관정 시멘팅 재료의 물리역학물성 및 시멘트층의 안정성 분석 (Physical and Mechanical Properties of Cements for Borehole and Stability Analysis of Cement Sheath)

  • 관정의 시멘팅 재료로 사용될 수 있는 두 시멘트 물질(KS-1 보통 포틀랜드, Class G)의 물/고체(고체=시멘트) 중량비와 첨가제인 비산재의 부피함량 변화에 따른 이들 물질들의 물리역학적 물성 변화를 파악하기 위해 실내물리역학실험을 실시하였다. KS-1 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트의 경우 물/고체(고체=시멘트) 중량비를 변화시키며, Class G 시멘트의 경우 물/고체(고체=비산재+시멘트)을 고정한 채 비산재:시멘트의 부피비를 변화시키며 시료를 제작하였다. KS-1 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트의 경우 물/고체 중량비가 증가할수록, Class G 시멘트의 경우 비산재의 함량이 증가할수록, 공극률 증가, 밀도감소, 음파속도(P, S파) 감소. 탄성상수(영율, 포아송비) 감소, 압축 및 인장강도 저하, 열전도도 감소, 비열 증가의 경향을 보였다. 또한 구속압(σ3)의 증가와 비산재 함량의 증가는 재료의 소성파괴거동을 초래하였다. 이 실내실험결과를 이용하여, 여러 주입공 페라미터(케이싱, 시멘트층의 두께, 주입압, 주입공 경사방향 및 경사각, 주입공 심도)등을 변화 시키면서, 시멘트층의 안정성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 낮은 주입압과 경사정 혹은 수평정에서는 시멘트층이 안정하였으나, 다른 조건에서는 시멘트층에서 주로 인장파괴가 관찰 되었다.

This paper is a part of "Researchs on the Standards in Railway rolling stock Field", as one of KS establish projects. The aim of this study is to define the requirements of railway rolling stock-designs, manufacture, and test methods for automatic complex coupler. In the former KS, there is no items matched with this purpose. Therefore a new part of KS is proposed.

  • Revision of KS, Korean Standards, is currently actively discussed. It is just the time for a new world class standards under the new system with WTO, World Trade Organization. This paper is a part of "Researchs on the Standards in the Building Acoustic Field", as one of KS revision projects. The aim of this study is to define the requirements of laboratory test facilities with suppressed flanking transmission. In the former KS, there is no items matched with this purpose. Therefore comparing several results with different measuring conditions of a laboratory and results between different laboratories was impossible. On these basis, a new part of KS is proposed, and some problems remained and further discussions in the proposed draft are described in this study.

합금강을 이용한 내접 인벌류우트 기어의 단조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Forging of Internal Involute Gears with Alloy Steel)

  • Forging of internal involute gears with alloy steel has been analyzed by means of upper bound method. Kinematically admissible velocity fields for forging of internal gear were proposed. It was assumed that the shape of free flow surface during forging operation is a straight line perpendicular to the plane of symmetry. Using the suggested velocity fields, forging loads and relative pressures were calculated by numerical method. Consequently forging die should be successfully designed without fracture or failure during forging operation. Experiments were carried out with the designed die and SCM415 alloy steel as billet material. The calculated loads were compared with experimental one and they are in good agreement with experimental inspections. As a result, the calculated solutions would be useful to predict the loads and the designed die is suitable for forging of internal involute spur gear with alloy steel. The forged gear is measured to be KS 4 class and its class should be improved by subsequent working such as shaving after forging operation.

In the former KS, there is no items matched with this purpose. Therefore measuring reverberation time and other room acoustical parameters with confidential test procedure was impossible. On these basis, a new part of KS is proposed, and some problems remained and further discussions in the proposed draft are described in this study.

  • 최근 간단한 연결방식과 손쉬운 네트워크의 구축이 가능하고 무선 통신에서의 음영지역 해소 등의 이유로 홈 네트워크와 스마트 그리드를 구축하는데 용이한 전력선통신이 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 옥내 또는 옥외에서의 고속전력선통신에 대해서 서술하고 이더넷 인터페이스를 통한 고속전력선통신 Class A 기준장치의 MAC 계층 적합성 및 상호운용성을 시험하고 이를 위한 통합 프로그램의 개발 및 보완을 수행하였다.

기어전조의 기어 형상 및 압력각오차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concave and Pressure Angle Error of Gear Finish Roll Forming)

  • This study deals with finish roll forming by forced displacement can be conceived as a method of eliminating errors in conventional form rolling under constant loads. This method produces a high-precision tooth profile by low-speed form rolling when a high rigid screw or cam is used at the pressurized section. Tooth profile is decided in the beginning of roll forming and ${\delta}_{max}$ mainly increases if the number of roll forming process is increased. Gear class is improved by one or two class after roll forming if the gear has convex type error and pressure angle error in KS 4 class. If the gear have concave type error and pressure angle error and pressure angle error, gear class is not improved in theory, but improved a little in practice. In the finishing roll forming, it inevitably yields both the concaving of tooth profile and plastic deflection of addendum of teeth. Experiments show that the concaving and the plastic deflection are successfully reduced, the accuracy of tooth profile reaches to KS 0 class.

KS L 9107에 의한 태양열 취득률(SHGC) 측정장치 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of an Apparatus to Measure the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of a Fenestration System According to KS L 9107)

  • Recently, multiple glazing units, frames, complex fenestration systems, and windows with shading devices have been developed to save cooling energy in buildings. However, very little work has been conducted on developing a direct experimental test method of the solar heat gain coefficient(SHGC) for new fenestration techniques. This study aims to develop and evaluate a test apparatus to measure the SHGC, according to the KS L 9107 test method. The performance of the solar simulator was class A, B, and A, for spectral match, non-uniformity, and instability irradiance, respectively. The differences between the measured and calculated SHGC values were found to range between 0.001 and 0.011, and for all test specimens they agreed within 4%. These results establish the validity of the test apparatus. This system is thus expected to be useful in assessing the energy performance for various types of fenestration.
