시니어 낙상예방을 위한 기능성 서포터 착용에 따른 근기능 및 균형감각과 피로회복에 미치는 영향 연구 (Impact of Wearing Functional Supporters that Prevent Seniors from Falling on Muscle Function, Sense of Balance, and Overcoming Fatigue)

  • Loss of leg muscle and muscle weakness, which are caused by aging, affect muscle function and sense of balance. As a way of preventing seniors from falling, we developed the idea of wearing functional supporters based on graduated compression technique and in the form of a taping supporter. Their impact on power, sense of balance, overcoming fatigue, and subjective wearing sensation was investigated. The following results were obtained. After wearing functional compression supporters, body temperature increased from 24.5 ± 0.5℃ to 26.3 ± 0.6℃. Calf size, which assesses the level of edema, decreased from 26.1 ± 1.8cm to 25.7 ± 1.8cm. The result of dynamic balance test, which helps estimate the fall prevention effect, increased from 6.4 ± 0.9sec to 7.1 ± 0.6sec. Lactate level, which indicates the level of fatigue, decreased from 8.1 ± 0.6mmol/L to 7.3 ± 0.8mmol/L. Standing long jump record, which assesses power, increased from 110.1 ± 3.1cm to 112.0 ± 2.8cm. Standing on one leg with eyes closed, which assesses sense of balance, increased from 4.2 ± 1.1sec to 6.5 ± 0.8sec. Ankle angle, which assesses joint stability, increased from 75.3 ± 4.0° to 80.1 ± 1.7°. In metabolism and physical performance testing, which assesses keep, the score increased from 26.3 ± 1.7 to 28.8 ± 1.2. Muscle supporting score, which assesses joint stability, increased from 7.3 ± 0.6 to 7.8 ± 0.4. In the category of body type, which assesses wearing sensation and body shaping function, the score increased from 5.7 ± 1.4 to 6.4 ± 1.2

Loran 신호 이용 통신망 동기를 위한 타이밍 신호 보상 방안 (A Compensation Method of Timing Signals for Communications Networks Synchronization by using Loran Signals)

  • 본 논문에서는 Loran 신호를 이용하여 원거리통신망 및 전력 분배망과 같은 국가 기반 산업에 대한 망동기를 이루고자 할 때에 Loran 수신기에서 수신한 신호에 대한 위상 동기를 잃어 버렸을 때 이를 보상하기 위한 방안에 대해서 논한다. Loran 수신기에서 위상 동기를 잃었을 때에는 수신기 내에 있는 오실레이터가 자유구동을 하게되고, 따라서 이를 기준으로 출력되는 타이밍 동기신호의 성능이 크게 떨어지게 되며, 이때에 ITU G.811 표준에서 요구하는 PRC에 대한 1 us 이하의 요구 성능을 만족시킬 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Loran 수신기가 위상 동기를 잃었을 때 이를 보상하기 위해 보상 알고리즘을 사용하여 위상 점프를 보상하는 방법에 대해 제안했으며, 이에 대해 실측한 데이터에 대한 MTIE 성능을 분석하였다. 성능 분석 결과 제안된 방법을 사용하면 1시간 간격으로 동기를 잃었을 경우에 30 분 평균 이하의 스무딩 값을 사용할 경우 대략 0.6 us 이하의 MTIE 값을 보여서 산업체 표준에서 요구하는 1 us 이내의 PRC 성능을 충분히 만족시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

고성오광대 문둥북춤의 춤사위와 연행구조 전승양상 고찰 - 조용배 연행의 문둥북춤을 중심으로 - (Review on succession aspects of direction structure and dancing in Moondoong drum dance by GoseongOgwangdae - Focusing on Moondoong drum dance directed by Yong Bae Cho -)

