것은 10a당 인산 7.5kg과 퇴비 1,000kg을 3개월간 혼적해두었다가 시용한 구와 인산 5kg과 퇴비 1.000kg을 마찬가지로 3개월간 혼적해 두었다가 시용한 구가 가장 많았다. 6. 이 시험에서 퇴비의 시용은 등열율을 높이는데 효과가 컸다.

예취빈도가 다른 조건에서 무기태 질소와 액상구비의 시용이 Reed canarygrass의 건물수량과 질소이용효율에 미치는 영향 (Effects of application rates of mineral N and cattle slurry on the dry matter yield and efficiency of N utilization of Reed canarygrass grown in different cutting frequency)

  • 예취빈도가 다른 조건에서 무기태 질소와 액상구비의 시용수준이 Reed canargrass 의 건물수량에 미치는 영향을 액상구비의 질소이용효율을 중심으로 검토하였다. 무기태 질소의 시용에 대한 액상구비의 상대건물수량은 연간 3회 예취구에서 84.3%, 4회 예취구에서 77.9%, 그리고 5회 예취구에서 81.2%를 나타내어 액상구비의 시용효과가 높았다. 무기태 질소의 건물생산효율(kgDM/kgN)은 모든 예취구에서 30kg/ha/cut 수준에서 가장 높았으며, 예취빈도에서는 3회 예취구가 질소 1kg당 23.9kg의 건물수량을 나타내어 다른 예취구보다 높았다. 그러나 전질소량(kgTN/kgN) 의 증가에서는 예취빈도에 따른 차이가 인정되지 않았다. 액상구비의 건물생산효율(kgDM/kgN) 은 3회와 4회 예취구에서는 30kg/ha/cut 수준, 5회 예취구에서는 60kg/ha/cut 수준에서 가장 높았으며, 전질소량(kgTN/kgN) 에서는 3회 예취구에서 0.11kg이었으나, 4회와 5회 예취구에서는 20kg 이상이었다. 무기태 질소에 대한 액상구비의 상대건물생산효율은 3회 예취구에서 33.1%, 4회 예취구에서 52.1%, 5회 예취구에서 50.0%였으며, 상대전질소량은 3회 예취구에서 28.9%, 4회 예취구에서 51.3%, 그리고 5회 예취구에서 55.3%를 나타내었다.

  • This study was attempted to investigate the effects of Composite Preparation (Samulchungkan-Tang) extract (SCTE), Scutellarias Radix extract (SRE), Artemisiae iwayomogii Herba extract (AIHE), Artemisia capillaris Flos extract (ACFE), Paeaniae Radix extract (PRE) and Gardeniae Fructus extract (GFE) on the activities of GOT, GPT, ALP and LDH, and Content of total cholesterol in serum of $CCl_4$ and ${_D}-galactosamime$ intoxicated rats, and bile flow in rats. 1) In $CCl_4-intoxicated$ rats-The activities of S-GOT and S-GPT which were elevated by $CCl_4$ were significantly decreased in dose of SCTE 450 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg/kg, respectively as compared to $CCl_4$ intoxicated rats. ALP activity increased by $CC1_4-treatment$ was markedly decreased in dose of SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, AIHE 400 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and PRE 300 mg/kg, and LDH activity in SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg/kg, respectively compared to $CCl_4$ treated rates. ACFE 400 mg/kg and PRE 300 mg/kg decreased the content of total cholesterol increased by $CCl_4$, the liver weight in all sample administered groups was decreased significantly as compared to $CCl_4$ treated groups. 2) In ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxicated rats-Sample of SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, AIHF 400 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg, PRE 300 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg and 500 mg/kg decreased the activities of S-GPT, ALP and LDH which was increased by ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxication, compared to ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxicated groups. In S-GOT activity elevated by ${_D}-galactosamine$ was significantly decreased by SCTE 450 mg/kg, ACFE 600mg/kg, AIHE 600 mg/kg, PRE 300 mg/kg, GFE 300 mg and 500 mg/kg. However, SCTE 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, and AIHE 400 mg/kg were not effected significantly. 3) In bile secretion-SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 500mg/kg increased significantly the amount of bile secretion as compared to normal groups, but AIHE 400 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, and PRE 300 mg/kg did not effected significantiy.

