IT환경은 사물인터넷, SNS, 빅데이터, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등으로 급변하고 있다. 이 기술들은 기존 기술에 새로운 기술이 추가되어 정보시스템 간의 복잡도를 증가시킨다. 그러므로 신규 정보통신서비스의 보안 기능 강화가 필요하다. 정보보호 사전점검은 신규 정보통신서비스 설계 단계부터 보안을 고려한 개발 단계를 제시하여 신규 정보통신서비스 제공자와 이용자에게 안정성 및 신뢰성 보장을 목표로 한다. 기존 '정보보호 사전점검(점검영역 22개, 통제항목 74개/세부항목 129개)'은 6단계(요구사항, 설계, 교육, 구현, 시험/테스트, 대응/사후)로 구성되어 있으며 실효성 검토를 위해 실제 정보시스템 개발 업체에서 파일럿 테스트를 수행하였다. 그 결과로 점검항목에 대한 개선 요구사항과 일부 점검항목의 재구성이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 정보시스템의 사전예방이 목적인 '정보보호 사전 점검'의 활성화를 위한 연구를 하였다. 그 결과로 요구사항과 보완사항이 반영된 '정보보호 사전점검(점검영역 16개, 점검항목 54개/세부항목 76개)'을 도출하였다.

Objectives : Literatures related to Bianque are studied to discover the path of development and the impact of Bianque school's pulse diagnosis system. Methods : Texts regarding Bianque were searched in history books such as Shiji and Zhanguoce, and medical texts such as the medical books of Mawangdui Han Tomb, Huangdineijng, Maijing, and Qianjinyifang to understand how the Bianque school's pulse diagnosis system was developed. Results : 1. Bianque school's pulse diagnosis system was used to inspect the distribution pattern of blood vessels and discover the location of the disease including the palpatation realm such as only hard or only fall. 2. The system of inspection was created when the diagnosis method that uses the color of the pulse by using the color of blood vessels was added to the diagnostic method of pulse condition. 3. Adding the concept of pulse to the visual information that derives from pulse condition becomes pulsation. This is a diagnostic method that falls under the realm of palpation, and it was used to discover the location of disease. 4. The qi of pulse is motor that induces pulse, and this concept is used in order to understand how normal and abnormal pulsations appear, and to treat the circulation disorder of qi and blood. 5. Cubit skin examination is a method that comprehensively take into account the upper arm skin's cold and heat, slippery and roughness, and relax and tension state. This method was used together with other diagnostic methods. As described above, it seems that the diagnostic method with blood vessels used by Bianque school seems to have developed from Bianque's special inspection ability to the stage where it uses palpation, and then to the stage of cubit skin examination which uses both palpation and inspection.

Press rolls are constantly exposed to physical and heat stresses on their surface and are prone to crack, bruise, and spall if the accumulated stress goes beyond the critical point. Such surface phenomenon can cause them to lose their functionality and eventually lead to a halted production line. Eddy current testing can be considered a useful method to investigate the surface of the roll. The method involves the application of a high intensity magnetic field onto the surface of the roll, and thereby finding any early stage of possible defects. When the method was applied for roll inspection, the cross section of the sensor was regulated as per the overall testing speed. A smaller cross sectional area implied a better resolution but a longer testing time. In this paper, a convenient method to increase both overall system resolution and inspection speed of eddy current roll inspection is suggested by using a devised array sensor structure.

This study first addresses the ineffectiveness of indirect regulation on industrial machines. Analysis of causes of industrial accidents associated with industrial machines further reveals the fact that technical causes need to be resolved at the manufacturing stage to reduce the frequency and strength of industrial accidents. Balanced safety certification on manufacturers and safety inspection on users of industrial machines are then suggested to effectively resolve such technical causes. The effectiveness of such safety certification and safety inspection can be justified by cost-benefit analysis. Particularly, balance in expected benefits of safety certification and safety inspection is a key issue for validity of such analysis. The accumulated benefit-costs for press brake and portable sawing machine confirm the effectiveness of such safety system.

It is obvious that electrical safety cannot be secured soley by the efforts from public sector including government. With the global trend of deregulation as WTO/TBT agreement comes into effect, foreign countries strive to minimize unnecessary and inefficient regulations in every field by sharing responsibilities with the privae sector to secure international competency in trade. To this same end, in this paper 2 level approach plan is suggested to pave the way to the self-security system in electrical field by introducing self-reliance safety system by stage for pre-service inspection on the electrical installations for private use based on product requirements in terms of performance.

