The purpose of this paper is in establishment of the country measures to protect society from juvenile delinquency and bring up of sound juvenility. This paper studies by means of a literature standing method and statistics analysis with respect condition of juvenile delinquency centering on the recent data. And I concluded in the final part of this thesis that incessant education, concerns of home, school, society about the youth are the best ways to prevent the juvenile delinquency.

Juvenile and transitional-juvenile wood samples from loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) were immersed in water to investigate longitudinal and tangential swelling properties. Increment cores from twenty-six loblolly pine trees were sampled at breast height (1.37 m). Earlywood rings 5 and 9 were separated from the core, extracted, oven-dried and immersed in water at room temperature. The variance in longitudinal swell was significant for ring 5 compared to ring 9 (p = 0.001). It was found that tangential swell might predict longitudinal swelling of juvenile wood at ring 9 but not at ring 5. Poor correlation in ring 5 suggests that swelling response in younger juvenile wood may differ. The swell response at ring 5 did not follow the shrinkage models discussed in the literature while ring 9 adhered to the expected curve.

The future of a country is influenced by the youth. Sound fostering of the youth is important for the country's future. Because of mechanization, industrialization and urbanization of our society, many social problems, such as confusion of the sense of value, dehumanization, money worshi n.0, ppings, juvenile delinquency are increasing. For the solution of problems of juvenile crime and dehumanization, bibliotherapy should be practiced in juvenile reformatories, schools and societies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and value of reading. And also the characteristics, brief history, principles and procedures of bibliotherapy are examined. In addition, the book catalog suitable for bibliotherapy is considered. The results of the study are as follows. (1) In order to solve the problem of dehumanization, and the confusion of the sense of value among young adults, we should enrich and cultivate the characters of young adults through the bibliotherapy. So, bibliotherapy for the treatment of human nature of juveniles should be practiced in the juvenile reformatories, schools and societies. (2) The values of reading in the past were inspiration, information and recreation. But, in recent times, the interest in therapeutic value of reading is increasing. (3) Bibliotherapy is a kind of psychotherapy using selected reading materials. A n.0, pplication scopes of bibliotherapy are very wides, including mental medicine, alcoholic poisoning, drug addiction, juvenile delinquency, counselling and education for school life, etc. (4) The principles of bibliotherapy consist of identification, catharsis, insight and it has self therapeutic principles through the reading. The procedures of bibliotherapy is similar to any other kind of psychotherapy: the participant's statement, diagnosis, treatment, continuous recognition of remedial value. (5) The well suited reading materials for bibliotherapy are literature and biography. Literature and biography are familiar to everyone, because they describe the mentalities, emotions and life styles of human beings. (6) The standard reading lists for bibliotherapy for the proper guidance of juvenile delinquency should be prepared for the solution of developmental tasks, such as, drinking, smoking, friendship, family, love, money, marriage, pregnancy, violence, etc. Finally, Bibliotherapy should be introduced to our school settings and corrections institutions for the proper guidance and prevention of the malpractice of the youths. In addition, we should be endeavor to develop the standard reading lists for bibliotherapy and case study.

본 연구는 어린이전자책에 대한 체계적인 연구를 통해 전자적인 형태의 아동 도서에 대한 주도권을 포털사이트에서 도서관으로 이동시키고 도서관의 정보서비스를 향상시키는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위하여 A 대학도서관에서 서비스 중인 어린이전자책사이트이용현황을 주 분석대상으로 정하였으며, 도서관어린이전자책서비스의 활성화를 위한 바람직한 수서정책도 제시하였다.

