Considerable amount of resources on roads, basic infrastructure, to promote economic development and distribution of goods is invested. Despite the necessity, its undesirable side effects are various environmental problems In order to efficiently evaluate these problems more than before, planning indictors for environment-friendly road constructions is proposed in this study. First, we make an investigation into real-life cases where the extracted planning indicators were applied. Second, it is suggested that an alternative assessment method efficaciously evaluate and/or adopt extracted planning indictors on road construction projects. Finally, criteria to determine environmental impacts with respect to planning indicators and apply them into real cases is proposed. This study has its significance in upgrading past pro-environmental indictors for road construction, suggesting reasonable applications of planning indicators, and setting criteria to determine environmental impacts based on planning indicators.

In this study, questionnaires and field interviews in practice the use of PMS, in assessing companies' usage and employee's perceived importance of performance measures for the characteristics of PMS was investigated. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the companies in the respective business environment and strategies to improve the performance measures reflect, but was using a lot of financial measures. Second, discrepancy-between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of non-financial measures was showed. Thus, there is a need to develop a variety of performance measures and increase the use of non-financial measures. Third, the company has to consider design and use of PMS to induce the awareness of employees and behavioral changes in order to improve organizational performance.

In general, stock prices do not follow normal distributions and mean trend indexes, volatility indexes, and volume indicators relating to these non-normal stock price are widely used as buy-sell strategies. These general buy-sell strategies are rather intuitive than statistical reasoning. The non-normality problem can be solved by normalizing process and statistical buy-sell strategy can be obtained by using mean trend and volatility indexes together with normalized stock prices. In this paper, buy-sell strategy based on mean trend and volatility index with normalized stock prices are proposed and applied to KOSPI200 data to see the feasibility of the proposed buy-sell strategy.

In this paper, we present the cost measurement metrics for the operation management and service improvement besides the general maintenance. The cost measurement metrics of the operation management and service improvement are based on the metrics that are classified and summarized precedent studies and complemented by empirical measuring indicators, and we propose the maintenance cost estimation model based on this metrics. The maintenance costs can be calculated detailedly, because the proposed metrics can be used selectively, depending on the scope of the information system maintenance. The effectiveness of the proposed maintenance cost measurement metrics and cost estimation model is verified by comparison between existing studies and our research.

This study presents the credit evaluation model for medical venture business which has been growing within the recent decade. We develop the model with two steps. At the first step, the evaluation indexes for each of the financial and non-financial factors of a firm are listed. At the second step, the weight for each index is measured by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process of Saaty(1980). The financial factors consists of 5 upper level indexes and 10 lower level indexes. The upper level indexes of the financial sector are profitability, safety, utilization, growth, and productivity. And the non-financial factors consists of 5 upper level indexes and 17 lower lever indexes. The upper level indexes in this sector are manager's competence, technical capability, marketability, business validity, and reliability. In order to get the empirical results for our model, we conduct the questionnaire survey targeting the credit assessment officers, who are practicing at the financial institutions or the credit guarantee company located within the Wonju Medical Devices Cluster.

This paper describe to extract speech measure algorithm for evaluating a speech database, and presents generating method of a speech quality measure using DNN(Deep Neural Network). In our previous study, to produce an effective speech quality measure, we propose a combination of various speech measures which are highly correlated with WER(Word Error Rate). The new combination of various types of speech quality measures in this study is more effective to predict the speech recognition performance compared to each speech measure alone. In this paper, we describe the method of extracting measure using DNN, and we change one of the combined measure from GMM(Gaussican Mixture Model) score used in the previous study to DNN score. The combination with DNN score shows a higher correlation with WER compared to the combination with GMM score.

기업의 웹사이트는 기업의 환경 변화를 주도하는 관문으로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 기업의 웹사이트 평가지표에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 연구의 대부분이 웹사이트의 외형적인 측면들을 평가하고 있다. 특히 e-Biz 측면에서 전자상거래 주체인 B2B(Business to Business) 웹사이트에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않고 있어, 기업 관점의 웹사이트 평가와 B2B 웹사이트에 대한 평가지표 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 평가지표 KPI(Key Performance Indicator)를 도출하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법으로 웹사이트 평가 연구를 통하여 평가지표를 추출한 후 B2B에 적용함으로써 각 지표들의 중요도 및 가중치의 차이를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 기업과 기업간에 전자상거래 규모의 확대에 따른 의사결정과 B2B 웹사이트를 보다 쉽게 설계 할 수 있는 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목표는 사용자에게 적합한 매트리스를 선택하는데 도움을 주는 신체적, 심리적 지표를 개발하고, 이를 분석하여 개인의 주관적 만족도와의 상관성을 알아보는 것이다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 5개의 매트리스의 강도를 2개씩 짝지어진 매트리스별 pared t-test를 통하여 강도별 순위를 5등급으로 분류하였다. 10명의 실험 참가자들의 신체적 지표(근전도, 심박수, 산소포화도 측정), 심리적 지표(개인 특성 설문 조사), 체압 및 주관적 만족도 측정을 실시하고, 상관분석을 통해서 이 측정결과와 개인간 주관적 만족도(선호하는 침대의 탄성)와도 일관성이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 압력집중도(r=0.818)과 허리근육이완도(r=0.766) 그리고 심박수(r=0.670)가 주관적 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

파킨슨병은 도파민계 신경이 파괴되는 질병으로 알츠하이머병과 함께 대표적인 퇴행성 뇌 질환으로 병의 진행을 완화시킬 수 있는 치료법이 존재하기 때문에 병의 진단이 굉장히 중요하다. 파킨슨병을 진단하기 위한 과거의 연구는 대부분 단일 생체지표를 이용하는 것이었지만 이러한 방법에는 한계성이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 생화학적 생체지표인 뇌척수액 내의 ${\alpha}-synuclein$ 단백질 수치와 영상학적 생체지표인 확산 텐서 영상의 여러 모수들을 결합한 융합 생체지표를 특징으로 사용하는 파킨슨병 진단 모델을 개발하고 성능을 평가하였다. 10-fold cross validation 에서 모든 성능지표에 대해 최고 100%를 보였으며, cross validation 의 과적합을 감안하더라도 파킨슨병의 조기진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

정보화의 진전과 더불어 삶의 편이성은 증대되고 있으나 개인과 조직은 물론이고 국가에 이르기까지 정보보안 사고로 피해와 고통 또한 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 사고로 인한 피해를 사전에 예방하거나 사후 손실을 최소화하기 위해서는 적절한 관리가 필요하며 이를 위해서는 무엇보다 실용적인 정보보안 평가지표의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안을 대표하는 문헌을 참조하여 평가지표를 도출하고, 일련의 부합성 분석을 통해 보다 실용적인 정보보안 평가지표를 도출하여 제시하고자 한다.