  • 본 연구는 고성오광대의 연희자 조용배가 연행한 문둥북춤을 중심으로 춤사위와 연행구조의 전승양상을 살펴보았다. 조용배 이전 문둥북춤을 연행한 홍성락은 주로 굿거리장단에 북을 들고 연행하는 '북춤' 만을 연행하였다. 홍성락이 문둥북춤을 연행하는 과정에서 북의 크기가 점점 작아지는데, 1965년 이전에는 북, 1966년에는 반고, 1967년에는 소고로 변화되며 이후부터는 주로 소고로 연행된다. 조용배는 1970년부터 문둥북춤을 연행하며, 1972년 8월 이전부터 '북춤'과 함께 소고를 바닥에 두고 연행하는 '문둥춤'과 덧배기장단의 연행이 추가된다. 1974년 겨울부터 고성오광대 첫 전수를 기점으로 문둥북춤은 음탕한 동작이 사라지고, 양반이라는 설정과 한을 승화하는 내용이 추가된다. 이러한 변화는 통영오광대 문둥북춤의 연행형식의 영향을 받은 것으로 보인다. 조용배가 연행한 문둥북춤을 살펴보면 일정한 패턴이 있었다. '문둥춤'의 경우 고정된 사위 3개를 중심으로 고정된 사위 → 「즉흥무」 → 「뛰기」(반복)의 형식으로 연행되었다. '북춤'의 경우도 고정된 사위 4개를 중심으로 고정된 사위 → 「소고 돌리기」 → 「맺기」 → 「즉흥무」 → 「뛰기」 (반복)의 형식으로 연행되었다. 조용배의 '북춤' 사위를 살펴보면 선대연희자인 홍성락이 연행해오던 사위가 많은 부분 남아있어, 이를 정리하고 새로운 춤사위를 더해 연행했다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 조용배가 타계한 이후 허종복은 전수를 위해 조용배가 연행한 문둥북춤의 연행구조를 중심으로 춤사위를 조금 더 늘려 완벽한 순서를 지닌 춤으로 정리하였다. 이후 정리된 춤사위의 연행구조를 중심으로 허종원은 다리를 절며 등장하는 장면, 허창렬은 보리를 먹고 기뻐하는 장면, 힘겹게 소고와 채를 잡는 장면 등 사위를 계속해서 추가하고 있다. 이처럼 조용배는 '북춤'만 연행되어 오던 이전 작품에 '문둥춤'을 추가하고, 이야기와 한을 담기 시작하였다. 조용배가 연행해온 연행구조는 이후 기본 골격이 되어 이를 중심으로 후대 연희자들이 계속해서 장면을 추가해왔다. 이처럼 조용배는 선대의 문둥북춤을 갈고 닦아 정립하고 발전시켜 후대에게 넘겨준 훌륭한 고성오광대의 연희자다.

  • 전통적인 옵션가격결정모형인 블랙-숄즈 모형(Black-Scholes model)은 기초자산의 로그수익률(log-return)이 브라운운동(Brownian motion)을 따른다는 가정에 기반을 두고 있다. 그러나 이 가정은 현실적인 한계가 많은 것으로 비판을 받아 왔다. 이에 따라 지난 20여 년간 브라운 운동 이외에 새로운 확률과정을 도입한 모형들이 연구되고 도출되었다. 최근에는 레비과정(L$\acute{e}$vy process)에 기반한 모형들이 활발히 연구되어오고 있는데, 그 기원은 1994년 거버(Gerber)와 쉬우(Shiu)에 의한 거버-쉬우 모형(Gerber-Shiu model)이다. 2004년 치앙(Cheang)은, 거버-쉬우 모형이 하나의 레비과정을 가정한 데 비해, 복수의 독립적인 레비과정을 가정하여 옵션가격결정모형을 유도함으로써 거버-쉬우 모형을 추세(drift)와 도약(jump)을 갖는 경우로 확장할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 치앙의 모형을 이용하여 레비과정 하에서의 추세와 도약을 갖는 거버-쉬우 모형을 유도하였다. 여기에 감마분포를 도입하여 1993년에 도출된 헤스톤 모형(Heston model)에 도약을 도입한 형태의 모형을 유도하였다. 아울러 이렇게 유도된 모형에 대하여 KOSPI200 지수 옵션 자료를 사용해서 블랙-숄즈 모형과의 가격설명력을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 본 논문에서 유도된 모형이 블랙-숄즈 모형 이상의 가격설명력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