고전소설이 과거의 유품이 아니라 현재적 고전으로서의 의미를 가지기 위해서는 설화와 마찬가지로 고전소설과 어린이문학의 만남에 주목할 필요가 있는데, <심청전>의 경우는 다른 고전소설들 달리 주목할 만한 창작동화가 다수 나오고 있어 관심을 가질 만하다. 이에 이 논문에서는 2000년대 이후 창작동화를 중심으로 고전소설 <심청전>이 어린이문학에서 어떻게 변용되고 있는가를 살펴보았다. <심청전>을 변용한 창작동화는 이형진의 그림책 "비단치마", 공진하의 저학년 장편 동화 "청아 청아 눈을 떠라", 이경혜의 저학년 단편동화 "심청이 무슨 효녀야?", 강숙인의 청소년 소설 "청아 청아 예쁜 청아", 진은진의 단편 동화 청아 청아, 배유안의 청소년 장편소설 "뺑덕", 정해왕의 청소년 장편 소설 "뺑덕의 눈물" 총 7종이었다. 이들을 검토해 본 결과 그림책, 동화, 청소년 소설 등 다양한 장르와 연령을 대상으로 하면서 다양한 시각으로 다채로운 주제를 드러냄으로써 고전의 기대지평을 확장하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 여기에 <심청전>을 변용한 동화가 어린이와 청소년의 삶에 근접한 문학이라는 점도 고전이 가진 고리타분함과 독자와의 거리를 줄일 수 있는 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. <심청전>이 어린이들의 삶과 밀착하여 다채롭게 재해석되면서 고전은 현재의 것으로서의 새로운 의미를 부여받게 된다. 또한 "뺑덕의 눈물"의 경우, 서사를 <심청가>의 기원과 연결시키거나 판소리를 삽입하기도 하여 판소리계 소설로서의 <심청전>의 특성을 반영하면서 고전의 가치를 살리려는 노력을 보여주고 있었다. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 판소리계 소설의 가장 큰 특징 중의 하나인 골계미가 거의 발견되지 않는다는 점인데 <심청전>을 변용한 동화들이 앞으로 고민하고 지향해야 할 방향 중 하나라고 여겨진다.

본 연구는 현행 교정 처우의 보완적 방안으로서 소년 교정시설 내에서의 '용서하기'의 가능성을 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 지난 30여 년간 심리학자들을 중심으로 논의되어 온 용서의 개념과 용서 프로그램이 기반하고 있는 주요 용서 모델을 개관하였다. 그리고 최근 형사사법에서 주목받고 있는 회복적 사법에서 통용되는 용서와의 차이점을 살펴보았다. 또한, 교정시설에 수용된 소수의 고위험군 소년범은 상대적으로 심각성과 위험도가 낮은 소년범보다 아동기 부정적 생애경험을 비롯한 피해 사건을 더 많이 겪는다고 보고한 선행연구와 다양한 배경에서 시행된 용서 프로그램 결과를 토대로 소년 교정 현장에서의 '용서하기'의 가능성을 논증하였다. 이러한 논의 결과를 바탕으로 가해자인 소년범들도 이전에 경험한 피해 사실의 범주 내에서 제한적으로 '용서하기'가 가능하며, '용서하기'를 통한 심리적 어려움의 경감과 타인에 대한 부정적 태도의 개선이 교정 처우의 효과 제고에 기여할 수 있다는 점이 결론으로 제시되었다. 마지막에서는 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the impact of neighborhood settings on peer risks experienced by delinquent adolescents. A convenience sample of 1,086 youth who came to the attention of four county juvenile courts was used for the present study. The peer risk levels were measured through use of version 1.0 of the Global Risk Assessment Device (GRAD); in addition, neighborhood information obtained from the National Census was utilized. The results of the HLM demonstrated that there were significant between-neighborhood variations in peer risks and the neighborhood economic disadvantage variable was associated with peer risks after controlling for the variables of individual characteristics. The findings of this study add to the literature on juvenile delinquency by providing empirical support for the proposed model that illustrates the significant relationship between a neighborhood setting indicator and peer risks experienced by delinquent adolescents when practicing treatment or intervention programs with delinquent adolescents.

