The effects of ginsenosides on the development of morphine induced tolerance and physical dependence were investigated. $Rb_1,\;Rb_2,\;Rg_1\;and\;Re$ inhibited significantly the development of morphine induced tolerance but $Rb_1\;and\;Rg_1$ showed significant inhibitory effect on the naloxone induced withdrawal jumping response. Ginsenosides inhibited the body weight decrease in physically dependent mice during multiple injection of morphine.

Regional Agricultural Cluster(RAC) at Asan area has been formed with Purundeul farming union corporation(Purundeul) as the center from the year 2005. Originally, RAC has been proceeded by Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MFAFF) all over the nation from 2005. This RAC has helped Asan area to establish the foundation of environmentally friendly agriculture(EFA) searching for nutritional cycle. This also made jumping age turn developing age in EFA at Asan area. The number of Purundeul producer members was 386 farmers in 2008. Purundeul introduced organic livestock farming(Korean beef cattle; Hanwoo) for proceeding EFA searching for nutritional cycle in 2007, and had 719 cattle at the end of March 2009. Feedstuff materials for organic livestock is mostly produced from seeding farming by-products within Asan or the country. Asan RAC had built factories for feedstuff producing and beef processing with producers' investment.

A case of successful surgical correction of double-outlet right ventricle with situs inversus, dextrocardia, subaortic ventricular septal defect, and pulmonic stenosis is described. The great vessels were normally related but in mirror-image arrangement. Another coronary artery anomaly, single origin of coronary artery and a large anomalous coronary artery coursed across the right ventricular outflow tract, was accompanied. Intracardiac repair with a Dacron tunnel conduit and extracardiac jumping graft with a valved conduit gave an excellent result.

In this study, we propose a new method for simulating water responding to human motion. Motion data obtained from motion-capture devices are represented as a jointed skeleton, which interacts with the velocity field in the water simulation. To integrate the motion data into the water simulation space, it is necessary to establish a mapping relationship between two fields with different properties. However, there can be severe numerical instability if the mapping breaks down, with the realism of the human-water interaction being adversely affected. To address this problem, our method extends the joint velocity mapped to each grid point to neighboring nodes. We refine these extended velocities to enable increased robustness in the water solver. Our experimental results demonstrate that water animation can be made to respond to human motions such as walking and jumping.

스키점프 공력 특성에 관한 자료 획득을 목적으로 전산 수치 해석을 수행하였다. 한국인의 체형을 고려한 인체 모델링 기법을 적용하였으며 해석 결과의 검증을 위해 기존 풍동실험 연구 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 다양한 비행 조건에서 공력 계수를 분석하여 최대 양항비를 나타내는 비행 자세를 발견하였다. 본 연구가 대한민국 스키점프 선수들의 비행 자세 교정과 국내 스포츠 과학 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

765kv Transmission lines of the contaminated areas need many insulators due to the contamination. So the length of the arcing hem is very long. Because it is very difficult to install the arcing hem on insulator string sets due to its length, we must install the arcing horn on the jumping devices, and studied about the jumper horn. This paper described the investigation and analysis of the installation status of the arcing horn, and the design of the jumper horn for 765 kV transmission lines.

Route conditions, applied voltage and the condition of stringing conductors should be considered in determining standard types and skeleton diagrams of towers. In skeleton diagrams the necessary number of insulators and the air clearance have been decided by the results of studies on insulation coordination. Galloping, sleet-jumping, sag characteristics and the possibility of closeness of conductors should be considered according to the condition of stringing conductor and the span. After reviewing those factors, it is necessary to determine the minimum vertical and horizontal distance for the safety of transmission lines under any circumstances. Also it should be economical.

The physical dependence potency of DA-5018, a non-narcotic analgesic agent, was tested in mice dosed with 0.5 and 4 mg/kg/day for 2 months and daily increasing doses of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 mg/kg over 10 days. Physical dependence was assessed taking natural withdrawal induced morphine-type abstinence (jumping, falling, biting or backward locomotion, rearing etc.) as well as barbiturates-type abstinence (body weight reduction, convulsion, ataxia etc.) into consideration. The results were compared with those after the same daily increasing doses of morphine. DA-5018 did not show evidence of physical dependence liability or abuse potential as measured by morphine-type or barbiturate-type abstinence signs following daily increasing or 2-month repeated administration. On the other hand, daily increasing doses of morphine produced physical dependence and the dependent state disappeared about 6 hours after the start of withdrawal signs. In the single dose suppression test, a single dose of morphine completely suppressed natural withdrawal signs that appeared in morphine-dependent animals. Therefore, these results indicate that DA-5018 does not have abuse potential and physical dependence liability.

In 21st century, According to development of Information Technology, It is clear that the importance of tourism information is extended increasingly. For this reason, It should be needed to realize a general system which make it possible to enjoy cyber tourism based on knowledge information system to recover a local potential growth power, catch a jumping chance again, and hold a new competitive power. But to discuss a tourism information system, the matters of hard ware, software and information mediating system should be reviewed generally, this research is likely to provide a cyber tourism information system through internet as a way of cyber tours through multimedia technology and stereoscopic image technique using GIS (Geographic Information System) centering on the networking system of tourism information. Constructing $\ulcorner$cyber touristy city$\lrcorner$ on internet, foster a new industry, to go balanced with a present tourism industry and experience a virtual reality, various theme tours create high profit to shrunken tourism industry.

Lumbar disc herniation is extremely uncommon in children below 10 years of age. A 7-year-old boy is reported who presented with low back pain and left leg radiating pain. The pain started seven days prior to presentation and was attributed to performing the jumping kick without any previous warm-up. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a posterolateral disc herniation at the L3-4 level and multiple degenerative changes. The patient received conservative treatment including limitation of sports activities, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant medications as well as physical therapy. After three months of the aggressive treatment the child was symptom free. We present here a lumbar disc herniation in one of the youngest patient.
