The study aims to furnish the data for the study of invigorating communities of various ages including old people living alone. Furthermore, it seems that the laddering method and kj method can be useful for the study of various attitude survey. This study attempted to extract necessary factors for space for community behavior of elderly people living alone using laddering survey method and KJ rule on a sample of elderly people who live alone in three different rental housings. The keywords that were drawn from the perception survey through laddering were divided into small, middle and large classification using KJ rule. Mostly identical keywords were extracted in the three complexes, implying that there is no difference of perception among the three complexes in this survey. According to the large classification where KJ rule was applied, there were six necessary factors for space for community activity of elderly people living alone in rental housing including spatial consideration, communication, resting space, nature-friendliness, health promotion and Secure identity, which were the same for all of the three complexes.

For the purpose of obtaining microorganisms producing high amount of erythritol, the screening test was carried out. Productivity of erythritol was analyzed by paper chromatography and HPLC' methods. Among more than two hundred isolates, one strain(KJX1) was selected as an erythritol prtducer from thc soil of corn shock. The isolated strain was identified as Pmicilliurn sp. KJ81 from the morphological and physiological characteristics. Penicillium sp. KJ81 showed white to green colony color, two- to three-stage branching conidiophcvc and flask-shaped phialides.

In order to apply the silver cementation method using Fe powder from pregnant thiourea leaching solution. Parameters such as the amount of Fe powder addition, agitation speed, and temperature were investigated. The silver cementation rate was increased by the increasing of Fe powder addition, agitation speed, and temperature. The highest silver cementation rate was found when the addition of Fe powder was 50 g/L at the agitation speed of 500 rpm. The silver cementation rate increase with increasing temperature according to the Arrhenius equation and obeys $1^{st}$ order kinetics. The activation energy from the kinetics data was found to be between 13.73 KJ/mol and 17.02 KJ/mol. In the XRD analysis, goethite was detected in the precipitate of the thiourea leach solution. This indicates that an oxidation-reduction reaction had occurred in the thiourea solution due to the addition of the Fe powder.

The present researches were carried out to investigate the peroxidase activity in association with the reactions of the 4 cultivars of rice plant, Nagdong, Jinheung, Nongbaek and Taebaek to Pyricularia oryzae race KJ-I0l and KJ-301. Although the peroxidase activity was increased during the growth of the rice seedlings, the significant difference in the activity was not found among 4 cultivars. After inoculation of the fungus, the peroxidase activity was enhanced in diseased leaves, being considerably higher in the compatible than in the incompatible cultivars. The isozyme bands of peroxidases observed in mycelium of rice blast fungus were not found in the diseased leaves on the gel electrophoresis. The peroxidase activity was not affected by the increased application of nitrogenous fertilizer.

수직정원은 벽면녹화의 일부분으로 정원문화의 확산과 함께 주목받는 분야이다. 하지만, 수직정원에 대하여 어떠한 인식을 가지고 있는지 정확하게 파악되지 않았으며, 어떠한 형태의 수직정원이 요구되고 있는지에 대해서 명확하게 밝혀지지 않고 있다. 또한, 수직정원에 대한 문제점 및 현황에 대한 파악도 되지 않고 있는 시점이므로, 본 연구에서는 수직정원을 대상으로 하여 브레인 스토밍의 한가지 방법인 KJ법을 활용하여, 수직정원에 대한 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 앞으로의 미래상에 대한 예측을 함으로써, 설계 및 디자인에 대한 척도를 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문제제기 라운드, 현황파악 라운드, 이상형구축 라운드를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 인덱스 구조도의 형태로 표현하였다. 이 연구의 결과물인 인덱스 구조도는 수직정원에 대한 문제점과 현황, 미래상이 체계적으로 기술되어 있다.

Estimation of thermal stability for diglycidy1 ether of bisphenol A(DGEMA)/4, 4'-methylene dianiline (MDA)/pheny1 glycidy1 ether(PGE)-acetamide(AcAm)/carboxy1-terminated acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer (CTBN) system was studied by thermogravimetry(TG) analysis. To get activation energy for thermal degradation, Freeman & Carroll, Kissinger, and Flynn & Wall expressions were used. The activation energy of Freeman & Wall expression was 112.9kj/mol, that of Kissinger expression was 151.5 kj/mol and that of Flynn & Wall was 168.3kj/mol.

With the Zircaloy-4 tube oxidized in high temperature (1323 K) steam for 5, 10, 30 and 60 minutes, the expanding copper mandrel test was carried out over a temperature range of 673-l173k at $\varepsilon\;=\;3.0\times10^5S\;^1$. The oxidation parameters $(K_i)$ in the present study were linearly proportional to square root of time $(Ki= \delta_{kit})$ and their rate constants ($\delta_{ki}$) are 0.281, 2.82, and 2.313 for weight gain and thickness of Zr02 and $\alpha$(0) layer, respectively. Activation energy for high temperature (873-1073k) plastic deformation of Zircaloy-4 increases from 251 KJ/mol to 323 KJ/mol with increase in oxidation time from 5 minutes to 60 minutes due to the high strengthened Zr02. With the oxide layer thickness [K ; expressed in "Equivalent Cladding Reacted" (ECR,%)] and the yield stress obtained from the mandrel test, an empirical relation was derived as ($\sigma/C)^n=K^mexp$ (Q/RT) with n=6.9, m=5.7, C=0.155, 0.138, 0.051, and 0.046 MPa for Q=251, 258, 316, 323 KJ/mol, respectively.

This study intends to provide guidance for library design and assessment by eliciting the emotional vocabulary related to academic library space. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, 12 major emotional vocabularies related to academic library space were derived through 5 stages of extraction and refinement processes. Literature search and analysis of preceding research, focus group interview and survey of academic librarians and users of the academic library, evaluation of similarity through KJ Method, etc., selected 12 adjectives of emotional vocabulary as follows: diverse, satisfactory, necessary, full, clean, stable, appropriate, harmonious, open, warm, natural, and excellent.

MotionTypography is crucial to effective emotional communication in digital society. In this paper, I study movements to represent emotion using motiontypography and approach two goals: First to define an emotional measure by means of emotion assesses by the public, Second to research image characteristics corresponding to movements. In this dissertation, we collect emotional words by literature and experimental surveys and extract representative emotional words using KJ method and clustering analysis. The results of research, the emotional axes selected for motiontypography represent 'calm to active' and 'soft to stiff', the viewers feel a specific emotional state from some movements of motiontypography. If, we investigate the relationship of motiontypographic visual elements with emotional words are achieved together, I think it will serve as a motiontypographic guideline that enables helping the public to easily produce motiontypography.