배구 우수선수와 비우수선수간의 오픈 스파이크 동작의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Open- Spike between Excellent and Non-excellent Players in Volleyball)

  • This study aims at finding the structure of spike technique by analysing comparatively the spike action by excellent and by non-excellent players throughout the section from a flying jump to the time of landing for the correct analysis of spike action and tries to help athletes and coaches to execute a scientific training. For the objected person of this study, six of H College athletes three of excellent athletes and three of non-excellent athletes, presently registered as athlete with the Korea Volleyball federation) were chosen, and the factors of analysis were analysed upon performance time of action by section, human body centered displacement, change of articulation angle, speed change of articulation of the upper limbs, uniformity of the articulation of the upper limbs upon impact, etc. The conclusion of this study is as follow: 1. In the time required for taking action, it shows to take $1.067{\pm}0.057$ seconds for the group of excellent athletes and $1.034{\pm}0.033$ seconds for the group of non-excellent athletes. Although there was not big difference between two groups in the performance time of action, it showed that the group of excellent athletes takes longer compared to the group of non-excellent athletes. And it was found by the result of this study that the group of excellent athletes stays longer in the duration of flight. 2. In the displacements of horizontal movement and vertical movement, it was found that the group of excellent athletes have moved more than the group of non-excellent athletes in the horizontal movement of the center of human body 3. In the angles of wrist and knee, it was found that the excellent athletes have shown little than the non-excellent athletes in the entire sections, but that in the angle of elbow, the non-excellent athletes have shown bigger than the excellent athletes.. 4. In the speed of the articulation of the upper limbs upon impact, it was found that the group of excellent athletes have shown bigger than the group of non-excellent athletes, and that in the maximum value of the articulation of the upper limbs, the maximum value for the hand was indicated upon impact and that forearm and upper arm have shown the maximum value just before the impact. 5. In the uniformity of articulation of the upper limbs at the time of impact, the group of excellent athletes showed bigger than the group of non-excellent athletes in all the articulations.

일부 초등학생의 심폐소생술교육의 효과 (The effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training in elementary students)

  • Purpose: With a view to providing basic data to develop cardiopulmonary resuscitation education suitable for elementary students, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation education was conducted to grasp students' knowledge, skills accuracy and the attitude change before and after the education. Methods: Convenience sampling was made on fourth and fifth graders(total-35 students) of S elementary school located in K city, Chungcheongnam-do, and this was a pre-experiment research designed before and after choosing a single group. In terms of methods, specifically we, researchers ; 1) Handed out questionnaires to students directly to make them fill in firsthand and collected the questionnaires. 2) Utilized PPT materials based on 2005 AHA guideline and DVD materials of AHA, to give students theoretical education of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We used Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ torso produced by Leardal Inc, and Little Anne to conduct practical education individually. 3) Asked students to give Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ torso cardiopulmonary resuscitation five times with the ratio of 30 : 2, and then one of researchers filled in the evaluation sheet individually. 4) Evaluated the accuracy of students' ability to perform the resuscitation based on the record of Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ integrated printer(which was the objective tool to grasp students' skills accuracy). 5) Gave out questionnaires to make students fill them in and then collected them. after completing the practical evaluation. Results: 1) In case of the attitude about cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Students' confidency rose from 19.28%(before the education) to 93.57(after the education)- which is a positive change. 2) As the result of the education, some elementary students scored 11 points (full score-16 points), up from 5 points before the education, in terms of the knowledge about cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The average point also reached 13.14 points(after the education), jump from 8.37(before the education), which was the rise of 29.8%. 3) When it comes to the practical performance, the skills accuracy was 80.93% on average, and the calculation method was as follows: total items were 16, and each item was marked form 0 to 2 points, meaning the full score was 32 points. The minimum score was 19 points and the maximum was 32($M{\pm}SD=25.90{\pm}2.88$), which was calculated based on percentage. 4) Regarding skills accuracy, respiration accuracy(%)($M{\pm}SD=30.20{\pm}27.16$) was higher than pressure accuracy(%) ($M{\pm}SD=15.34{\pm}25.27$). Conclusion: The result showed that students' attitude on cardiopulmonary resuscitation changed positively. and meaningful difference(p = .00) existed in the change of students' knowledge. In terms of skills accuracy. chest compression and airway control showed high accuracy, but the result of Anne/SkillReporter$^{(R)}$ performance showed that the accuracy of chest compression was lower than that of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

