뷰티 모바일 앱에서의 제품 사용후기의 유형, 지각된 정보의 진정성, 브랜드 태도, 구매의도 및 온라인 구전의도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Types of Product Review on Mobile Beauty App, Perceived Information Authenticity, Brand Attitude, Purchase Intention and e-WOM Intention)

  • The increase use of smartphones has paved the way for quick dissemination of online information. This has a huge influence on consumers' purchase decision making and the formation of a company's image. As such, this study focuses on product review from mobile beauty applications(apps); in particular, the perceived information authenticity. The purpose is as follows. First, to examine if there is any difference in perceived information authenticity based on the types of product review. Second, to analyze how perceived information authenticity influences brand attitude, purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth(e-WOM) intention. The study targets consumers in their 20s and 30s who have experience buying a product via a mobile beauty app. Three hundred responses are analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results reveal that, first of all, consumers derive higher perceived information authenticity from a multi-facet review rather than a double-facet review. Second, among the traits of perceived information authenticity, only a brand's perceived reliability has a significant influence on brand attitude. Third, this brand attitude has a positive influence on purchase intention and e-WOM intention. In conclusion, these findings can serve as an important discussion point for companies developing a mobile beauty app, drawing attention to perceived information authenticity, based on the types of product review.

한(韓)브랜드를 위한 한국적 패션사진 연구 (A Study on the Fashion Photography of Korean Image for the Han-Brand)

  • As the interest on popular culture has began to be expanded to a general living culture through 'Korean Wave(韓流)' and is in profess of the 'strategy to support Korean(韓) brand' to enhance our cultural standard and create a worldwide brand value in traditional culture. The purpose of this thesis is to make suggestion for production of an effective and differentiated advertisement photo in Korean(韓) brand fashion product on the basis of a Korean image. First, the Korean image is like the unique culture or history in Korea which enables us to feel our identity such as Korean clothes, houses, Hangul. Especially it was found out that the characteristic of a traditional costume in our country included a natural beauty, neatness, purity and calmness, etc and positive intention was expressed on a production of a fashion, photo, graphic of a Korean image.

메이크업 전문 뷰티아카데미 교육생들의 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (A Study on The Influence of Relational Benefits on Brand Image and Trust of Trainees in Make-up Beauty Academy)

  • 본 연구는 메이크업 뷰티아카데미 수강생들이 뷰티아카데미에 대해 지각하는 관계혜택이 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰, 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 인천, 경기 등 5개 전문 뷰티아카데미 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 잠재변수들 간의 인과관계와 상호 영향력, 구조모형을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 SmartPLS 2.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 관계효익 중 심리적 효익을 제외한 사회적 효익, 경제적 효익, 고객화 효익은 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 효익과 경제적 효익은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰 모두 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 메이크업 전문 뷰티아카데미와 수강생들 간의 고객관계 형성에 필요한 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in recognition of brand and advertisement image according to the advertisement expression forms of domestic make-up cosmetics. This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey of female which age from twenties to the thirties. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, Percentage, mean, factor analysis, and paired t-test by the SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows. The brand and advertisement image of domestic Make-up cosmetics were classified into seven factors. : Of good quality, high-toned, modern, chic, unique, familiar, stimulative brand and advertisement image. The brand image and advertisement image recognition didn't correspond in general except HERCYNA and ETUDE.

  • 본 연구에서는 한국이 세계 4위의 화장품 수출국으로 성장하는데 중요한 역할을 담당해 온 화장품 OEM·ODM 기업의 성장요인과 산업적 역할에 대하여 분석하였다. 1990년 한국콜마에 의해 OEM 산업이 처음 도입된 이래, 한국의 OEM·ODM 산업은 2016년 시장규모 12조 6,195억 원, 국내생산 제품 매출의 69.9%를 차지할 정도로 성장하며, 브랜드 기업들의 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원하는 것은 물론 직접 글로벌 기업들에 제품을 공급하면서 경제성장과 국격 상승에 일익을 담당하였다. 한국의 화장품 OEM·ODM 산업이 성장할 수 있었던 요인으로는 지속적인 기술개발, 산업환경의 변화에 대한 적극적 대응 그리고 기술력과 창의적 아이디어를 기반으로 ODM을 하나의 시스템으로 정착시키는 등 한국만의 차별화된 비즈니스 모델을 개발한데서 찾을 수 있다. 한국 화장품 산업의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해 OEM·ODM을 한국 고유의 산업으로 정착시키고 브랜드 기업과 상호 보완적 관계에서 공존을 도모할 필요가 있다.

