A Study on The Determination Method of Engineering Characteristic Values by QFD (품질기능전개를 통한 품질특성값 결정방법에 관한 연구)

  • First, in order to improve selecting method of quality characteristic level desired by customers, S/N(Signal-to-Noise) ratio of Taguchi in larger-the-better characteristics was applied. Second, the Matrix classification standard of ACE(Attribute Categorization Evaluation) is presented using KANO model on difference analysis of importance and satisfaction through questionnaire from customers. This is for reflecting the diverse EC which customers want in EC quality sufficiently. Also, establishing sales point will be helpful in business strategy through presenting types that are able to decide planning quality. Third, the important measure of EC about correlation among quality characteristics and a new weight of EC are calculated depending on importance of EC and the weight of customer attribute and materials of relationship matrix through correlation matrix analysis.

Generalized half-logistic Poisson distributions

  • In this article, we proposed a new three-parameter distribution called generalized half-logistic Poisson distribution with a failure rate function that can be increasing, decreasing or upside-down bathtub-shaped depending on its parameters. The new model extends the half-logistic Poisson distribution and has exponentiated half-logistic as its limiting distribution. A comprehensive mathematical and statistical treatment of the new distribution is provided. We provide an explicit expression for the $r^{th}$ moment, moment generating function, Shannon entropy and $R{\acute{e}}nyi$ entropy. The model parameter estimation was conducted via a maximum likelihood method; in addition, the existence and uniqueness of maximum likelihood estimations are analyzed under potential conditions. Finally, an application of the new distribution to a real dataset shows the flexibility and potentiality of the proposed distribution.

  • 소프트웨어 개발에서 요구사항 분석에 대한 관리는 품질과 생산성에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 연구는 요구사항 분석단계에서 기능 중심으로 문제분석을 시도하고, 시험 및 구현단계에서 품질문제를 고려하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항을 추출하고 분석하는 단계에서 품질속성을 고려하는 요구분석 모델을 제안한다. 품질평가모형인 ISO/IEC 9126 품질속성으로 분석된 요구사항을 개발시스템의 이해와 사용자의 요구사항에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 카노(Kano)의 이원적 품질이론을 통해서 재분류함으로써 새로운 요구분석 방법을 제안한다.

  • In the past few years with the popularization of the Internet using mobile devices such as the universal in the field of information technology has made rapid development and spread, the width and speed of change is also expected to grow much. As a result Internet telephony (VoIP) was to emerging, VoIP as a leader in next-generation converged services, the proliferation of IPTV services, including the successful introduction and subsequent convergence of the early to gauge whether the settlement is much distance in terms of importance. Therefore, this research using the Internet and telephone customer satisfaction survey, and Kano analysis is important from the perspective of the customer requirements by looking at what the Internet phone service in the development and improvement priorities are supposed to be able to stand.

  • The Share and the importance of service industry have been grown up consistently, especially the diffusion of internet for past decade stimulates rapid expansions of it. However, research areas about service industry still remain relatively unexplored. This research regards a web site as a package of various service units, and proposes a framework that maps service units into 2-dimensional space using MDAC to find uncovered service area for the requirements of customers, This framework is expected to help to find weak service areas of current web site, and to bring useful information for the outset stage of NSC.

Using Kano's Theory of Attractive Quality to Better Understand Customer Experiences with E-Services

  • The interest in on-line services has increased during the last couple of years and there are now several models developed to better understand how customers evaluate e-service quality. In this empirical study we combine the use of the theories of attractive quality and technology readiness so as to explain customer experiences of e-services. A survey was conducted with 188 students at three universities in Sweden, asking how they assess an e-service that enables one to reserve and buy cinema tickets on-line. The main contribution of the study is its provision of evidence on how to interpret and improve customer satisfaction when designing e-services. Our belief is that an organization can gain a clearer grasp of how customer satisfaction is created with an e-service by taking into account customers' experiences with new technology.

  • 현대 기업은 경영 전략의 방향 및 평가를 위하여 고객만족도를 조사한다. 특히 서비스업에서는 많은 경우 SERVQUAL 점수를 이용하여 고객만족도를 평가한다 SERVQUAL은 고객의 기대와 지각의 차이를 조사하여 고객만족도를 평가하며 22 개의 평가항목은 5가지의 품절특성 (유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성 공감성)에 대한 SERVQUAL 접수로 산출된다. WSERVQUAL 접수는 SERVQUAL 점수에 단순평균방식과 상대적 중요도를 가중한 가중접수로 계산되는 방법으로 상대적 중요도를 파악하기 위하여 기존에서는 중요도에 대한 고객의 의견을 파악하여 적용하였으나 본 논문에서는 임성욱의 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수 (PCSI Index)를 적용하여 고객의 향후 잠재적 만족개선정도에 관한 내용을 포함한 가중치를 산정할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다.

  • 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 사용자 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 유용한 소프트웨어 개발도구를 사용하면 매우 효과적이지만 사용자 관점에서 요구사항 검증을 위한 방법이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 구현 전 단계에서 사용자 요구사항을 효율적으로 검증할 수 있는 프로토타입 RV-UI 모델을 제안하여 개발자와 사용자간 요구사항이 적절히 반영되어 개발 시스템이 효과적으로 설계되고 구현됨을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서 제안한 RV-Ul 모델은 기존의 상용화된 시스템 인터페이스를 기능별 모델로 분류하였으며, 이원적 품질이론을 적용한 인터페이스를 통해 사용자가 요구하는 명확한 요구사항과 요구사항에 따른 형상관리 효과를 극대화할 수 있게 설계하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 연구자 지원 서비스 사례들을 살펴보고, 그것으로부터 연구자 지원에 활용되고 있는 기능들을 도출한다. 도출된 기능들을 KANO 모형을 기반으로 기능들을 재분류함으로써 소셜 네트워크 환경에서의 연구지원도구의 서비스 품질 수준을 정의한다. 또한 정의된 연구지원도구의 서비스 품질 수준에 따라 개발하고자 하는 연구지원도구의 기능적 요구사항과 비기능적 요구사항을 정의한다.