한국 정치극의 전개 양상 - 1920년대부터 80년대까지의 정치극운동을 중심으로 - (The Development Aspects of Korean Political Theatre Movement)

  • This paper investigates the development and aesthetics of Korean political theatre from its quickening period 1920s to democratization era 1990s. Political theatre before 90s developed an antithesis resistant movement toward Korean modern history that had been scattered with suppressing political circumstances such as colonial era and dictatorial government, the movement has powerful activity and social influences. Just like the 20 century political theatre had been quickened under the influence of Marxism at Russia and Germany in 1920s, Korea's political theatre began in socialism theatre movement form around the same time. Proletarian theatre groups had been founded in Japan and Korea, and developed into practical movement with organized connection. However, the political theatre movement in Japanese colonial era was an empty vessel makes great sound but not much accomplishments. Most performance had been canceled or disapproved by suppression or censorship of the Japanese Empire. The political theatre in liberation era was the left drama inherited from Proletarian theatre of the colonial era. Korean Theatre alliance took lead the theatrical world unfold activities based on theatre popularization theory such as 'culture activists' taking a jump up the line and 'independent theatre' peeping into production spot as well as the important event, Independence Movement Day Memorial tournament theatre. Since 1947, US army military government in Korea strongly oppressed the left performances to stop and theatrical movement was ended due to many left theatrical people defection to North Korea. The political theatre in 1960s to 70s the Park regime, developed in dramatically different ways according to orthodox group and group out of power. The political theatre of institutional system handled judgment on sterile people and had indirect political theatre from that took history material and allegory technique because of censorship. In political theatre out of institution, it started outdoor theatre that has modernized traditional performance style and established deep relationship with labor spot and culture movement organizations. Madangguek(Outdoor theatre) is 'Attentive political theatre', satirizing and offending the political and social inconsistencies such as the dictatorial government's oppression and unbalanced distribution, alienation of general people, and foreign powers' pillage sharply as well as laughing at the Establishment with negative characters. The political theatre in 1980s is divided into two categories; political theatre of institutional system and Madangguek. Institutional Political theatre mainly performed in Korea Theatre Festival and the theatre group 'Yeonwoo-Moudae' led political theatre as private theatre company. Madangguek developed into an outdoor theatrical for indoor theatre capturing postcolonial historical view. Yeonwoo-Moudae theatre company produced representative political plays at 80s such as The chronicles of Han's, Birds fly away too, and so on by combining freewheeling play spirit of Madangguek and epic theatre. Political theatre was all the rage since the age of democratization started in 1987 and political materials has been freed from ban. However, political theatre was slowly declined as real socialism was crumbling and postmodernism is becoming the spirit of the times. After 90s, there are no more plays of ideology and propaganda that aim at politicization of theatre. As the age rapidly entered into the age of deideology, political theatre discourse also changed greatly. The concept 'the political' became influential as a new political possibility that stands up to neoliberalism system in the evasion of politics. Rather than reenact political issues, it experiments new political theatre that involves something political by deconstructing and reassigning audience's political sense with provocative forms, staging others and drawing discussion about it.