한방화장품 소비자의 구매행동이 브랜드태도, 쇼핑만족 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Purchasing Behavior on Brand Attitude, Shopping Satisfaction, and Recommendation of Herbal Cosmetics Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of purchasing behavior on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation of herbal cosmetics consumer. Through judgment sampling method, selected 304 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from herbal cosmetics consumer. With the collected data, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 14.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, level of education no significant difference on purchasing behavior, but age, marital status, average income, and job type showed significant difference on purchasing behavior. Second, level of education and average income no significant difference on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation, but age, marital status, and job type showed significant difference on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation. Third, the reasonable purchase, conformity purchase, and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence, but impulse purchase impacts negatively(+) influence on brand attitude. Fourth, the rational purchase and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence on shopping satisfaction. Fifth, the conformity purchase and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence on recommendation.

  • This study aims at providing basic data for the beauty industry to establish more reasonable marketing plans for women in identifying their Lifestyles, observing and analyzing their purchase behavior for beauty service. Women were classified into four types: fashion appearance oriented type, sociable personality oriented type, brand oriented type, fashion indifferent type. The result of the differences between their lifestyles and purchase behavior for beaty service is as followed. Purchasing behaviors, such as motives of purchase beauty service, beauty service information search, beauty service estimation standards were made a difference in lifestyle types.

과시소비성향에 따른 패션과 뷰티관여도 (Fashion and Beauty Involvement According to a Conspicuous Consumption Tendency)

  • This study examines the fashion and beauty involvement according to a conspicuous consumption tendency. Questionnaires were used for female university students in their 20s and employees residing in Busan. The results of this study are as follows: The subfactors of conspicuous consumption tendency were divided into the individual pursuit orientation, brand orientation, high price orientation, and fashion pursuit orientation. The subfactors of fashion involvement were composed of physical supplementations, social symbols, outward appearance direction, sex appeal, and assimilation; in addition, those of beauty involvement consisted of hair design, skin management, make-up application, and shape management. Because of the examination of the differences, fashion involvement, and beauty involvement, conspicuous consumption tendency had a significant difference between the two groups in brand orientation, fashion in physical supplementation and outward appearance direction as well as beauty involvement in skin management and make-up direction. The conspicuous consumption tendency in the student influences the fashion pursuit orientation of fashion and beauty involvement because of the examination of the effect. Conspicuous consumption tendency in employees influences the individuality pursuing orientation and high price orientation in fashion involvement. In conclusion, the results show the tendency that university students put the most importance on fashion for fashion and beauty related product purchases and management direction; in addition, employees with income pursue high prices that can show their positions and economic power at work.

헤어 디자이너들의 헤어컬러 및 헤어컬러 제품 선호도 조사 (The Research on the Hair Color and Products Preference for Hair Designers)

  • The hair designers are fashion leaders who affect hair color of people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to give some tips to satisfy customers through surveying hair designers most like color and the criteria of products choice. To have practical result, I use survey method. I took 120 hair designers who work for Park Jun beauty salon for the survey data. Among these data, I used 103 for the final data of analysis. The results are following, male hair designers like natural brown and blue coral color for hair coating. In addition, they like black color for coloring. Female hair designers like much more various color, they like orange color for coating and natural brown for coloring. Hair designers much more satisfied for international brand goods in all criteria except price. All of hair designers have favorite goods for the quality and brand image. Therefore domestic brands need much more effort to improve quality and its brand image.

  • 본 논문은 국내화장품 산업의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고, 국내에 진출한 수입화장품의 마케팅전략을 마케팅 믹스전략의 구성요소인 4P를 중심으로 분석하고, 그에 따른 소비자 구매행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아봄으로써 21세기 국내 경제를 이끌어갈 산업의 하나로 발전하기 위한 방향과 전략을 연구 분석하였다 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 국내화장품 산업의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 결과 화장품 산업은 전형적인 브랜드 산업으로 국내화장품은 브랜드력의 부족이 문제점으로 대두되고 있었다. 마케팅의 구성요소인 4P를 중심으로 국내 진출한 수입화장품의 마케팅전략에 관한 분석은 국내화장품 기술개발 수준이 선진국 대열에 진출할 만큼 발전함에 파라 소비자의 요구를 살펴보면 점차 다양한 심층화가 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 즉 브랜드는 제품에 대한 수많은 정보 속에서 유일하게 신뢰할 수 있는 판단 기준이 되는 만큼 소비자의 요구 변화를 인지한 브랜드 마케팅 수립과 브랜드 마케팅전략을 효과적으로 전개할 수 있는 다양한 유통망 형성이 시급함을 알 수 있었다.
