우리 사회의 고령화가 지속됨에 따라 퇴행성 척추 질환을 가진 고령 인구가 증가하고 있다. 노인성 척추 질환은 일상생활을 불가능하게 하며, 경제활동을 어렵게 하여 결과적으로는 고령자 삶의 질을 훼손시킨다. 또한, 이 질환은 개별 환자에 최적화된 척추의 수술 및 재활 치료 방법이 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 노인성 척추 질환에 대한 효과적 대응을 위해 IT 기반의 경제적/과학적 해결 방안을 제시하는 "노인성 척추 질환 치료/재활을 위한 노령 인체 모델 및 의료기기 제품화 기반 기술"에 대해 소개한다.

국가R&D정보는 R&D과제, 참여인력, 성과, 장비정보등으로 구성되며, 특히 R&D과제의 참여인력정보를 기반으로 한 의미기반서비스를 위해서는 인력 온톨로지의 모델링이 중요하다. 온톨로지 모델링을 어떻게 하느냐에 따라서 구현 가능한 의미기반서비스의 범위가 달라지며, 구성하는 데이터에 대한 이해도와 서비스 종류에 따라 모델링을 다르게 할 수 있다. 국가R&D인력정보기반 의미기반서비스는 인력정보의 현황과 특성에 대한 이해를 통해 연구자들이 협력대상 연구자와 평가위원 후보를 쉽고 효율적으로 탐색 활용할 수 있는 정보이용환경을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 보다 지능화된 의미기반 추론서비스 제공을 위한 국가 R&D 인력정보의 온톨로지 모델링 및 활용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

System manager needs monitoring tool(S/W) to manage cluster system. But, it is difficult to decide suitable monitoring tool for small SMP cluster system. This document described design of monitoring tool(mon) and development. Mon is monitoring tool for small SMP cluster system using InfiniBand network switch. Function of this tool is monitoring such as computing node(7 node), Infiniband network switch and monitoring of PBS job.

Resources on knowledge and information has been acknowledge as national competitiveness in Knowledge-based Information Society. For systematic digitalization, consistent management and application of such resources of a nation, necessity for charging for knowledge-based information resources has been frequently raised. This study has suggested appropriate ways for charging for information and knowledge resources in science and technology and has established charging system by deducing reasonable charging method, information usage fees and payment method for chargeable databases.

과거 서지DB 제작시스템은 자료의 수집부터 DB제작에 이르기까지 자료입수지연 및 서지데이터입력오류, 중복레코드생성, 권호정보의 부정확한 기입, 철자오류와 관련된 많은 문제들을 내포하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이와같은 문제들을 최소화하기 위해 SISAC기반 서지DB 제작시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 기존 가용자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해 SISAC 바코드를 스캐닝하여 자료의 입수처리를 신속하게 하고, 서지데이터를 입력할 때 기존에 구축된 데이터를 공유함으로써 데이터 중복입력으로 인한 시간소모적인 작업을 줄인다. 그리고 개방형 환경에서 양질의 능력을 지닌 DB제작 전문가를 선정하는데 투명성을 제공하고, 이들 DB제작전문가를 활용함으로써 데이터의 품질향상에 기여한다.

그리드란 지리적으로 분산된 컴퓨터, 데이터베이스, 과학장비 등을 초고속 네트워크를 통하여 연결하여 가상의 슈퍼컴퓨터로 활용하고자 하는 노력으로 탄생하였다. OGSA 는 이러한 그리드를 위해서 새롭게 제시된 진보된 아키텍처로 웹 서비스 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OGSA 의 핵심인 서비스 데이터를 효과적으로 브라우징할 수 있는 서비스 데이터 브라우저를 설계 및 구현한다.

The purposes of this study are to analyze economic value of science technology information for each distribution center First, the total economic value of each distribution center based on the value of time can be estimated to be 714,384,529 won, which can be compared with that of KISTI's 85,674,153,126 won. Second, the total economic value of each distribution center based on addition time can be estimated to be 1,426,344,558,446 won. And KISTI's 173,915,322,076 won appears to be the highest one as a single unit. Third, the study results can provide an objective standard for the policies of KISTI based on the data collected in this study.

최근 계산과학 분야의 웹 기반 클라우드 시뮬레이션 서비스를 제공하고 있는 해외의 업체들을 중심으로 오픈 소스를 통한 웹 브라우저에서 형상설계와 전후처리, 그리고 해석 수행의 최신 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 온라인상의 방대한 스토리지를 기반으로 사용자들의 해석 진행 과정과 결과의 공유를 통해 의미 있는 데이터를 축적하고, 커뮤니티를 통해 사용자들이 서로 교류하는 환경이 가지는 장점을 살펴보며 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 웹 기반 공학 시뮬레이션 플랫폼 서비스의 진행 방향을 제시한다.

공공기관 및 국가 연구기관 뿐만 아니라, 대학 및 모든 기업체는 연구 및 업무 수행 중 발생하는 모든 제반 지식 및 성과 정보를 관리하고 공동 활용하기 위하여 지식관리 시스템(Knowledge Management System)을 구축하여 업무 수행의 효율성을 꾀하고 있다. 각 기관은 연구 활동 및 업무 수행에 필요한 기자재 구입이나 연구비(비용) 지출에 대한 거래처 정보(거래 관계자 및 해당 은행 계좌정보)를 관리 및 활용하고 있는데, 거래처 정보는 일반적으로 특정 부서 및 업무 담당자에 의해 관리됨으로 인해 유용한 정보를 공유하는데 있어서 어려움을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 지식관리 측면에서의 거래처 정보 공유 방법을 제시함으로써, 연구 활동 및 업무 수행에 있어서 거래처 정보 및 구매 혹은 지출 등의 관련 거래 정보를 유용한 지식으로써 공동 활용코자 한다.