긴구배수로 감세공의 Filp Bucket형 이용연구 (Experimental Study of Flip-Bucket Type Hydraulic Energy Dissipator on Steep slope Channel)

  • 본연구(本硏究)는 Dam 또는 여수토(餘水吐) 방수로등(放水路等) 급구배수로(急勾配水路)에 고속(高速)으로 유하(流下)되는 물을 감세처리(減勢處理)하기 (爲)한 감세공형식중(減勢工型式中) 보다도 구조(構造)가 간단(簡單)하고 시공(施工)이 용역(容易)하며 경제성(經濟性)이 높은 Flip Bucket 형감세공(型減勢工)에 의(義)하여 수리특성(水理特性)에 따른 일반적(一般的) 적용조건(適用條件)과 설계시공(設計施工)의 발전(發展)을 도모(圖謀)하기 위(爲)하여 연구(硏究)한 것으로서 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. Flip Bucket의 수리특성(水理特性)과 일반적(一般的) 적용조건(適用條件) Flip Bucket는 일반적(一般的)으로 다음과 같은 조건(條件)을 갖일 때에 채용(採用)할 수 있다. 가. 하류하천(下流河川)의 수위(水位)가 얕어서 도수형(跳水型) 감세공법(減勢工法)을 이용(利用)하며는 막대(莫大)한 공사비(工事費)를 요(要)하게 될 때 나. 하류하천(下流河川)의 하상(河床)이 안정(安定)할 수 있는 양질(良質)의 암반(岩盤)일 경우 다. 하류하천(下流河川)은 여수토(餘水吐) 방수로(放水路)의 중심선(中心線)에 연(沿)하여 적어도 전수두(全水頭)의 $3{\sim}5$배(倍)되는 거리까지는 하심(河心)이 거이 직선(直線)인 여건(與件)에 있을 경우 라. 방사수맥(放射水脈)의 낙하지점(落下地點)을 중심(中心)으로 해서 주위(周圍)에 민가(民家), 경지(耕地), 중요시설물등(重要施設物等)이 없고 수맥낙하(水脈落下)로 인(因)하여 생기는 소음(騷音), 토사붕양(土砂崩壤), 물방울등(等)으로 피해(被害)를 받을 염려(念慮)가 없을 경우 2. 설계(設計) 및 시공상(施工上)의 적용사항(適用事項) 1항(項)과 같은 현지조건(現地條件)을 갖이고 실제(實際) Flip Bucket 형(型)으로 설계(設計) 또는 시공(施工)을 할 경우 고려(考慮)하여야 할 사항(事項)은 가. Bucket의 반경(半徑)(R)은 $R=7h_2$로 적용(適用)이 가능(可能)하다. ($h_2$: Bucket 시점(始點)의 평균수심(平均水深) 나. 본형식(本型式)은 한계지면이하(限界施面以下) 방수로(放水路)의 구배(勾配)가 $0.25<\frac{H}{L}<0.75$의 수로(水路)에서만 채용(採用)한다. 다. 방사수맥(放射水脈)은 가급적(可及的) 하상면(河床面)에 직각(直角)에 가까운 각도(角度)로 낙하(落下)시켜야 하며 그러기 위(爲)해서는 수맥(水脈)을 높이 또는 멀리 방사(放射)시켜야 한다. 상기목적(上記目的)을 만족(滿足)시키는 Flip의 앙각(仰角)은 $\theta=30^{\circ}{\sim}40^{\circ}$를 적용(適用)하는 것이 좋다. 라. 상기(上記) 가${\sim}$다항(項)을 적용(適用)했을 때 유량별(流量別) 방사수맥(放射水脈)의 낙하거리(落下距離)는 그림-4.1에 의(依)하여 쉽게 추정(推定)할 수 있다.(단 실물(實物)에 대(對)한 제량(諸量)의 환산(換算)은 표(表-3.2)에 제시(提示)된 Froude 상사율(相似律)을 적용(適用)할 것) 마. Bucket 부(部)에 Chute Blocks를 설치(設置)하는 것은 방사수맥(放射水脈)의 낙하범위(落下範圍)를 확장(擴張), Energy를 분배(分配)시켜 주므로 하류하상(下流河床)의 세굴심(洗掘深)을 감소(減少)시키는 이점(利點)은 있으나 소맥낙하거리(小脈落下距離)는 다소(多少) 단축(短縮)되는 경향(傾向)이 있다. 바. 수맥낙하점(水脈落下點)에는 세굴(洗掘)에 의(依)한 깊은 Water Cushion을 형성(形成)한다. 최종적(最終的)으로 도달(到達)하는 Water Cushion의 깊이는 하상구성재료(河床構成材料)의 조성(組成)과 재질(材質)에는 거이 무관(無關)하며 단위폭당(單位幅當)의 유량(流量)과 전수두(全水頭)에 따라 소요(所要) 깊이까지 세굴(洗掘)된다. 사. 빈도(頻度)가 잦은 소유량(小流量)에서는 수맥(水脈)의 낙하거리(落下距離)가 단축(短縮)되어 Flip Bucket 하류단(下流端) 직하류(直下流)를 세굴(洗掘)하게 되므 Bucket로 하류단(下流端)은 견고(堅固)한 암반(巖盤)에 충분(充分)한 깊이까지 삽입절연(揷入絶緣)시켜 수맥하부(水脈下部)의 공기유통(空氣流通)을 원활(圓滑)하게 하므로서 Cavitation을 방지(防止)할 수 있다. 지하벽(直下壁)은 보통(普通) Bucket 말단(末端)에서 약(約) $0.3{\sim}0.5m$ 정도(程度)는 수평(水平)으로 하고 수평(水平)과 내각(內角)이 $120^{\circ}{\sim}130^{\circ}$되게 절단(切斷)하여 적당(適當)한 곳에서 수직(垂直)으로 하여 암반(巖盤)에 견고(堅固)히 절연(絶緣)시킨다. 아. 하상(河床)에 돌입(突入)한 고속(高速) Jet는 수두(水頭)의 크기에 따라 막대(莫大)한 Energy의 일부(一部)를 함유(含有)한채 하상면상(河床面上)을 유하(流下)하게 되므로 이 영향(影響)을 받는 하류제방(下流堤防)에는 상당구간(相當區間)까지 사석(捨石) 또는 기타(其他)의 방호조치(防護措置)를 강구(講究)해야 한다. 