Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive improvements through user satisfaction analysis for the smart traffic safety system being applied to improve traffic safety. Method: A survey-based IPA analysis was used to derive system and service improvements for groups of drivers and pedestrians. Result: As a result of the analysis, both drivers and pedestrian groups showed that Quadrant 1(Keep up the Good Work) was 'Perception of risk information', and Quadrant 3(Low Priority) was 'Reliability of warning information'. On the other hand, 'AI display suitability', which was analyzed as Quadrant 1(Keep up the Good Work) in the driver group, was found to be Quadrant 3(Low priority) in the pedestrian group. Conclusion: Satisfaction factors for smart pedestrian safety systems may vary depending on users, and it is judged that user-centered system construction and service provision are necessary.

This study was to investigate the effects of concentration of malt extract in Sikhye manufacture on saccharification time, shapes of saccharified rice(the cooked rice) and sensory evaluation score of Sikhye. The optimum concentration of malt extract to reduce saccharification time and to keep desirable shapes of saccharified rice was 4 times (rice 24g, malt 28g and D.W. 240ml) as suitable as base composition formula(rice 6g, malt 7g and D.W. 240ml). The shapes of saccharified rice were influenced by the concentration of malt extract, the saccharification time and the shapes of steamed rice before saccharification. A good taste(softness) of Sikhye rice and the desirable shapes of saccharified rice were more suitable in the case of a small amount of unsaccharified starch than in the case of finishing saccharification. The optimum saccharification time to keep the desirable shapes of saccharified rice was 240min and also was desirable between 210 and 270min. To keep a good taste(softness) and the desirable shapes of saccharified rice, and to reduce the manufacturing time, it is desirable to in mass production of Sikhye add 3 times more water after making Sikhye in the ratio of rice 24g, malt 28g and water 240ml. In this case the whole amount will become 4 times as much as the original one.

This study examines closely impact that Sport For All participation gets in university student's self-esteem, there is the objective. Investigation target did 300 university students who is in school in four-year college in complete work random sampling for this study. Sample that use in actuality research used 296. To analyze collected data, used statistical technique Anova analysis. Through such method of study and procedure, this study deduced following results. First, in university student's Sport For All participation degree frequency difference that keep did appeared. Second, in university student's Sport For All participation degree period difference that keep did appeared. Third, in university student's Sport For All participation degree intensity difference that keep did appeared.

This paper proposes a new coordinated voltage control scheme between STATCOM (Static Synchronous Compensator) and reactive power compensation devices, such as shunt elements(shunt capacitor and shunt reactor) and ULTC(Under-Load Tap Changer) transformer in a local substation. If STATCOM and reactive power compensators are cooperatively used with well designed control algorithm, the target of the voltage control can be achieved in a suddenly changed power system. Also, keeping reactive power reserve in a STATCOM during steady-state operation is always needed to provide reactive power requirements during emergencies. This paper describes the coordinative voltage control method to keep or control the voltage of power system in an allowable range of steady-state and securing method of momentary reactive power reserve using PSS/E with Python. In the proposed method of this paper, the voltage reference of STATCOM is adjusted to keep the voltage of the most sensitive bus to the change of loads and other reactive power compensators also are settled to supply the reactive power shortage in out range of STATCOM to cope with the change of loads. As the result of simulation, it is possible to keep the load bus voltage in limited range and secure the momentary reactive power reserve in spite of broad load range condition.

E-mail, one of the oldest services in internet becomes very important and essential way to communicate with development of internet. Due to E-mail has a property which is not complete for security, sometimes it is used for purpose of commercial or bad things, therefore it becomes the latest problem to keep off a Spam-mail and commercial advertising E-mail, many ways to keep off were perposed for it. In this paper, I explained how to sort and keep off these Spam-mail and commercial advertising E-mail with three way, prevention by server level, prevention by construction of network level, prevention by client level. we designed a prevention system for Spam-mail and implemented it by Visual Basic.

To set the similarity conditions between a prototype usually in the field and its reduced-scale model is a crucial part in model tests. No technique is available to keep perfect similarity for this procedure so far. The experimental work using a wind tunnel is not exceptional. based on the field measurements, the effect of stack parameters and wind conditions on the dispersion of stack plume has been investigated in the laboratory. in this paper intensive methodology is focused on matching these similarities. Due to the limitations to keep perfect similarity conditions some simplifications are involved in common. In this study geometric conditions and kinematic conditions using Froude number and Reynolds number have been con-sidered to keep the similarity conditions required. From the tests it is found that the critical Reynolds number (Recrit) is 2,700 when the height of stack discharge is 50mm. The dispersion has a similar trend for the higher Reynolds number than the critical Reynolds number. It is also found that different Froude number does not make any significant influence for the normalized tracer gas concentrations at the recipient providing the same ratio of the wind speed to the discharge speed. No significant effect of stack diameter is observed in the normalized tracer gas concentrations with the same Frounde number. The similarity conditions therefore used in this study are reliable to simulate the conditions in prototype into the wind tunnel tests.

Recently the endangered species of wild fauna and flora used in TCM have been held under a spotlight by CITES-implementing countries. USA and other western countries have suspected Oriental countries might not keep the regulation of CITES effectively for the continuous use of endangered species such as tiger bone, rhino horn, bear gallbladder and others. However, most of Oriental countries have tried to keep CITES truly. The misunderstanding of culture and thought in Oriental countries can be one of important factors. Thus, for effective implementation of CITES, we have to keep communication with western countries especially in the principles of TCM or others and vice versa. In addition, TCM using countries and counterpart countries should prevent illegal trade of endangered species in TCM and also fry to develop natural or synthesized substitutes for endangered species. We have to continue to develop methods to artificially propagate endangered species, while trying to alleviate the ethical problems entailed by breeding in captivity. In south Korea we also have to make known our implementation of CITES such as reinforced law for prohibition of using CITES items, public awareness by training program, brochure and surveys to other countries.

Purpose : The keeping warm and avoidance of cold are one of important Korean traditional postpartum care, but sometimes overwarm for example over-bundling, an overheated room or a steam bath cause heavy sweats. I observed and treated three　patients complained of heavy sweats, chills, fatigue, malaise, cold sensation and pain caused by keeping overwarm for postpartum care. Although the symptoms have aggravated, they have maintained keeping overwarm because of a belief of Korean traditional postpartum care. The purpose of these cases studies are to report postpartum hyperhidrosis caused by keeping overwarm and to make a point of keeping the appropriate room temperature and humidity during puerperium. Methods : I observed and treated three patients complained of heavy sweats, chills, fatigue, malaise, cold sensation and pain caused by keeping overwarm for postpartum care. I found that a cause of the symptoms was hyperhidrosis by keeping overwarm, and administered herbal medicine and was to keep the appropriate room temperature. Results : After medication of Herbal medicine(補中益氣湯加味方) and keeping the appropriate room temperature, they were improved. Conclusion : Postpartum care is not to keep overwarm but to keep the appropriate room temperature and humidity.
