  • It is time to prepare for the imminent development from the field of records management through decentralization to the records management of the new age in accordance with the flow of decentralization. To overcome a centralized record management system, more archives should be established to realize autonomous and decentralized records management. In accordance with the shift to a full-scale electronic record management environment, the appropriateness and effectiveness of the three-phase system of processing-archival-permanent record management based on physical transfer should be reviewed in terms of transfer cost and work efficiency. The archives should function as institutional archives to carry out the continuous volume record management and the autonomous record management at the institution level. This study examined the possibilities and implications of the archives to expand their functions as archives of institutions for the decentralization of record management and information governance orientation. In addition, the study diversified the types of records management institutions as a way to accomplish this and determined a way to design the functions of archives that integrate the current-end-end-end records management. At each level, institutions should set up archives based on their circumstances and aim at information governance at the level of each archive. Moreover, each archive level should establish a horizontal network to govern record information management.

I made up arrangement scheme of the archives with it and gave the code to mix the character and the figure. In accordance with the arrangement scheme of archives, I extracted the description elements of organizational structure and function and of real records. The former is guide level and the latter is in detail. The POSCO Museum used the business archives to publish the corporate history and to exhibit, but in another corporation, usage of the business archives was various, it is contacted current activities of the corporation. • Moon Jae-in as the government was launching new records & Archives management innovation is promoted. It was necessary to overhaul the Presidential Records & Archives Act and resolve the issues so far. The key issues include the establishment of individual presidential archives and the guarantee of access to former presidents. The current administration of presidential records is being carried out in the position of a manager (agency). The system's biggest "customers" are discussing management difficulties, even though they are former presidents. Record management should be a customer-centered information service. The "core customer" of managing presidential records is the former president. Another important problem is to separate the Presidential Archives from the National Archives to strengthen its status.

  • This paper historically examines how the management system of administrative records and court records generated in court were established, and what it's features are. Because the court exercises jurisdictional rights such as confirming the legal rights and responsibilities of Korean nationals, the court records have a unique characteristic compared to general administrative records. In particular, court records are not composed only of rulings generated in courts, but also of various records such as civil case records and criminal case records. In order to understand the legal records management system, we must first identify the method of preservation and management after these records, which have different provenance, pass the court procedures.
