최근 몇 년 간 한류 방송 콘텐츠는 사드 배치라는 정치적인 갈등 이슈로 발생한 중국의 한한령에 의해 어려움을 겪게 되었다. 이처럼 정치적인 문제로 한류 방송 콘텐츠가 부정적인 영향을 받는 일은 언제든 다시 발생할 수 있기에 한류의 지속적인 발전을 위한 근본적인 대응책을 모색해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 안정적이고 지속적인 한류 발전 방안을 수립하기 위해 한류 방송 콘텐츠 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 구체적으로 한류 확산을 위해 국내법과 제도의 문제점과 개선방안, 정부 정책의 개선방안을 점검해보고, 한류 방송 콘텐츠 시장 다변화를 위한 방안도 살펴보았다. 한류 시장 다변화를 위해서는 한류에 관심도가 높은 동남아시아 지역, 한류 블루오션인 서유럽 국가, 여전히 한류의 주요 시장인 일본과 중국의 한류 방송 콘텐츠 확산 방안을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 한류 방송 콘텐츠 확산을 위한 정책적인 제언을 하였다.

이 연구는 우리나라 해외홍보방송인 아리랑TV(아리랑 World)와 KBS World를 선정하여 편성전략의 특성과 편성에 따른 채널 포지셔닝의 차별성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과, 편성전략에서는 아리랑TV가 교양 프로그램위주의 한국 문화콘텐츠를 편성하는, 반면 KBS World는 KBS 1, 2TV의 주요 프로그램을 활용한 드라마와 연예 등 오락프로그램의 편성비율이 높았다. 아리랑 TV의 경우 다큐멘터리, 관광정보, 생활정보 등 문화 콘텐츠 중심의 국가홍보에 충실한 편성을 하고 있다. KBS World는 드라마와 <뮤직 뱅크>와 같은 K-pop을 편성하여 한류 확산의 중심 채널로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 이같은 편성전략의 특성에 따라 아리랑TV는 한국문화를 전파하는 외교채널로서 포지셔닝을 하고 있고, KBS World는 한류 확산의 엔터테인먼트 채널로 자리를 잡고 있다. 그러나 두 채널의 편성 전략이 한국 문화 소개 및 한류 확산을 목표로 하고 있고, 타깃이 해외 동포나 외국인을 대상으로 한다는 점에서 중복투자에 따른 비효율성 문제가 제기되고 있다.

This paper studies the effects of economic development and cultural proximity as common determinants of trade in cultural goods in a dynamic preference selection model. For the empirical analysis, this paper utilizes the gravity framework with importer fixed effects and Poisson pseudo-maximum likelihood estimators. This paper applies the model to Korean export of broadcasting contents to Asian countries. The relative economic development of the export country and the market size of the import country are important determinants of cultural trade, the results of which are generally consistent with traditional goods trade. However, the distance variable does not show much significance, reflecting the unique characteristics of trade in cultural goods.

Holography technology which was developed by Dennis Gabor (1900~1979) in 1948 is a technology to record wave planes of actual 3D objects. It is known as the only technology which can express 3D information most perfectly close to human-friendly. Holography technology is widely used in advertisement, architecture and arts as well as science technology areas. Especially, digital holographic print which is an applied area is greatly used in military map, architecture map and cultural asset restoration by printing and reproducing 3D information. Holography is realized by recording and reproducing the amplitude and phase information on high resolution film using coherent light like laser. Recording materials for digital holographic printer are silver halide, photoresist and photopolymer. Because the materials have different diffraction efficiency according to film characteristics of each manufacturer, appropriate guide lines should be suggested through efficiency analysis of each film. This paper suggests appropriate guide lines through the diffraction efficiency measurement of silver halide which is a holographic printer recording medium. And the objective of this study is to suggest appropriate guide lines through diffraction efficiency analysis of Ultimate 08-C and PFG-03C which are commercially used. The experiment was prepared by self-diffraction efficiency system which measures the strength with the defector by penetrating RGB recording medium and concentrating diffracted beams through collimating lens. The experiment showed Geola's PFG-03C which is a silver halide for full color has price/performance advantage in optical hologram recording, but recording angles and reproduction angles are irregular for digital holographic printer recording. Ultimate's Ultimate08-C for full color shows its diffraction efficiency is relatively stable and high according to recording angles and laser wavelength.

최근 방송통신 및 비디오 코딩 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 3D 입체영상에 기반을 둔 실감 미디어 서비스의 요구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구는 가정 내 고정된 3DTV 뿐만 아니라 개인 스마트기기, 자동차, 철도, 그리고 선박과 같이 자유롭게 이동하는 무선 채널 환경에서도 반드시 만족되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 실감 미디어 서비스의 요구를 만족하기 위해 직접파가 반사파 보다 우세한 해양 라이시안 채널 환경을 고려하여 3D 입체영상을 전송한다. 또한 3D 입체영상은 일반적으로 V+D (Video plus Depth) 포맷을 통해 표현되기 때문에 이 포맷에 특성을 고려하여 계층 4/16-QAM을 적용한 비균등 오류보호 기법도 제안한다. 이는 아무리 수신 채널의 상태가 나쁜 선박이라도 중간에 끊어짐이 없이 방송서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 기술로 기대된다.