이 연구는 2000년대 이후, 한국 아동·청소년 과학소설에 제시된 디스토피아의 특징과 의미를 분석하여 국가산업자본주의와 결탁한 과학주의의 모순에 대응하는 아동·청소년 문학의 원리를 탐구하고 그 의의와 한계를 고찰하였다. 대상 작품은 체제 디스토피아를 배경으로 하여 그에 저항하는 아동·청소년 서사의 비중이 높다. 체제 디스토피아는 '가짜 유토피아'와 거기서 배제된 사람들의 집단인 '수용소'로 이루어져 있다. 체제 디스토피아에서 생명권을 침해당한 청소년들은 정치권력에 저항하여 수용소에서 탈출하고 투쟁한다. 환경 디스토피아를 중점적으로 탐구한 것은 많지 않지만, 환경오염이나 핵폭발 이후의 지구를 배경으로 한 작품에서 유목적 주체가 발견된다. 요컨대 아동·청소년 디스토피아 과학소설은 과학기술주의 계급사회의 모순을 심화시켜 우리 사회의 억압적, 물질중심적, 차등적 교육현실을 비판한다. 그리고 아동·청소년들이 그 체제의 기만과 위선을 간파하여 저항주체로 행동하기 바란다. 이 작품들은 산업자본주의와 결탁한 정치권력의 생명정치 전략을 폭로하고 성찰하게 한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 하지만 인간의 생명을 자연과 동일시하고 그 대척점에서 과학기술과 기계, 물질문명의 위험성을 경고하는 것은 이분법적 가치관의 한계로 보인다. 이 논문은 2000년대 이후 아동·청소년 디스토피아 과학소설의 양상을 개관하고 작가들의 과학기술주의에 대한 인식 및 한계를 밝힌 의의가 있다.

저자들은 최근 본원에서 항문으로의 종괴 돌출 및 출혈을 주소로 내원한 7개월 여자 환아에서 직장내시경을 시행함으로써 다수의 큰 용종을 발견하였다. 내시경적 절제를 시행하여 조직병리학적으로 심재성 낭성 대장염과 연소성 정류 용종이 혼재한 것을 관찰하였고, 추적 내시경을 시행하여 남은 용종을 제거하였다. 영아에서 첫 증례이며, 내시경으로 진단 및 치료를 행함으로써 성공적으로 치료되어 이에 보고하는 바이다.

In order to standardize the juvenile abalone rearing technique, we selected sample farms by region in East, West and South coasts of Korea and Jeju island. We also have reviewed previous literature and visited farms to survey on the management of abalone juvenile production, spawning, hatching and so forth. Results of investigation are as follows: The light colors of tanks for larvae breeding are good for a frequent examination of larvae behaviour changes during the breeding period. The tank for the abalone juvenile production is a rectangular form in general and its size should amount to 3.5 m in length and 1.2 m width. It also should be built with proper drainage. The best age and size of adult for juvenile production are 3-6 years old individuals, with 9-12 cm separate burial and 125-150 g average weight. To induce spawning, the use of the exposure on air and ultraviolet ray together was the most effective. The density of larvae by plate should be 150-300 individuals and the proper stocking density was est imated and amount to 10-30 individuals. It has been shown that a correlation between water surface size($X_1$) and number of plates ($Y_1$), when producing abalone juveniles, is quite high and it is described by equation $Y_1=138.88X_1-5,736.8\;(R^2=0.9028)$. In addition, it has also been shown that a correlation between production of abalone juveniles ($Y_2$) and number of plates ($X_2$) is high and it is described by equation $Y_2=4.554X_2+12,493\;(R^2=0.8818)$. In Jindo region where a mass production of juveniles abalone has been done, it was shown, that a correlation between rearing water surface size ($X_3$) and production of juveniles abalone ($Y_3$) is very high and this relationship was described by the equation $Y_3=747.03X_2+94,359(R^2=0.9809)$. It has also been shown that a correlation between water surface size ($X_4$) and production of abalone juveniles ($Y_4$) in nationwide is high and the relationship between this variables was described by equation $Y_4=635.85X_4+99,923\;(R^2=0.9020)$.
