Herbs have active components that promote the growth rate of both animals and human. The KI-180 and KI-188 calcium food formulae contain Acanthopanacis cortex, Bombysis corpus and hoelen, seaweed calcium, chlorella extract, spirulina, colostrum powder, and other natural and functional components. We evaluated the growth-promoting effects of these formulae by analyzing the weight, femur and backbone, alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, testosterone, insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1, and IGF binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) of growing rats. Growing rats administered with KI-180 and KI-188 calcium showed the increase of body weight, body length, and femur weight and length of growing rats. In addition, administration of KI-180 and KI-188 calcium increased the alkaline phosphatase activity, the levels of osteocalcin and the growth hormones IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 of growing rats. The impact of KI-180 and KI-188 calcium on the physical development of growing rats suggests that the incorporation of these food formulae in the diets of growing children may promote the physical development.

Objectives: This study was purposed to investigate the sarcoma-180 anticancer effects of Herbal acupuncture with Juglandis Semen(JsD) in mice. Methods: The Juglandis Semen Herbal-acupuncture was injected on Chung-wan(CV12) of mice with S-180 cancer cell line. Results: The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. Median survival time of S-180 cancer cell treated with Juglandis Semen Herbal-Acupuncture was not significant.(p < 0.05) 2. Natural killer cell activity was insignificant for S-180 cell treated with Juglandis Semen Herbal-Acupuncture Herbal acupuncture. (P < 0.05) 3. Interleukin-2 productivity of S-180 cell treated with Juglandis Semen Herbal-Acupuncture was not significant.(P < 0.05) Conclusions: According to the results, we can conclude Herbal-acupuncture with Juglandis Semen caused no effects in S-180 cancer cell.

Background & Methods : In order to measure the acute and subacute toxicity of Vermilionum and it's anti-cancer effects, Sarcoma-180 abdominal cancer cells were injected intravenously. The following results were obtained after measuring the survival rate, toxicity of the NK cells, and IL- 2 productivity. Results : 1. It was impossible to measure $LD_{50}$ value in the acute toxicity test and no toxic effects were witnessed in the clinical observation. 2. No significant differences were shown in the weight changes between the experiment groups and the control group in the acute toxicity test. 3. No peculiar toxic effects were shown in the subacute toxicity test and the weight changes were insignificant between the experiment groups and the control group. 4. In measuring the survival rate after inducing abdominal cancer by Sarcoma-180, the experiment groups showed increased of 9.52% compared to the control group. 5. In measuring the activity of NK cells, no significant changes were shown between the experiment groups and the control group. 6. In measuring the productivity of IL-2, significant reduction was shown in the experiment groups compared to the normal group, but no significance was witnessed compared to the control group.

In this study, the difference in resilience was analyzed based on the results of the microprocessor class for the group who temporarily conducted online learning due to COVID-19 and made a cross-school course. As a result of the study, the resilience value in online learning was found to be less than 150 in 12, 150 to less than 180 in 33, and 180 or more in 10. On the other hand, the resilience value in offline learning was found to be less than 150, 8 people, 150 or more, 180, 30, 180 or more, 17. Therefore, in subjects that teach hardware and software at the same time, such as a microprocessor, it is necessary to proceed with offline learning that can establish a laboratory learning environment, and when proceeding with online learning unavoidably due to COVID-19, the theory is the same as other theoretical subjects. Content should be focused on.

In this study, the difference in resilience was analyzed based on the results of a study of classes that practiced using Raspberry Pi, which had to cross school due to temporarily conducting online classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, in online classes, 14 people had resilience less than 150, 32 people who had 150 or more and less than 180, and 9 people who had 180 or more. On the other hand, in the school attendance class, there were 7 people with resilience less than 150, 29 people with resilience less than 150 and less than 180, and 20 people with more than 180. Therefore, in subjects where programming using Raspberry Pi and circuit manufacturing are taught at the same time, the laboratory and practice environment should be able to proceed properly as much as possible. should proceed mainly.
