제주물산업을 선도할 이론과 실무능력을 겸비한 현장적합성 인재를 양성하기 위한 제주물산업 인재양성센터의 특화교육프로그램인 에듀워터가 시행 3년을 앞두고 있다. 특화교육프로그램의 성공적 운영을 위한 기반구축과 프로그램에 대한 이해가 그동안의 주요 목적이었다면 3차년도 이후부터는 산학협력을 바탕으로 해서 보다 실질적인 주제선정을 통해 특허, 상표등록, 프로그램개발, 저작권 등의 지적재산권 확보 방안이 확대 적용되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에서는 향후 기술 이전 등으로 이어질 수 있도록 에듀워터의 진행 프로세스에 체계적으로 지적재산권 확보 방안을 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Jisuguimundo is an inimitable magic hexagon devised by Choi Seok-Jeong, who was the author of GuSuRyak as well as a prime minister in Joseon dynasty. Jisuguimundo, recorded in GuSuRyak, is also known as Hexagonal Tortoise Problem (HTP) because its nine hexagons resemble a tortoise shell. We call the sum of numbers in a hexagon in Jisuguimundo a magic sum, and show that the magic sum of hexagonal tortoise problem of order 2 varies 40 through 62 exactly and that of hexagonal tortoise problem of order 3 varies 77 through 109 exactly. We also find all of the possible solutions for hexagonal tortoise problem of oder 2.

The reliability and probabilistic generation production cost evaluation of composite power systems are important for power system operation and expansion planning. This paper present a computer program which can evaluate the reliability and probabilistic generation production cost of composite power system using GUI(Graphic User Interface). In this computer program, Monte Carlo simulation methods and CMELDC(CoMposite power system Effective Load Duration Curve) were used.

본 논문에서는 근래에 폭발적인 성장을 하고 있는 1인 미디어의 대량의 데이터 가운데서 양질의 정보를 집중적으로 관리하고 효과적인 검색기능을 지원하는 그룹형 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 메타데이터를 활용하는 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 특별히 교육정보 만을 대상으로 하여 여기에 사용될 메타데이터 기술 요소를 개발하고 교육용 데이터에 적용 가능한 적정 카테고리를 개발하였으며 이를 검증하기 위하여 그룹형 교육 커뮤니티 EduLOG(Educational blog) 서비스를 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 새로운 교육용 커뮤니티를 개설하는 것이 아니라 기존의 많은 사용자층을 가지고 있는 1인 미디어를 활용하여 유용한 정보를 생성해 내고 공급하는 것이 가능하다는 것과 나아가 메타데이터 요소의 활용에 의해 인터넷 상에서 정확성과 신속성을 지원하는 검색 시스템 구축이 가능하다는 것을 보여준다.

The dielectric and polarizable properties of $0.9Pb_{1-x}La_x({Mg}_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-0.1PbTiO_3$ (x=0,1,2,3,4,5) have been investigated. The temperature-dependant electrostictive characteristics of 0.9PMN-0.1PT relaxor ferroelectric system were improved by enhencing the extent of the diffuse phase transition(DPT). This was achieved using PMN-PTceramics by the partial substitution of La at the Pb site. The curie temperature and the maximum dielectric permittivity decreased by substituting La and the electric field-related hysteresis phenomena decreased with increasing La substitution amount.

이 논문은 행과 열이 작은 정사각형으로 이루어진 직사각형 틀 구조물의 견고성에 대하여 다룬다. 수학화(mathematising)의 관점에서 각의 변화를 이용하여 구조물의 견고성 여부를 결정하는 새로운 증명법을 제시하고 이를 활용하여 구조물의 견고성을 판단하는 한 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The Purpose of this study was to develop a comprehensive and integrated child-care services model for children both with and without disabilities. The comprehensive perspective included several dimensions such as education, child welfare, family welfare, and community welfare. Survey research based on theories and models regarding the integrated child-care services was carried out to determine the overall needs of child-care institutions, parents, and community members. The results revealed the need for development in the following three areas: (1) edu-care curriculums for integrated programs, (2) programs for supporting family members who have disabilities children, and (3) improved community members' perception about integrated child-care services. A model was developed for fulfil these identified needs.

We introduce a fully automatic clustering method to classier candidate paralog clusters from a set of protein sequences within one genome. A set of protein sequences is represented as a set of nodes, each represented by the amino acid sequence for a protein with the sequence similarities among them constituting a set of edges in a graph of protein relationships. We use graph-based clustering methods to identify structurally consistent sets of nodes which are strongly connected with each other. Our results are consistent with those from current leading systems such as COG/KOG and KEGG based on manual curation. All the results are viewable at http://www.cs.rutgers.edu/${\sim}$seabee.

Recently, as researches and developments for milli-structure and micro machine are actively progressing, manufacturing technologies and skills for tiny small machine parts are getting more important. So, we have been trying to cut using high revolution air bearing spindle and micro-endmill, and studying for magnitude of cutting force, cutting force wave form and surface roughness. We figured out that in 60,000rpm is so slow that cutting is not perfact. Chatter occured to $2\mu{m}/rev\;at\;80,000rpm\;and\;4.4\mu{m}/rev$ at 100,000rpm. We confirmed that spindle run out increased surface roughness at high revolution.

This study explores the influence of health behaviors and individual attributes on adolescent overweight and obesity using data from Wave II (Add Health). Structural equation model/ path analysis using maximum likelihood estimation was utilized to analyze the relationships of health behaviors and attributes with obesity. Results of the model reveal that the causal paths (adolescents' attributes and health behaviors) for overweight and obesity were different for African American and Caucasian adolescents. Generally, African Americans were more susceptible to overweight and obesity than Caucasians. Although increasing levels of vigorous physical activities lowers the risk for obesity among African American and Caucasian adolescents alike, low family SES and being sedentary were associated with overweight and obesity among Caucasians. No significant associations were found among African Americans. Increased hours of sleep at night relate positively with obesity among African Americans. These findings suggest important elements in the consideration of race in developing effective intervention and prevention approaches for curbing the obesity epidemic among U.S. adolescents.
