The purpose of this study is to delve into reinterpretation and categorization of normative meaning of tradition. The normative meaning of tradition which plays a key role of the action-guiding power is the main source of morality. According to ecological cultural approach to diachronic transition of traditional value, traditional value leads its dynamic life: its origin, acculturation, transformation, distortion of traditional value depending upon periodic social change. It is necessary for traditional value to be reinterpreted and categorized, with a view to contributing to attribute & competency of democratic citizen in future society. The normative meaning of traditional value applicable for Korea's future society can be reinterpreted from its origin revealed in the classic. The order of discussion in this paper runs as follows. Firstly, we will investigate into dynamic change of the traditional value on the basis of the ecological cultural perspective and seek the possibility of modern reinterpretation of loyalty & filial piety as representative traditional value. Finally, we will treat the categorization and its significance of traditional value in the frame of Korean value including both western value and Korean traditional value.

Talent is a person who has the values and skills necessary to achieve effective goals and performance of the nation, society, organization, and individuals, or those who play a key role in generating the success or performance of the nation and companies. It can be said that it is a talented person who will achieve a well-equipped library world and a knowledge-based national society. In this study, in order to derive the talent image of the librarian, the talent image, competency, role of the librarian, librarian job development, PEST analysis, etc. suggested in various fields of society including the library world were performed. First, 11 human resources were derived, and 4 types of human resources were derived through the FGI process, and a verification process was conducted for users, librarians, and students. Finally, in this study, four librarian talents were proposed: creative convergence type talent, personality type talent, professional type talent, and communication type talent.

Background: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate changes in the communication capabilities of dental hygiene students after completing a problem based learning (PBL) dental communication curriculum. With this information, we intend to gather the basic data necessary to stress the need for and value of an education in communication regarding dental hygiene. Methods: PBL-based education was provided to a total of 49 third-year dental hygiene students who took the dental communication class taught by the Department of Dental Hygiene at S University during the 2^nd semester of 2020. The relevant self-evaluation was modified, based on the aim of the present study, to refer to three basic key competencies related to the communication capabilities of dental hygienists. An assessment of dental communication competency was conducted by analyzing the changes in self-evaluations before and after completing the course, for each question, using a paired t-test. The statistical significance level was set at p < 0.05. Results: Analysis of core competencies before and after PBL-based dental communication education indicated that all competencies were significantly improved after education (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Dental hygiene students' dental communication skills increased significantly after completing PBL-based dental communication education. Therefore, a PBL-based dental communication curriculum is effective in improving dental communication skills for dental hygiene students.

In recent years, visual design has become an emerging industry that creates production value in various countries, and visual design teachers have become a key factor affecting the development of designers and even the trend of the design industry. Therefore, the requirements for the ability of visual design teachers have become particularly important. This study takes the visual communication teachers in colleges and universities as the research object. Focus on the composition of competencies that teachers have when performing their duties. First of all, through document sorting, it is based on the five aspects of knowledge ability, teaching ability, practical ability, management ability and professional ethics. A Likert scale questionnaire was developed on the evaluation of visual design teachers' competencies by interviewing 10 visual design industry experts and conducting two Delphi method interviews. This research refers to the relevant literatures such as curriculum research and teaching objective research of design major, and discusses the evaluation standards of visual design teachers' abilities in colleges and universities. Expert interviews have sorted out 12 criteria and 36 sub-criteria about visual design teachers' abilities, and verified their rationality through expert return visits. The establishment of this evaluation standard provides a certain theoretical basis for visual design teachers' ability evaluation and self-cognition.

The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.

The development of AI technology has brought about a big change in our lives. As AI's influence grows from life to society to the economy, the importance of education on AI and data is also growing. In particular, the OECD Education Research Report and various domestic information and curriculum studies address data literacy and present it as an essential competency. Looking at domestic and international studies, one can see that the definition of data literacy differs in its specific content and scope from researchers to researchers. Thus, the definition of major research related to data literacy was analyzed from various angles and derived from various angles. In key studies, Word2vec natural language processing methods, along with word frequency analysis used to define data literacy, are used to analyze semantic similarities and nominate them based on content elements of curriculum research to derive the definition of 'understanding and using data to process information'. Based on the definition of data literacy derived from this study, we hope that the contents will be revised and supplemented, and more research will be conducted to provide a good foundation for educational research that develops students' future capabilities.

This study is a study on theoretical considerations on industrial design data in the era of data economy. This study aims to illuminate the value of industrial design data, interpret the meaning of the transition from design management to the design data era, and highlight the importance of literacy to interpret data for designers. The scope of research approaches the R&D capability dimension of a company to explore the industrial value of design. It limits the scope of research from an industrial point of view rather than the humanistic basis and aesthetic value of design. As a result of the study, it was found that the value of industrial design data is not in ex post evaluation, but in customer-oriented market prediction, and that the design industry data-led strategy is important. The key point is that the industrial design data issues of large companies and SMEs are different, the direction of industrial design data should be to support customer-centered decision making in the product/service development of companies, and the core competency is the amount of data or tools and technologies to handle it. No, it should be in data literals. Lastly, if the use of industrial design data is to be strengthened, management of the public level rather than the personal level of data management should be preceded.

The study is to suggest the example of convergence capstone design operation in department of early childhood education at a college and intellectual property rights application and registration. Based on key experiences such as practical training, students derived ideas for solving problems across the field related to young child, and overlaps with existing intellectual property rights ideas were verified. Linkage with industry and engineering experts was established for mentoring, after going through a refinement process, it contains the process by which five teams among the winning works of the school competition achieved the result of patent application and registration. Through this, we revitalize convergence capstone design education that goes beyond a creative and practical competency-centered curriculum and is linked to the performance of securing intellectual property rights.

The rising number of accidents during building demolition work has significantly heightened interest in this field. This study undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the essential capabilities required for building demolition experts, drawing on both domestic and international examples. This includes an examination of training courses for building demolition inspectors and the competencies mandated for structural demolition roles as per Korea's National Competency Standards(NCS). Furthermore, the study reviews the qualification tests and training programs for building demolition professionals in the United States, Japan, and England. The research concludes that the expertise needed for demolition construction professionals should be categorized into seven key domains: legal, structural, safety, planning, operational, constructional, and environmental aspects. These competencies are further divided across three professional tiers: technician, engineer, and manager.

This research aims to study and confirm enabling factors affecting the knowledge transfer and business process of community enterprise groups in Pattani province, Thailand. Key informants were community enterprise entrepreneurs; 30 people were selected purposively with criteria. This study used a mixed-methods approach and conducted semi-structured interviews to collect data. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and classification, while quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Moreover, inferential statistics chi-square value, Phi Cramer's V, and multiple regression analysis with the R program for statistical computing were employed to analyze the relationship between the variables, test the research hypothesis, and create forecasting equations. The research results revealed that the overview of enabling factors had a very high relationship (Cramer's V=0.965). Regarding community enterprise, it was found that enabling factors related to the knowledge transfer and business process consisted of four factors: regulations and administrative guidelines, business plan, reinforcement, and brainstorming. Reinforcement was the factor with the highest degree of correlation (Cramer's V=0.873) and predictor of influence on the knowledge transfer and business process (R₂=0.670, p<0.05). This study's findings can lead to the developing of guidelines for promoting community enterprises properly and timely. These guidelines are expected to be used to develop knowledge about business models for community enterprises, which will help to improve their competency and competitiveness.
