Objective : Zhang Zhong-jing's Shang-Han-Lun is based on Six-channels system(六經) to classified a disease, but the notion of this seems to be a very various angles. Among them, Ke-qin(柯琴)'s Six-surface theory(六經地面說) is very clearly explained the notion of Six-channels system(六經) and it provide crucial clue to understanding a Shang-Han-Lun Method : I will try to describe the Six-surface theory(六經地面說) through the Ke-qin's Shang-Han-Lun-Yi(傷寒論翼). At the core of this paper, The diaphragm is the most important criterion to understand a Six-channels system(六經), and it is based on the human body to divided into Yin-Yang(陰陽). Result : Ke-qin's Six-surface theory(六經地面說) is connected with Meridian system(經絡), Viscera and Bowels(臟腑), and their functions. It is the concept of comprehensive to including those related were grouped into the surface. Conclusion : Six-surface(六經地面) is far beyond the simple concept of Meridian, and it include organization of pathology concepts carrying up to what happens on the human body caused by disease. We can see that Zhong-jing's(仲景) medical treatment from syndrome differentiation(辨證) is associated with a holism(整體觀).

Objective : Generally speaking Reverting yin disease pattern(厥陰病) is the last step in cold damage(傷寒). Therefore recognized Yin cold disease(陰寒病) is increasing, and resist action One Yang qi(一陽) began to creep into body. But Ke Qin(柯琴) have a different way of thinking that Reverting yin disease pattern connected with the loss of Liver's function. Liver qi depression(肝鬱) make a ministerial fire(相火), and it make a nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足). Method : I will try to describe the Sanghanlun's Reverting yin disease pattern through the Ke-qin's JueyinbingJie(厥陰病解), and I would like to point out that the exact meaning of Reverting yin(厥陰) is connected with Liver's ministerial fire. Result : Ke Qin's JueyinbingJie explained the Reverting yin disease pattern was connected with Liver(肝), and according to Six qi theory(六氣學說) connected with ministerial fire, and according to meridian and Collateral theory(經絡學說) connected with closing referring to inward actions(闔) among the Opening closing and pivot(關闔樞). Conclusion : Ke Qin was recognized that Reverting yin disease pattern have relevance to the loss of Liver's function. In other world, It is connect with soothe the liver and purge fire(疏肝瀉火) and nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足).

For example, Meridian and collateral theory(經絡說), Viscera and Bowels theory(臟腑說), Grade theory(段階說), Surface theory(地面說), Symptoms theory(症候群說), Six-disease theory(六病說), Eight principle pattern theory(八綱說) and all the rest of it. Above all things Meridian and collateral theory was very frequently quoted to explain the Six-channels system(六經). But it's true notion is not restrict to a meridian vessel(經脈). Method : I will try to describe the Sanghanlun's Greater yang disease(太陽病) through the Ke-qin(柯琴)'s Taiyangbingjie(太陽病解), and I would like to point out that the existing perception that Greater yang(太陽) is connected with Bladder meridian(足太陽膀胱經) is wrong. Result : Ke-qin's Taiyangbingjie explained the greater yang disease was connected with Heart(yang within yang), which was located in the top half and the outer layer of the body. In addition to the presence of the diaphragm or lungs are involved with. Conclusion : Practical meaning of greater yang disease is not connect with Bladder meridian, but it is related to the Heart and Lung for maintain the Nutrient and defense circulation (營衛循環).

The sequence of hydroxypyruvate isomerase gene was obtained in NCBI. In this study, the hydroxypyruvate isomerase gene of Bombyx.mori was identified and annotated with bioinformatics tools. The result was confirmed by RT-PCR, prokaryotic expression, mass spectrographic analysis and sub-cellular localization. The hydroxypyruvate isomerase cDNA comtains a 783bp ORF, and has 4 exons. The deduced protein has 260 amino acid residues with the predicted molecular weight of 29169.30 Da, isoelectric point of 6.10, and contains conserved PRK09997 and Hfi domains. The hydroxypyruvate isomerases of Nasonia vitripennis and Bombyx mori have a high homology. Through RTPCR analysis, we found that this transcript was present in testis, ovary, blood-lymph, fat body, midgut, silk gland and tuba Malpighii. This protein was located in cytoplasm through immunohistochemistry. We submitted the cloned gene under the accession number EU344910. The enzyme has been classified under accession number EC 5.3.1.22.

A prototype of 25-inch SMPDP module had been developed by the end of 2004. Most driving technologies succeeded to those of the previous 34-inch SMPDP module .In this work, we make an optimization effort on the driving waveforms, especially for setup period. Long ramp waves show good wall voltage controllability, with which we can get a reliable addressing and better sustain stability.