본 연구는 트랜스미션에 들어가는 부품인 차동기어에 대한 자동 검사 장비를 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 본 기술개발은 Micro Vision 자동 검사 장비와 마이크로레이저 자동 검사 장비를 사용하여 만들 것이다. 이는 작업자가 부주의하게 가공한 제품을 전수검사 단계에서 불량률 0를 만들고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 장비를 여러 분야 사업에 적용할 것이다. 포장회사, 너트 볼트 가공업체, 정밀 반도체 상단에 인쇄를 위한 업체, SMT 업체 등 다양한 분야에 비전검사 장비를 판매하고자 한다. 본 기술개발을 통해 불량률 0를 실현하면 모기업으로부터 안정적 물량 확보, 나아가 제품 신뢰도를 바탕으로 수출을 할 수 있는 기반마련의 기회도 가능하다. 자동검사시스템을 국내 자동차 부품 가공업체에 적용할 경우 우리나라 자동차의 신뢰도 또한 크게 상승 할 것으로 생각된다.

Ever since the year 2000, Korea's musical markets has invited famous overseas license performances and have therefore cooperated with staffs working overseas in regards to stage costumes. This study aims to suggest the methodology of the stage costume making process according to the present advanced production system of Korea's musical market. The researcher participated in the stage costume making work of 'Chicago' as a costume supervisor. It took place at the Opera House of Seongnam Art Center from January 10, 2010 to February 28, 2010. Furthermore, there was significance in reinforcing academic values and implementing practical making process of stage-costumes based on the actual field work. The method of this research was carried out through a theoretical research and a case study that focused on empirical research. As for the research scope, it was limited to the actual stage-costumes that the researcher fully engaged with as a costume supervisor of the musical 'Chicago.' The results of this study were as follows. The stage costume making process of the musical 'Chicago' was categorized according to the classification of production system in the performance. For pre-production, it was divided according to the information of the actor and the analysis of the bible. Rehearsal period was divided according to the product clothes and fitting. Production week & preview were divided according to the changeover of clothes and the arrangement of dressers. The Run was divided according to the inspection of the situation concerning clothes in general during the performance. Post-Production Period was divided according to the collection of clothes and the implemented database. This study eventually suggested appropriate stage-costume making processes for the costumes making environment according to the expansion of overseas license musical market. However, it has a limitation of the research scope to the musical 'Chicago.' The creative performances of the domestic version are planned in diverse forms and come to abroad animate by the Korean Wave. Therefore, the field of stage-costume is necessary for the establishment of practical schemes of the system and copyright in accordance with the environment.

We have developed the testing software for KEPCO operators to maintain the small-scale distribution automation system effectively. The testing software is used to monitor the present status, to measure the analog value(voltage, amperage) and to control the switch and FRTU(Feeder Remote Terminal Unit) in order to find out a disabled part of the system. And at the stage of inspection of the switch and FRTU, it can screen the inferior one.

IT기술의 발전에 따라 다양한 신규 IT서비스가 생겨나고 있다. 신규 IT 서비스는 이용자의 서비스 접근의 편의성을 제공하나 네트워크와 복합 단말기 사용 등 정보시스템의 복잡도가 증가하고 있어 다양한 보안에 대한 위협과 취약성이 증가하고 있다. 정보시스템에 대한 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 정보통신 서비스 구축단계에서부터 정보보호 취약점 분석 등을 통해 사전에 취약점을 제거하고 정보보호 대책을 수립하여 적용하였는지에 대한 점검 활동에 대한 제도를 마련하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템에 사전점검 방법에 대한 각 나라별 소개와 추진현황에 대해서 살펴본다. 한국인터넷 진흥원에서 추진하고 있는 사전점검 방법에 대한 추진 방향과 안전성을 확보하기 위한 활성화 방향에 대해서 제안한다.

In the product development stage, it is very important to ensure demanded quality level before moving to the full-scale manufacturing. For example, in developing guided weapons, live-fire tests are required to verify the final performance of the weapons which are very expensive. The quality evaluation of the guided weapons needs destructive testing, which makes it necessary to test as small number of samples as possible. This paper presents sampling inspection plans and calculating system for finite population guided weapons, which can meet the demanded quality level and confidence level with the minimum number of performance tests. The result of this paper can be useful for any kind of costly destructive testing.
