This paper presents the fault location estimation algorithm in transmission line using a recursive least square error method (RLSE). To minimize the computational burden of the digital relay a RLSE approach is used. Computer simulation results of the RLSE algorithm seem promising, indicating that it should be considered for further testing and evaluation.

We aim to establish certain Gronwall type inequalities associated with Riemann-Liouville k- and Hadamard k-fractional derivatives. The results presented here are sure to be new and potentially useful, in particular, in analyzing dependence solutions of certain k-fractional differential equations of arbitrary real order with initial conditions. Some interesting special cases of our main results are also considered.

최근 정부는 에너지관리의 중요성을 인식하여 수요관리 및 분산형발전시스템을 2015년도 에너지기본계획에 포함시켰다. 이에 따라 K-water는 K-water형 BEMS(Building Energy Management System) 구축을 위한 태양광 연계 ESS(Energy Storage System)를 검토했다. 그리고 BEMS를 시범적용하여 실제적인 분석과 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 태양광발전을 연계한 ESS를 이용하여 K-water형 BEMS 모델의 방법론 및 실행방법을 알아보고자 한다.

Partial discharge is attendant physical phenomenon on electromagnetic, sounds, lightning and mechanical vibration. In this paper, we simulated GIS and measured the radiated electromagnetic wave emitted from partial discharge in $SF_6$ gas using antenna(30[MHz] ${\sim}$ 2[GHz]) and spectrum analyzer. This paper describes characteristics of radiated electromagnetic waves with distance 1 [m] between antenna and discharge source.
