316L 스테인레스 강의 동적변형시효에 미치는 질소의 영향

  • 316L강에 질소를 첨가한 경우의 동적변형시효의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 질소량을 0.011~0.151%까지 변화시킨 시편을 1$\times$$10^{-2}$/sec, 2$\times$$10^{-3}$/sec, 2$\times$$10^{-4}$/sec의 변형속도로 상온~1023 K의 범위에서 인장시험을 수행하였다. 질소를 첨가하면 동적변형시효가 발생되는 구간이 고온쪽으로 이동하였다. 변형속도가 2$\times$$10^{-3}$/sec일때 동적변형시효가 발생되는 임계변형은 773 K에서는 질소량에 따라서 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 873 K에서는 임계변형은 질소량에 따라 거의 일정한 값을 나타내었지만 B형태에서 A형태로 전이되는 변형량은 질소량이 0.1%까지는 증가하다가 그 이후로는 거의 일정하게 되었다. 동적변형시효를 위한 활성화에너지를 구해본 결과 저온영역에서는 23.4~26.24 kcal/mol이고 고온영역에서는 65~76.6 kcal/mol이었다. 이 값을 여러 연구자들의 결과와 비교해 볼때 동적변형시효를 일으키는 원소는 공공과 Cr이고, 질소를 첨가하면 질소가 Cr과 상호작용을 하여 Cr의 이동을 느리게 함으로써 동적변형시효를 지연시켰다.

  • Kinetic studies were carried out on urethane polymerization reaction of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene with isophorone diisocyanate under presence of Hexogen as solid additive. The rate was found to increase with the amount of Hexogen added. However the rate acceleration was not a catalytic effect but solely due to an increase of activation entropy. The reaction was a good 2nd order process with nearly constant activation energy of 8.4 kcal/mole.

  • The interaction between dimethylsulfoxide molecules and some organic molecules, i.e.nitrobenzene, m-dinitrobenzene, o-dinitrobenzene, 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene, m-xylene, mesitylene, bibenzyl, biphenyl, o-phenanthrene, naphthalene, has been studied. The organic molecules exhibit negative deviation from Raoult's law due to the formation of the charge transfer complexes with dimethylsulfoxide. The stability constants of the complexes were determined spectrophotometrically, and also some thermodynamic functions were calculated. The binding energies of the complexes appear in the range of -1 ∼ -4 kcal/mole. The stability depends on the polarity and basicity of the solvent used.

부로일러 초생추에 있어서 박류의 대사 에너지 측정

  • 국산대두박, 수입대두박, 호마박, 채종박, 고추씨박, 임박의 대사에너지가를 4주령의 부로일러 285수를 가지고 지시물법(Indicator method)으로 측정했는데 이때 기본사료는 관용사료를 사용했으며 시험자료의 대치수준은 풍건물 상태로 10$\%$, 20$\%$, 30$\%$였다. 이 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Chronmic oxide의 표준 커브는 430mm파장에서 Y=0.430 X였다. 2. 국산대두박의 ME가는 2.405 Kcal/gm, 수입대두박은 2.477 Kcal, 임박은 1,995 K cal, 채종박은 1,682 K cal, 호마박은 1,783 K cal, 고추씨박은 1,290 K cal였다. 3. 질소를 보정한 대사에너지가와 질소를 보정 안한 대사에너지가는 r=0.986의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 4. 시험사료의 대치수준은 대사에너지가에 유의적인 영향이 없었다. 5. 증체량은 대두박구가 호마박구, 고추씨박구에 비해 우수했으며(p<0.05)임박, 채종박구와는 유의차가 없었다. 사료효율은 대두박구, 채종박구, 임박구가 호마박구, 고추씨박구에 비해 유의적으로 좋았고 (p<0.05) 각 박류의 대사에너지가와 사료효율과는 회귀관계를 나타났다.