자. 낙하지점(落下地點)의 조건(條件)으로 보아 자연낙하지점(自然落下地點)보다 더욱 양호(良好)한 지점(地點)이 주위(周圍)에 구비(具備)되어 있을 경우에는 별도(別途)로 수리실험(水理實驗)을 통(通)하여 수맥(水脈)의 변이방법(變移方法)을 강구(講究)해야 한다. 차. 수로(水路)의 중심선(中心線)이 만곡(灣曲)을 갖던가 또는 본연구(本硏究) 범위(範圍)에서 제외(除外)된 구조물(構造物)에서 본형식(本型式)을 계획(計劃)할 때는 별도(別途)로 수리실험(水理實驗)을 행(行)하여야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the phase-by-phase elapsed time, the COG, the body joint angle changes and the angular velocities of each phase of Handspring Salto Forward Piked performed by 4 college gymnasts through 3D movement analysis program. 1. The average elapsed time for each phase was .13sec for Phase 1, .18sec for Phase 2, .4sec for Phase 3, and .3sec for Phase 5. The elapsed time for Phase 1 to Phase 3 handspring was .35sec on average and the elapsed time for Phase 4 to Phase 5 handspring salto forward piked was .7sec on average. And so it showed that the whole elapsed time was 1.44sec. 2. The average horizontal changes of COG were 93.2 cm at E1, 138. 5 cm at E2, 215.7 cm at E3, 369.2 cm at E4, 450.7 cm at E5, and 553.1 cm at E6. The average vertical changes of COG were 83.1 cm at E1, 71.3 cm at E2, 78.9 cm at E3, 93.7 cm at E4, 150.8 cm at E5, and 97.2 cm at E6. 3. The average shoulder joint angles at each phase were 131.6 deg at E1, 153.5 deg at E2, 135.4 deg at E3, 113.4 deg at E4, 39.6 deg at E5, and 67.5 deg at E6. And the average hip joint angles at each phase were 82.2 deg at E1, 60 deg at E2, 101.9 deg at E3, 161.2 deg at E4, 97.7 deg at E5, and 167 deg at E6. 4. The average shoulder joint angular velocities at each phase were 130.9deg/s E1, 73.1 deg/s at E2, -133.9 deg/s at E3, -194.4 deg/s at E4, 29.4 deg/s at E5, and -50.1 deg/s at E6. And the average hip joint angular velocities at each phase were -154.7 deg/s E1, -96.5 deg/s at E2, 495.9 deg/s at E3, 281.5 deg/s at E4, 90.3 deg/s at E5, and 181.7 deg/s at E6. The results shows that, as for the performance of handspring salto forward piked, it is important to move in short time and horizontally from the hop step to the point to place the hands on the floor and jump, and to stretch the hip joints as much as possible after the displacement of the hands and to keep the hip joints stretched and high in the vertical position at the takeoff. And it is also important to bend the shoulder joints and the hip joints fast and spin as much as possible after the takeoff, and to decrease the speed of spinning by bending he shoulder joints and the hip joints quickly after the highest point of COG and make a stable landing.