Poria cocos, a famous traditional Chinese medicine, was found to have nematicidal activity in experiments searching for nematicidal fungi. The experiment showed it could kill 94.9% of the saprophytic nematode, Panagrellus redivivue, 92.6% of the root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne arenaria, and 93.5% of the pine nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, on PDA plate within 12 hours. According to the nematicidal activity, three new compounds, 2, 4, 6-triacetylenic octane diacid, 2, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydroxyhexanoic acid and 3, 4-dihydroxy-2-keto-n-butyl 2,4,5,6-tetrahydroxyhexanate, were isolated from submerged cultures of Poria cocos. Of these, 2, 4, 6-triacetylenic octane diacid could kill 83.9% Meloidogyne arenaria and 73.4% Panagrellus redivivus at 500 ppm within 12 hours. Here, it is reported for the first time that Poria cocos has nematicidal activity.

As the genome of B. mori is available in GenBank and the EST database of B. mori is expanding, identification of novel genes of B. mori was conceivable by datamining techniques and bioinformatics tools. In this study, we used the in silico cloning method to get the 6-Phosphogluconolactonase (6PGL) gene of B. mori and analysed with bioinformatics tools. The result was confirmed by RT-PCR and prokaryotic expression. The 6PGL cDNA comtains a 702 bp ORF. The deduced protein has 233 amino acid residues, with the predicted molecular weight of 25946. 72 Da, isoelectric point of 5.41, and contains conserved NagB domains. This gene has been registered in GenBank under the accession number EF198104.

This study analyzed the contents of the research papers concerning the common cold recorded in Chinese medical journal published over the period between 2000 and 2004. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn. 1. Among the clinical research papers, There are a lot of treatment papers of traditional chinese medicine in the method of treatment. There are a lot of papers about Feng-Re-Xing(風熱型) and Xu-Zheng-Xing(虛證型) in the Bian-Zheng-Lei-Xing(辨證類型) 2. "Zhong-Yi-Xu-Zheng-Bian-Zheng-Can-Kao-Biao-Zhun" ("中醫虛證辨證參考標準"), "Zhong-Yi-Nei-Ke-Wu-Ban-Jiao-Cai"("中醫內科五版敎材"), "Zhong-Hua-Ren-Min-Gong-He-Guo-Zhong-Yi-Yao-Hang-Ye-Biao-Zhun"("中華人民共和國醫藥行業標準"), "Gan-Mao-Zhen-Duan-Biao-Zhun"("感冒診斷漂準"), "Zhong-Yi-Bing-Zheng-Zhen-Duan-Liao-Xiao-Biao-Zhun"("中醫病證診斷療效標準"), "Quan-Guo-Gao-Deng-Yi-Xue-Yuan-Xiao-Zhong-Yi-Zhuan-Ye-Jiao-Cai"("全國高等醫藥院校中醫專業敎材") are used as the criterion for diagnosis in Chinese medicine. 3. It is mainly used "Zhong-Yi-Bing-Zheng-Zhen-Duan-Liao-Xiao-Biao-Zhun"("中醫病證診斷療效標準") as the criterion for treatment effect evaluation, and symptom of traditional chinese medicine, the frequency and the duration of common cold, measurement of immunologic function are used as assistant evaluation indicator. 4. The research papers reported that the use of prescriptions such as Chai-Qi-Fang-Jiao-Tang, Tui-Re-He-Ji(退熱合劑), Ti-Xu-Gan-Mao-He-Ji(體虛感冒合劑), Yu-Ping-Feng-San-He-Gui-Zhi-Tang(玉屛風散合桂枝湯), Chai-Guan-Jie-Re-Ke-Li(柴貫解熱顆粒), Hu-Qin-He-Ji(蒿芩合劑), Lian-Hua-Feng-Cha(蓮花峰茶), Kang-Gan-He-Ji(抗感合劑), Bing-Du-He-Ji(病毒合劑), Zhong-Gan-Ling-Pian(重感靈片) led to the high efficacy 5. The pharmacological research papers reported that Yu-Ping-Feng-San(玉屛風散) have influence on IgA, phagocytic function of macrophage, the total number of splenocyte and PEC.

The EAST ICRF system operating space has been extended in power and phase control with a low-level RF system for the new double-strap antenna. Then the multi-step power and periodic phase scanning experiment were conducted in L-mode plasma, respectively. In the power scanning experiment, the stored energy, radiation power, plasma impedance and the antenna's temperature all have positive responses during the short ramp-ups of P_L;ICRF. The core ion temperature increased from 1 keV to 1.5 keV and the core heating area expanded from |Z| ≤ 5 cm to |Z| ≤ 10 cm during the injection of ICRF waves. In the phasing scanning experiment, in addition to the same conclusions as the previous relatively phasing scanning experiment, the superposition effect of the fluctuation of stored energy, radiation power and neutron yield caused by phasing change with dual antenna, resulting in the amplitude and phase shift, was also observed. The active control of RF output facilitates the precise control of plasma profiles and greatly benefits future experimental exploration.
