  • 최근 IT산업의 발전으로 인해 광범위한 정보가 존재하는 웹 기반 환경에서 원하는 정보의 검색과 검출을 위한 시멘틱 웹(Semantic Web) 기반의 온톨리지에 대하여 연구가 다양하게 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 기법을 이용하여 인간의 다양한 편의와 친환경적인 습지의 수질 관리에 대한 통합적이고 편리한 관리를 위해 WSN 기반의 습지 수질 관리에 특화된 온톨리지 설계 및 구축을 진행하였다.

  • This paper deals with the robust control system for parameter variations, fast responses and load torque variations. Frist, fuzzy-sliding adaptive control be used to. Fuzzy-sliding adaptive control is good at fast response. Second, there are many requests for selecting freely the moment of inertia, even though moment of inertia is determined with the materials, structure, shape, and size of the motors. Therefore we developed an inertia-lowering control system that uses torque observer to reduce the moment of inertia. Finally, using torque observer, torque control is done so as to compensate load torque. Consequently, the proposed system verified the superiority through the simulations using MATLAB.

  • This paper presents a scheme on the characteristics of voltage and current unbalance factor under the load variation at the three phase 4-wire system. The voltage unbalance factor of the three-phase 4-wire system is approved by the field measurement. This system is composed of three one-phase transformer with each other capacity. Current unbalance factor is measured by the power quality measurement apparatus and compared by the load unbalance factor. Each phase has an impedance each other by the unbalanced load operation pattern and give rise to voltage unbalance.

  • Structure-activity relationship studies of allylamine type of antimycotics were carried out to evaluate the effect of naphthyl and methyl portion of naftifine. Compounds with 4-fluorphenyl, 2-fluorophenyl, 2,4-dichlorophenyl, 2,6-dichlorophenyl, 4-nitrophenyl, and 2,3-dihydro-benzo[l,4]dioxin-6-yl instead of naphthyl group with hydrogen, methyl, and ethyl in the place of methyl in naftifine were synthesized and tested their in vitro anti-fungal activity against five different fungi. Eight compounds showed significant antifungal activity against T. mentagrophytes. (omitted)

Application of contingent valuation method for estimating willingness-to-pay in planning the integrated sewerage system in the catchment of Dam Chung-Ju (충주댐 상류지역 하수도시설 확충사업에 관한 주민의 지불의사액 추정을 위한 CVM의 적용에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this research was to estimate residents' willingness-to-pay using contingent valuation method and to investigate their environmental sensibilities prior to conduct the costbenefit analysis on the watershed management program of integrated sewerage construction and operation in the catchment of Dam Chung-Ju. A set of questionnaire was prepared and asked to 1,200 residents at downstream area as well as upstream area of Dam Chung-Ju. As a result, environmental sensibility of the residents living in the catchment of upstream of Lake Chung-Ju seemed very high. However, the substantial practice in their own life for conserving their environment was inactive, although residents' efforts trying to collect and dispose garbages in separate containers and to minimize the waste discharge load were actually made. The willingness-to-pay on each month for 20 years was estimated as 4,841 wons for the openended question and 3,411 wons for the close-ended question. Factorial analysis was also performed to obtain correlation among the questions asked. Seven groups of the correlated questions were identified and their contribution to the estimated willingness-to-pay was analyzed.

A Case Report on Pneumothorax Caused by Interscapular Area Acupuncture (견갑골 내측 부 자침으로 야기된 기흉 1례)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to report the case prognosis and evaluate treatment and prevention of pneumothorax after acupuncture treatment. Methods : A 32-year-old slender male complained of pain in the interscapular area. As a result, acupuncture needling and manual technique were performed to trigger the points of trapezius and rhomboid muscles. After this, chest pain and dyspnea occurred. Pneumothorax was confirmed by chest radiography and symptom progression was observed for 14 days while high pressure oxygen was administered. Results : The chest pain disappeared after 4 days of pneumothorax, and most of the related symptoms disappeared after 14 days. Conclusion : For acupuncture treatment to the interscapular area, the depth and manual technique should be carefully performed.
