The purpose of this study is to examine the research trends in the filed of individual knowledge hiding through keyword network analysis. As individuals intentionally hide their knowledge beyond not sharing their knowledge in organizations and the research on knowledge hiding steadily spreads, it is necessary to examine the research trends regarding knowledge hiding behaviors. For keyword network analyses, we collected 346 kinds of 578 keywords from 120 articles associated with knowledge hiding behaviors. We also transformed the keywords to 86 nodes and 667 links by data standardizing criteria and finally analyzed the keyword network among them. Moreover, this study scrutinized knowledge hiding trends by comparing the conceptual model for knowledge hiding based on literature review and the network structure based on keyword network analysis. As results, first, the network centrality degree, knowledge sharing, creativity, and performance was higher than others in Degree, Betweenness, Closeness centrality. Second, this study analyzed ego networks about psychological ownership and individual emotion theoretically associated with knowledge hiding and explored the relationship between variables through comparing with the conceptual model for knowledge hiding. Finally, the study suggested theoretical and practical implications and provided the limitations and suggestions for future research based on study findings.

The purpose of this study was to identify the research trends and characteristics of existing research related to the AEO system. The methodology of the study was to utilize the Degree Centrality, Closeness Centrality and Betweenness Centrality presented by the Social Network Analysis (SNA). Keyword network analysis results showed that "MRA", "Logistics Security" were derived from the Degree Centrality results, "MRA", "Logistics Security" from the Closeness Centrality results, and, as a result of the Betweenness Centrality, "AEO Utilization Benefits" and "reliability" were derived from the top keyword results. The analysis of differences in centrality by period also confirmed that trends in research have changed based on specific time points. This study has implications for the study in that it presented worldwide research trends through keyword network analysis of the AEO system.

Since patent documents contain detailed results of research and development technologies, many studies on various patent analysis methods for effective technology analysis have been conducted. In particular, research on quantitative patent analysis by statistics and machine learning algorithms has been actively conducted recently. The most used patent data in quantitative patent analysis is technology keywords. Most of the existing methods for analyzing the keyword data were models based on the Gaussian probability distribution with random variable on real space from negative infinity to positive infinity. In this paper, we propose a model using gamma probability distribution to analyze the frequency data of patent keywords that can theoretically have values from zero to positive infinity. In addition, in order to determine the regression equation of the gamma-based regression model, two-mode network is constructed to visualize the technological association between keywords. Practical patent data is collected and analyzed for performance evaluation between the proposed method and the existing Gaussian-based analysis models.
The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to utilize atypical data in the health care field by inferring standard medical terms related to the musculoskeletal system through keyword network analysis of medical records of patients hospitalized for musculoskeletal disorders. The analysis target was 145 summaries of discharge with musculoskeletal disorders from 2015 to 2019, and was analyzed using TEXTOM, a big data analysis solution developed by The IMC. The 177 musculoskeletal related terms derived through the primary and secondary refining processes were finally analyzed. As a result of the study, the frequent term was 'Metastasis', the clinical findings were 'Metastasis', the symptoms were 'Weakness', the diagnosis was 'Hepatitis', the treatment was 'Remove', and the body structure was 'Spine' in the analysis results for each medical terminology system. 'Oxycodone' was used the most. Based on these results, we would like to suggest implications for the analysis, utilization, and management of unstructured medical data.

This study constructs an expert search system which has a mutual cooperation function based on thesis and author profile. The proposed methodology is as follows. First, we propose weighting method which can search a keyword and the most relevant keyword. Second, we propose a method which can search the experts efficiently with this weighting method. On the preferential basis, keywords and author profiles are extracted from the papers, and experts can be searched through this method. This system will be available to many fields of social network. However, this information is distributed to many systems. We propose a method using multi-ontology to integrate distributed data. The multi-ontology is composed of meta ontology, instance ontology, location ontology and association ontology. The association ontology is constructed through analysis of keyword association dynamically. An expert network is constructed using this multi-ontology, and this expert network can search expert through association trace of keyword. The expert network can check the detail area of expertise through the research list which is provided by the system.
As the mobile market expands, a variety of platforms are available to provide multimodal media content. Multimodal media content contains heterogeneous data, accordingly, user requires much time and effort to select preferred content. Therefore, in this paper we propose multimodal media content classification using keyword weighting for recommendation. The proposed method extracts keyword that best represent contents through keyword weighting in text data of multimodal media contents. Based on the extracted data, genre class with subclass are generated and classify appropriate multimodal media contents. In addition, the user's preference evaluation is performed for personalized recommendation, and multimodal content is recommended based on the result of the user's content preference analysis. The performance evaluation verifies that it is superiority of recommendation results through the accuracy and satisfaction. The recommendation accuracy is 74.62% and the satisfaction rate is 69.1%, because it is recommended considering the user's favorite the keyword as well as the genre.

Social reviews such as SNS feeds and blog articles have been widely used to extract keywords reflecting opinions and complaints from users' perspective, and often include proper nouns or new words reflecting recent trends. In general, these words are not included in a dictionary, so conventional morphological analyzers may not detect and extract those words from the reviews properly. In addition, due to their high processing time, it is inadequate to provide analysis results in a timely manner. This paper presents a method for efficient keyword extraction from social reviews based on the notion of cohesion scoring. Cohesion scores can be calculated based on word frequencies, so keyword extraction can be performed without a dictionary when using it. On the other hand, their accuracy can be degraded when input data with poor spacing is given. Regarding this, an algorithm is presented which improves the existing cohesion scoring mechanism using the structure of a word tree. Our experiment results show that it took only 0.008 seconds to extract keywords from 1,000 reviews in the proposed method while resulting in 15.5% error ratio which is better than the existing morphological analyzers.

Big data analysis is a technique for effectively analyzing unstructured data such as the Internet, social network services, web documents generated in the mobile environment, e-mail, and social data, as well as well formed structured data in a database. The most big data analysis techniques are data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and pattern recognition, which were used in existing statistics and computer science. Global research institutes have identified analysis of big data as the most noteworthy new technology since 2011. Therefore, companies in most industries are making efforts to create new value through the application of big data. In this study, we analyzed using the Social Matrics which a big data analysis tool of Daum communications. We analyzed public perceptions of "Artificial Intelligence" keyword, one month as of May 19, 2018. The results of the big data analysis are as follows. First, the 1st related search keyword of the keyword of the "Artificial Intelligence" has been found to be technology (4,122). This study suggests theoretical implications based on the results.