갈대 생육지에서 질소 시비가 사초의 생육과 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nitrogen Fertilization on the Forage Growth, Yield and Quality of Native Reed (Phragmites communis))

  • 본 연구는 질소(N) 시비가 부존 조사료자원인 갈대(Phragmites communis)의 생육과 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 2012년에 충남 천안과 경기 안산지역에서 실시되었다. 천안 국립축산과학원 갈대 재배지에서는 N 무시비구, N 50 kg/ha구, N 100 kg구 등 3처리를 두고 4월 30일 시비, 6월 21일 수확하였으며, 안산 시화간척지 갈대 자생지에서는 N 무시비구, N 60 kg/ha구 등 2처리를 두고 5월 1일 시비, 8월 1일 수확하였다. 갈대의 초장과 엽색은 N 시비구에서, 그리고 N 시비수준이 높을 때 양호하였다. 건물률은 N 시비구에서 약간 낮아지는 경향으로 천안지역은 무시비구 39.8%, N 시비구 37.6%, 36.7%, 안산지역은 무시비구 39.4%, N 시비구 37.6%였다. 천안지역의 건물수량, 조단백질 수량 및 가소화 건물수량은 무시비구에서 ha당 각각 4,026 kg, 235 kg, 1,850 kg, N 50 kg 시비구는 각각 4,658 kg, 306 kg, 2,388 kg, N 100 kg 시비구는 각각 5,622 kg, 446 kg, 3,143 kg으로 유의적으로 증가하였으며 (p<0.05), 안산지역은 무시비구에서 각각 2,802 kg, 177 kg, 1,288 kg, N 60 kg 시비구는 각각 3,876 kg, 294 kg, 1,853 kg으로 유의적으로 증가하였다 (p<0.05). 천안지역의 조단백질 함량, 건물 소화율 및 상대사료가치 (RFV)는 무시비구에서 각각 5.85%, 45.96%, 64.0 (품질 5등급), N 50 kg 시비구는 각각 6.58%, 51.27%, 72.3 (5등급), N 100 kg 시비구는 각각 7.94%, 55.91%, 72.7 (5등급)로 높아졌으며, 안산지역도 무시비구에서 각각 6.30%, 45.98%, 70.2 (5등급), N 60 kg 시비구는 각각 7.59%, 47.80%, 78.3 (4등급)으로 높아지는 경향이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 갈대 생육지는 시비가 가능한 조건이라면(하천변이나 강변 등 수질오염이 우려되는 지역이 아닌), ha당 N 60~100 kg을 생육기에 시용해 주는 것이 생산량과 사료가치를 크게 개선시켜줄 수 있어 바람직하였다.

  • This experiment was carried out to study the effect of pure mineral nitrogen fertilizing on dry matter yield of grassland and the advisable mineral nitrogen amounts in long duration under practical conditions at the "Federal Institute for Agriculture in the Alps" in Austria. The application rates were 0, 30, 60,90 and 120 kg N/ha/cut, the cutting regimes 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-cuts/year. In order to explain the nitrogen-profitability were determined that 1 kg pure mineral nitrogen have to produce 8 - 16 kg DM/kg N in dependence on cutting regimes and requiring of nitrogen efficiencies. The results were as follows: 1. With only PK-fertilizaing average dry matter yields from 4.0 to 7.6 tons per ha and year were obtained. 2. Within all applied cutting regimes 60 kg min. Nlhalgrowth have proved to be the most efficient application rate witn 13 - 24 kg DM/kg N in dependent of cutting regimes. Comapred with only PK-treatment the DM yields increased by 3.9 - 4.7 t/ ha nad year. 3. By the sigmaformed process of Input-Output curve the highest marginal yield (the "most efficient" Ndressing rate) per ha and year was calculated: 152 kg N at 3-cut regimes, 204 kg N at 4-cut regimes, 220 kg N at 5-cut regimes and 240 kg N/ha/year at 6-cut regimes. 4. With required efficiencies of 16 and 12 kg DM/kg N 240 - 300 kg N per ha and year respectively would have to be applied at 3-cut regimes; with required efficiencies of 12 and 10 kg DM/kg N at 4-cut regimes the appropriate figures ranged from 320 to 420 kg N/ha and year, at 5- and 6-cut regimes and efficiencies of 10 and 8 kg DM/kg N results of 360 - 460 kg N and 380 - 500 kg N respectively were obtained. 5. At the relatively dry location Piber the highest dressing rates were needed in order to obtain the efficiencies from 8 to 16 kg DM/kg N, about 30 - 60 kg N/ha/year more than at the relatively moist location Admont.ist location Admont.