The importance of international co-production that enables content production, diversification of overseas markets, and diversification has been highlighted as demand for content has soared due to intensifying competition between media outlets, while contents provision has become easier due to changes in media environment such as convergence of broadcasting and communication and the spread of mobile Internet. In particular, the boom in Korean dramas, called the Korean Wave in China, opened up a new market after "My Love from the Star" in 2014, and in 2016, Netflix's entry into Korea served as an opportunity for local broadcasters and producers to seek international co-production. In addition, "Good Doctor" which was aired on American Broadcasting Co. (ABC) in 2017, has topped the same time slot for the first time in 29 years, and is set to air season 4 this fall. Accordingly, overseas broadcasters and production companies wanted to collaborate with domestic broadcasters and producers, and since 2011, they have conducted a total of 12 co-produced dramas until 2019. Unfortunately, however, there are few studies related to international co-production dramas in the domestic industry and academia. In this paper, we present to help Korea, which used to be a powerhouse in complete export-type content, move toward becoming a powerhouse in international co-produced dramas. In addition, it is meaningful that the research focused on the current status and achievements of international co-production dramas, which have not been studied much, and the diversity of international co-production dramas in the future through the analysis of the form and structure of international co-production.

이 연구는 한류확산에 관한 기존의 내용분석적인 접근에 더하여 문화산업적인 요인의 중요성을 강조한 것이다. 이를 논의하기 위한 사례로는 일본에서의 한류확산을 분석하였는데, 그 이유로는 한류의 제도화 측면에서 일본이 가장 두드러진 국가이기 때문이다. 현재 한류가 동아시아의 많은 국가에서 유행하고 있지만, 그것은 주로 특정 사회인구학적 집단, 대표적으로 젊은 여성 사이에서의 인기에 의존하는 바가 크다. 하지만 일본은, 모든 연령과 성별에 있어 한류가 고르게 인기를 얻고 있다는 점에서, 한류가 가장 제도화된 국가라 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 먼저 일본에서 한류가 정착하고 확산될 수 있었던 중요한 배경요인으로 한국에서의 일본대중문화개방을 비롯한 한일 간의 활발한 문화산업 교류를 분석하였다. 그런 다음 한국과 일본의 문화산업적 배출요인과 흡입요인을 분석하였는데, 한국의 배출요인으로는 한국의 음반시장 축소와 방송시장 경쟁이 심화되는 과정을 논의하였고, 일본의 흡입요인으로는 상대적으로 견고한 음반시장과 위성방송출범과 관련된 방송산업의 재편을 분석하였다. 논문에서는 이를 증명하기 위하여 두 국가의 문화산업과 관련한 거시적 자료들을 제시하였다. 하지만, 제시한 자료들이 문화산업적 모델을 뒷받침하기에 충분히 포괄적이지 못하다는 점은 이 연구의 한계로 남는다. 또한 이 연구에서는 거시적 자료만을 제시하고 있는데, 향후 이러한 거시적 자료중심의 분석에 더하여 실제 문화산업 종사자들의 상호작용을 포함한 미시적 분석이 보강될 필요가 있다.

According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, "Status of Registered Persons with Disabilities", the number of people with disabilities is 2,494,460 as of 2015. The lowest rates of children with disabilities were intellectual disabilities (23%) and mental disorders (33.3%). The highest rates of screening were blindness (97%), heart failure (94.4%), and hearing impairment (92.7%). 65.2% of visually impaired people who have already had a disability at the time of marriage, and the remaining 34.8% can be thought to be the cause of high incidence of disability after marriage. 'SID (Seed in the Dark)' project was designed to recapture the visually impaired parent's desire for attachment and the space difficulties of the blind who want to be a normal parent to their children through a visual impairment of a father with 7-year-old daughter. Using Gear VR(Virtual Reality), the general public was able to feel the surroundings as if they had no vision and focused on the hearing. Especially, We expressed the sound wave visually and added the hilarious game element which grasps the terrain of the maze by sound wave like a 'blind person who perceives the surroundings by sound' and catches up with daughter. People with disabilities who are far from mental illness often have a form of family with children. The fact that the rate of childbirth is high means that there is relatively little problem in daily life. It is wondered that the rate of blindness among the visually impaired, which accounts for 10% of the total disabled, is the highest at 97%. This is because, in the case of the visually impaired, the obstacle is often caused by aging, accidents, or diseases due to inherited causes rather than the visual disorder. In particular, However, the fact that there is an obstacle in vision that accounts for 83% of the body's sensory organs causes other difficulties in the nursing process of children who are non-disabled. Parents do not know the face of child when their visual impairment is severe. Parents are extremely anxious about worry that they will be lost or abducted if their children are not by their side. And that the child recognizes the disability of his or her parents other than the other parents easily and takes it as a deficiency. Since visually impaired parents are mentally mature parents with non-disabled people, they may want their children not to feel deprived of their disability. The number of people with visual impairments has been increasing since 2001, and people with impairments often become disabled. In addition, there is much research on the problem of nondisabled parents who have children with disabilities, while there is relatively little interest and research on the problem of nondisabled child rearing of parents with disabilities.
