This paper aims to develop international marketing strategies for Korean traditional food and gives some implications to firms that are ready to invest in developed countries with Korean traditional food and to the government that needs to make a policy to support the food industry in international marketing. For this, we researched data and studied domestic and international cases. Also, we extracted two common factors(namely product factor and image factor) through fourteen variables by factor analysis and tested whether both factors significantly influence on the success of international marketing(favorable impression). As a results, we found several key success factors(KSF), including both factors mentioned above and developed international marketing strategies for Korean traditional food reflecting these key success factors.

본 연구는 차세대 컨버전스서비스를 대상으로 고객, 기술, 사업자, 규제의 4대 이슈별로 환경 불확실성요인을 규명하고, 이들 환경 불확실성요인 중 특히 핵심이 되는 불확실성 요인을 도출하였다. 이어 도출된 핵심불확실성요인(KUF: Key Uncertainty Factor)을 중심으로 환경의 잔여불확실성 수준에 대한 평가를 시나리오 플래닝에 의해 실시하고, 이를 기반으로 차세대 컨버전스서비스의 진입전략 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 차세대 컨버전스서비스 사업의 불확실성 평가 및 진입 시나리오 구성에 대한 연구결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 2가지 잔여 불확실성 수준(선택 가능한 미래 수준, 예측 범위의 미래 수준)의 6개 시나리오를 대상으로 각각의 전략적 속성을 평가한 결과 시장 진입의 성공 요소로 2가지 핵심성공요인(KSF: Key Success Factor)을 도출하였다. 즉, 고객수요추세, 광고규제 완화를 핵심성공요인(KSF: Key Success Factor)으로 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 4가지 전략적 시나리오 유형 및 각 시나리오 별 요구되는 사업자 대응역량에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 컨버전스 시장의 활성화는 물론 관련 사업자의 자원의 효율적 배분, 진입형태, 진입 적정시기 등 진입전략 수립에 많은 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

프로젝트 파이낸싱(PF) 개발사업은 다수의 차명자와 대규모의 금융조달을 통하여 공사를 수행함으로 국가경제개발과 건축 산업의 발전에 큰 영향을 끼치는 프로젝트의 형태이다. 그러나 국내 PF 개발사업의 경우 프로젝트에 대한 충분한 검토보다는 개발이익의 극대화의 측면에서 프로젝트를 진행함으로 인하여 현재 글로벌 금융위기와 부동산 침체에 의하여 사업의 중단이 속출하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PF사업의 리스크 요인을 도출하고 이를 요인분석을 통하여 PF사업의 성공영향요인을 도출하였고, 이를 Fuzzy-AHP기법을 활용하여 영향요인에 대한 정량화를 수행하였다. 그리고 도출된 PF 성공영향요인의 실제 사례 평가를 통하여 PF성공평가 점수와 프로젝트의 수익률에 대한 상관관계를 도출할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 PF사업의 평가를 통하여 프로젝트 의사결정자의 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Despite the rise of importance of Facility Management(FM), relatively little attention was paid to evaluate FM efficiency and drive for greater FM efficiency. The purpose of the present paper is to offer a quantitative analysis of 14 Key Success Factors(KSF) and 22 detailed maintenance practices in order to develop FM evaluation system. In addition, from survey with Owner/Property Manager group and Facility Manager group, the present paper measures both importance of detailed maintenance practices and performance satisfaction. It is expected that by using the result of this survey, this paper helps increase efficiency in FM. Moreover, It is expected that this paper will be used as base line data in developing FM practice evaluation system.

While the overall industrial accident rate has been decreased, but those of the construction industry has not been. For safety management during the planning/design phase, which accounts for 45% of the cause of accident at the construction site, Design For Safety (DFS) was established to minimize a hazard and risk in 2016. Currently, DFS system has difficulty settling down in Korea due to the several reasons. So, this paper aims to propose to the Key Success Factor (KSF) and related action plan to improve DFS system. This study was conducted by following 2 steps: i) identification of problems on current DFS, and ii) proposal of KSF and following action plan for DFS. The DFS in Korea was compared with UK, Singapore, Australia, and US on 7 criteria (application target, execution period, change of design, collaboration among participants, expert participants, alternative review and decision support system). DFS was compared with other countries's system based on the identical criteria and the corresponding improvement measures were also proposed. The results of this study can be utilized to improve DFS system in various aspects.

In the knowledge and network economy, standards and standardization become an important factor in determining the competitiveness of nations and firms. This paper analyses some cases of firms' strategic standardization. We defined the concept of standards, standardization, strategic standardization, and standardization management, which have been unfamiliar in the academic society. The standardization strategy can be categorized into four types according to firm's management objectives or benefits, including technological innovation, market creation/extension. cost-down, and accreditation. This classification of standardization strategy is very useful in analysing the various kinds of the cases of strategic standardization implementation. We found that standards and standardization have a positive influence on firm's overall performance. In some cases, for example, Dell Computer, Sun Microsystems, Deere & Company, etc., strategic standardization plays a role as a key success factor(KSF).

본 논문은 국내 OTT 서비스들을 비교 분석하여 그 성공 요인과 전략을 도출하고, 국내기업을 선도하고 있는 웨이브만의 차별화 전략을 알아본 것이다. 시장 점유율 상위 다섯 개의 서비스를 사업자 및 콘텐츠, 수익 구조, 개인화, 인터랙티브 미디어 그리고 cooperation의 기준으로 성공 요인을 비교한 뒤, 사업전략을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 OTT 서비스들의 공통된 성공 요인은 사업자의 특성이 반영된 콘텐츠, Hybrid VOD, 하이브리드 필터링, 실시간 참여 인터랙티비티 그리고 동·이종 산업 간 제휴 및 기존 사업 분야 활용으로 나타났다. 또한, 하나 이상의 사업전략을 도입하여 사업 범위를 확장하고 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 운영했음을 확인했다. 웨이브는 대중적으로 검증된 자사 콘텐츠를 보유했으며, B2C에는 장기 혜택과 해외 이용 서비스를, B2B는 체계적인 이용권 시스템을 운영하여 다른 서비스들과 차별화되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 논문이 2021년 각 서비스의 강점과 차별점을 파악하고, 성장기에 놓인 국내 OTT 산업으로의 진입, 경쟁전략 수립하는 데 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The case company has driven the six sigma innovation programme company wide for the last seven years without any stop in spite of the CEO change. There was neither any benchmark nor the sufficient number of internal experts during the initial stage of driving six sigma. However, the company raised a lot of innovation experts such as MBB, BB and GB, thereby successfully changed the way of employees' doing work and reaped an enormous amount of either visible or invisible performances as a result of implementing the six sigma innovation programme. This paper deals with both main activities undertaken at each stage of the innovation life cycle of six sigma and their performances in a ICT (Information Communication Technology) industry. The performances are described from the four aspects of a balanced score card (BSC) and finally some strategic implications suggested.
