PURPOSE: This study analyzed the trends and characteristics of shoulder rehabilitation research through keyword analysis, and their relationships were modeled using text mining techniques. METHODS: Abstract data of 10,121 articles in which abstracts were registered on the MEDLINE of PubMed with 'shoulder' and 'rehabilitation' as keywords were collected using python. By analyzing the frequency of words, 10 keywords were selected in the order of the highest frequency. Word-embedding was performed using the word2vec technique to analyze the similarity of words. In addition, the groups were classified and analyzed based on the distance (cosine similarity) through the t-SNE technique. RESULTS: The number of studies related to shoulder rehabilitation is increasing year after year, keywords most frequently used in relation to shoulder rehabilitation studies are 'patient', 'pain', and 'treatment'. The word2vec results showed that the words were highly correlated with 12 keywords from studies related to shoulder rehabilitation. Furthermore, through t-SNE, the keywords of the studies were divided into 5 groups. CONCLUSION: This study was the first study to model the keywords and their relationships that make up the abstracts of research in the MEDLINE of Pub Med related to 'shoulder' and 'rehabilitation' using text-mining techniques. The results of this study will help increase the diversifying research topics of shoulder rehabilitation studies to be conducted in the future.

This study surveyed the perception of university students about employment in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SME) in the Chungbuk area to prepare improvement measures. In particular, the data were collected in descriptive questions along with the existing survey methods, and the perception of SME and decent work was identified using text-mining. As a result of the analysis, there are positive perceptions of jobs at SME such as various work experiences and low job competition rates, while there are generally many negative perceptions in pay, work and welfare. However, as a result of co-occurrence network analysis of responses to decent jobs, 'Information' was derived as a keyword. Currently, college students' negative perception of SME is affected by the lack of sufficient information, which needs to be improved first. To solve this problem, it was proposed to establish and operate a platform that can provide information on employment of SME and select necessary personnel.

Background and objective: The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has had significant impacts on mental health, which has emerged as a major public health issue around the world. This study aimed to analyze trends and network structure of 'grow-your-own (GYO)' through Instagram, one of the most influential social media platforms, to encourage and sustain home gardening activities for promotion of emotional support and physical health. Methods: A total of 6,388 posts including keyword hashtags '#gyo' and '#growyourown' on Instagram from June 13, 2020 to April 13, 2021 were collected. Word embedding was performed using Word2Vec library, and 7 clusters were identified with K-means clustering: GYO, garden and gardening, allotment, kitchen garden, sustainability, urban gardening, etc. Moreover, we conducted social network analysis to determine the centrality of related words and visualized the results using Gephi 0.9.2. Results: The analysis showed that various combinations of words, such as #growourrownfood, #growourrownveggies, and #growwhatyoueat revealed preference and interest of users in GYO, and appeared to encourage their activities on Instagram. In particular, #gardeningtips, #greenfingers, #goodlife, #gardeninglife, #gardensofinstagram were found to express positive emotions and pride as a gardener by sharing their daily gardening lives. Users were participating in urban gardening through #allotment, #raisedbeds, #kitchengarden and we could identify trends toward self-sufficiency and sustainable living. Conclusion: Based on these findings, it is expected that the trend data of GYO, which is a form of urban gardening, can be used as the basic data to establish urban gardening plans considering each characteristic, such as the emotions and identity of participants as well as their dispositions.

This study analyzes the use and meaning of consumer personality implication words in the review text of the Used Transaction Application . From of May 2021, the data were collected for the past six months by our Web crawler in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 1368 cases were collected first by random sampling, and finally 570 cases were preprocessed. The results are as follows. First, 48.2% of review texts were related to the personality of consumers even though it was a commercial platform of products. Second, the review text is mainly positive, which formed a text network structure based on the keyword 'gratitude'. Third, the review text, which implies consumer character, was divided into two groups: 'extrovert personality' and 'introvert personality' of consumers. And the individuality of the two groups worked together on the platform. In conclusion, we would like to suggest that consumer personality plays an important role in the platform transaction process, that consumer personality will play a role in the services of the platform in the future, and that consumer personality should be studied from various perspectives.