Estimation of Dietary Fiber Intake of College Students (대학생의 식이섬유 섭취에 관한 연구)

  • Three-day dietary records data from 237 college students(male 65, female 172) were used as the basis to estimate total dietary fiber(DF) intake of Korean adults & to investigate the major food sources of fiber. Mean daily DF intake of the subjects was 15.2$\pm$3.7g range being 7.5-34g When related to energy intake women consume more DF(7.7$\pm$1.5/1000kcal) than men(6.8$\pm$1.7g/1000kcal) Mean daily crude fiber(CF) intake of the subjects was 6.2$\pm$2.4g The mean DF:CF ratio for the subjects was 2.5$\pm$0.5 indicating that DF intake is 2-3 times of CF intakes The intakes of the two measures of fiber were highly correlated(r=0.791) The major food sources for DF in Korean are vegetables cereals and fruits and 14.3% respectively In comparision with limited international data on the DF intake by adults DF intake by the subjects was similar to those of developed countries. Present study indicates that DF intakes of the subjects are considerably lower than recommended level and they need to consume more DF than the present level.

  • The optimum conditions and rates of absorption of isobutylene in aqueous para-toluene sulfonic acid(PTSA) were studied experimentally in a stirred reactor. The effects of acid concentration(30-70 wt%), acid loading (0.3-5), mixing intensity(400-1000 rpm), and temperature ($20-80^{\circ}C$) on the absorption conditions were examined. The absorption rate of isobutylene was first order in isobutylene and variable order in PTSA concentrations. The apparent energy of activation was found to be 13 Kcal/mole.

  • The study conducted a thermal conductivity test of magnesium oxide to manufacture boards using absorbent to produce board of radon gas molecules that are absorbed into the indoor air pollutants, which are currently in question, among other indoor air pollutants. Using material are the vermiculite and anthracite, in case of the vermiculite, which results in large porosity due to the expansion, in case of the anthracite, which characteristic generates pore on the matrix. As a result of the experiment, the lowest value was given to 0.6161 kcal/mh℃ which adding vermiculite 10% and anthracite 40%. However, adding vermiculite 40% and anthracite 10%, slightly higher 0.7229 kcal/mh℃, it is deemed the anthracite has more porosity than the vermiculite and, it judged that pore occurrence during the mixing process, appeared that the heat conductivity go down.

  • The dynamic mechanical properties of milk gel were examined as function of temperature, concentrations of milk and enzyme. The real and imaginary parts of the complex rigdity G' and G' were measured at $2\%$ strain and 5 rad/s of frequency. The results showed that the rigidity of milk gel was dependent on the concentration of milk (C) in such a way that $\sqrt{G'}{\propto}C$. It was found that gel point ($t_g$) was dependent on the concentration of milk as $t_g{\propto}C$, and on the concentration of enzyme as $t_g{\propto}\;1/(E)$, The activation energy of enzymatic reaction stage and coagulation stage were $21.1{\pm}5.8\;kcal/mol$ and $26.4{\pm}1.14\;kcal/mol$, respectively.

고추씨의 영양적 가치 평가와 사료 내 첨가가 산란계의 생산성에 미치는 영향

  • The experiments were conducted to evaluate the feeding values of red pepper seed (Exp. 1) and to investigate its dietary supplementation on layer performances (Exp. 2). The values of TME, TMEn and average TAAA determined by force-feeding 14 roosters (Hy-line) were 2.83 kcal/g, 2.94 kcal/g and 82.72%, respectively. a total of 200 layers (ISA-brown) was divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates of 10 birds per replicate, and fed the experimental diets containing different level of red pepper seed (0, 3, 5, 10%). There were no differences in performances of laying hens among treatments. Liver lipids in all groups containing red pepper seed were significantly reduced as compared to those of control (P<0.05).

A Survey on the Relation between Stress and Nutrient Intake in Adults (성인의 스트레스와 영양소 섭취와의 관계)

  • A survey was carried out to investigate relation between stress and nutrient intake in adults. There was a positive correlation between stress and food intake in adults statistically. It seems that women was significantly influenced by physical, psychological and nuerosensational stress than men(p<0.05). The average calorie intake of men was 1721.25Kcal(68.85% of RDA), the women was 1568.79kcal(78.44% of RDA). Intake of protein, calcuim, Vit $B_1$, Vit $B_2$, Niacin were quite less than the RDA in men, wherase intake of calcuim, iron, Vit $B_1$ were quite less than the RDA in women. In changes of nutrient intake by stress, men was increased as higher stress amount, but women was decreased as higher stress amount(p<0.05). It was lower level of nutrient intake in the below 60 scores of food attitude group that was needed improve of food intake and counseling of professional nutritionist.