일부 여대생의 기본심폐소생술 교육 효과 (The Effectiveness of Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training in female college students)

  • Purpose : With a view to providing basic data to develop basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation education suitable for female college students, the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation education was conducted to grasp students' knowledge, skill accuracy and the attitude change before and after the education. Methods : Convenience sampling was made on first graders(total-38 students) of K college located in K city, Chungcheongnam-do, and this was a preliminary research designed before and after choosing a single group. In terms of methods, the researchers as specified ; 1) Handed out questionnaires to students directly to make them fill in firsthand and collected the questionnaires. 2) Utilized Power Point materials based on 2005 AHA guideline and used Anne/Skill Reporter$^{(R)}$ torso produced by Leardal Inc, and Little Anne$^{(R)}$ to conduct practical education individually. 3) Asked students to give Anne/Skill Reporter$^{(R)}$ torso basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation five times with the ratio of 30:2, and then one of researchers filled in the evaluation sheet individually. 4) Evaluated the accuracy of students' ability to perform the resuscitation based on the record of Anne/Skill Reporter$^{(R)}$ integrated printer(which was the objective tool to grasp students' skills accuracy). 5) Gave out questionnaires to make students fill them in and then collected them, after completing the practical evaluation. Results : 1) In case of the attitude(confidence) about basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, students' confidency rose from 14%(before the education) to 55.5%(after the education)- which was a positive change. 2) In case of the attitude(educational necessity) about basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, students' confidency rose from 94.7%(before the education) to 100%(after the education)- which was a positive change. 3) As a result of the education, some female college students' scored knowledge about basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The average point also reached 88.95%(after the education), jump from 63.51%(before the education), which was the rise of 25.44%. 4) Regarding skill accuracy, pressure accuracy(%)($M{\pm}SD=91.37{\pm}14.16$) was higher than respiration accuracy(%)($M{\pm}SD=61.55{\pm}26.13$). Conclusion : The result showed that students' attitude(confidence, on basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation changed positively, and meaningful difference(p= .000) existed in the change of students' knowledge. Anne/Skill Reporter$^{(R)}$ performance showed that the accuracy of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation was lower than that of chest compression.