Culture technology (CT) becomes important in the recent environment where digital technology drives content-based innovations. However, technological trends of CT have not been systematically discussed. Especially, the trends of CT should be analyzed from the national perspective, because CT has grown with the help of government-driven innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze CT trends focusing on national research projects. We collected data on CT from the national science and technology information service (NTIS) database, analyzed the keyword co-occurrence network, and identified the patterns of technological innovation using a clustering analysis. As a result, we found that CT has contributed to the digital content and cultural media, and has been actively developed with the help of machine learning technique. Especially, due to the rise of Covid-19, the non-face-to-face online content is rapidly increasing. This study provides important clues for understanding, analyzing CT trends.

South Korea is entering an aging society, and since the musculoskeletal system directly affects elders' daily life, muscle exercise and flexibility are required. In particular, yoga relaxes the mind and the body and heightens stress coping ability. To investigate keywords about yoga, news articles provided by BIGKinds, a news analysis system, was applied to collect articles from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021, and an analysis was conducted about the monthly keywords and the relationship followed by the weighted degree. Based on the research findings, first, it showed that there is high interest in yoga during the spring and autumn seasons. Second, yoga is offered in non-contact methods nowadays, and various social network services are applied for the operation. Third, there was high public attention to articles on yoga instructors and trainers, and this revealed the importance and interest in online coaching. It is anticipated to apply it for the development of yoga workout programs and base data to develop sports for all.

This study is based on social needs for green healing spaces assumed to enhance mental health in a city. This study proposes development directions through the analysis of modern social recognition factors for neighborhood gardens. As a research method, web information data was collected using Textom among big data tools. Text Mining was conducted to extract elements and analyze their relationship through keyword analysis, network analysis, and cluster analysis. As a result, first, the healing space and the healing environment were creating an eco-friendly healthy environment in a space close to the neighborhood within the city. Second, neighborhood gardens included projects and activities that involved government, local administration, and citizens by linking facilities as well as living culture and urban environments. These gardens have been reinforced through green welfare and service programs. In conclusion, friendly gardens in the neighborhood for the purpose of public interest, which are beneficial to mental health, are green infrastructures as a healing environment that can produce positive effects.

The purpose of this study is to find out consumers' perceptions of "metaverse," a newly spotlighted technology, through big data analysis as a non-face-to-face society continues after the outbreak of COVID-19. This study conducted a big data analysis using text mining to analyze consumers' perceptions of metaverse before and after COVID-19. The top 30 keywords were extracted through word purification, and visualization was performed through network analysis and concor analysis between each keyword based on this. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the non-face-to-face society continued and metaverse emerged as a trend. Previously, metaverse was focused on textual data such as SNS as a part of life logging, but after that, it began to pay attention to virtual reality space, creating many platforms and expanding industries. The limitation of this study is that since data was collected through the search frequency of portal sites, anonymity was guaranteed, so demographic characteristics were not reflected when data was collected.

This paper aimed to look at the awareness of foreign workers in social platforms by using text mining, one of the big data techniques and draw suggestions for foreign workers. To achieve this purpose, data collection was conducted with search keyword 'Foreign Worker' from Jan. 1, to Dec. 31, 2020, and frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and degree centrality analysis and 100 parent keywords were drawn for comparison. Furthermore, Ucinet6.0 and Netdraw were used to analyze semantic networks, and through CONCOR analysis, data were clustered into the following eight groups: foreigner policy issue, regional community issue, business owner's perspective issue, employment issue, working environment issue, legal issue, immigration issue, and human rights issue. Based on such analyzed results, it identified national awareness of foreign workers and main issues and provided the basic data on policy proposals for foreign workers and related researches.

Purpose: In this paper, we propose a direction of future research and development to be carried out in the passive tracking field by deriving a white space with enhanced search formula of patent analysis. Method: In this paper, we derive a white space by identifying the direction and the flow of technology change and by matrixing the object and solution through extensive patent search with enhanced search formula and analysis in the field of passive tracking technology. Result: By the proposed scheme, 'multi-target positioning and tracking' and '3D positioning technology' using artificial intelligence, adaptive/hybrid positioning technology, and radar/antenna were derived as white space technologies and confirmed with absence of any services or products. Conclusion: The derived white space technologies from this paper are the areas where patent applications are not active and there are not many prior patents, thus it is necessary to secure the rights through more active R&D and patent application activities.
