However, the current system of compensation is focused on the report of criminal fact and criminals arrest, so that there is no compensation on the providing evidence. On the other hand, since the current judicial system adopted the principle of trial by evidence, all the facts are made by the evidence. But it is impossible to obtain all the evidence only by law enforcement agencies. Therefore, it is necessary for people to report the evidence positively. So it is necessary to positively take advantages of smart phones, vehicle black boxes and cctvs. Various incentives such as compensation would be needed to require the evidence of smartphone or black box, cctv. In order to strengthen evidence report, it will be needed the legislation of crime report compensation, smartphone apps development including the provision of various incentives.

  • The research deals with the changes of the laws related to gifted education focusing on the Marland Report. As result, contrary to conventional argument for the beginning of legal ground for gifted education, 1958's National Defense Education Act(P. L. 85~864) which stipulated the article for 'identification and encouragement' for 'able students' can be said the first legislation of gifted education in the level of federal government. In the case of definition of the gifted, prior to 1972's Marland Report, there was the first legal definition in the Section 806 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act(P. L. 91~230, 1970), which said "Children who have outstanding intellectual ability or creative talent". However Marland Report expanded the realm of the gifted from the area of intelligence to the area of leadership, art and psychomotor ability. On the basis of Marland Report, in 1974 the Office of Gifted and Talented was set up in the Department of Education for dealing with gifted education in federal. Further, Marland emphasized the importance of stipulating article related to funds for gifted education in law. Without manifesting funds for gifted education in law, he knew very well how hard it was to practice gifted education in reality. This implies that regulation funds for gifted education is crucial for effective actualization of gifted education.

  • A discussion on false alarm is a series of problems about a waste of police resources. The the false alarm primarily increase machine the cost of security firm but ultimately increase the costs of national and social management. Verified Report System has been in operation since July 1, 2013, We could analyze the actual operation of 112 report on false alarm rate was 82.4% before this system launched, but after implementation of the Verified Report System, this rate level downs below 69.7% records. So 12.7% is declined at the rate of false alarm. However, the actual alarm rate of Electronic Security itself is just only 0.3 % in the total number of cases responding in contrast to Police is considerable. It is more urgent to evolve the Verified Report System, so penalty system against the false alarm, Police registration system of sensors, and strengthening of the task of the company for installation and management of detection equipment are urgently needed.

  • Sasang constitution medicine is to do different treatment accordining to sasang constitution. Therefore, the constitution diagnosis in the Sasang constitution medicine is very important thing. The Process of Sasang constitution diagnosis Is difficult thing, because of consuming much time, making every effort. It is apt to be subjective tendency. So it need to make objective method. The QSCC II (Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II ) have several problems- can't do diagnosis of Taeyangin, the accuracy rate of Sasang constitution diagnosis is not high (probably 60%), and so on. So, we need the new methods for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. We will modify the problems of QSCC II. The First is the problems of the study execution process, not-multicenter study, a low data, the absent of Taeyangin cases. So, we have to do the multicenter study. The Second is the problems of a query and the method of statistics analysis. We will modify the problems of self-report Questionnaire. That is the problems of self-report Questionnaire, the lack of objective estimation( body type, personal appearance, etc), the absent of the estimation on typical or non-typical type constitution. We modified the problems of QSCC II. Therefore we made the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. We modified the problems of self-report Questionnaire. Therefore we made the new Constituion diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We develop the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis. The one is the new self-report Questionnaire for patients. The other is the new Constitution diagnosis Questionnaire for doctors. We have to melt down the Questionnaire of two ways for the Sasang constitution Diagnosis.

  • In the PACS system, the radiology image(X-ray) and its report are saved as separated parts. The exchange of the radiology image between clinics that installed this system are easily achieved by the DICOM standardization. But it is difficult to exchange the radiology report between clinics because a solution of PACS system is different according to manufacturers. The radiology report should be unified the vocabulary and the type of code for effective sharing and exchanging, and also the radiology image and its report should be integrated for the accurate analysis. In this paper, we propose the sharing system of medical information based on HL7-CDA, it defines the templates and converts the structured documents. For this purpose, we design the XML schema of the radiology report and turn the DICOM files into defined schema. The HL7-CDA documents based on XML is easily displayed on web browser and can help the diagnosis by inserting the radiology image.

  • Radioactive waste generated from nuclear power plant decommissioning shall be strictly managed so that radioactive materials above the allowable limit are not leaked into the environment. Radioactive wastes shall be classified and treated for management based on characteristics such as the type of waste, physicochemical properties, nuclide concentration and radioactivity. Waste characterization report shall be prepared and submitted to the disposal facility operator to ensure that the treated waste is suitable for disposal. The disposal facility operator shall review the waste Characterization report and visit the nuclear power plant decommissioning site to ensure that the wastes are processed step by step according to the plan. The waste Characterization report may be used as input data to evaluate disposal facility safety. Domestic and foreign data are collected and reviewed to confirm the entire processes from waste generation to delivery. This paper proposes the method to prepare the waste Characterization report which contains data and information on waste characteristics, treatment facilities & method and packaging method & container.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors influencing nursing students' intentions to report child abuse. Methods: The participants of this study were 151 nursing students who were currently enrolled in nursing departments in Korea and who were at least 18 years of age or older. This study used a descriptive cross-sectional design, and the data were collected from February 16, to March 13, 2023, using an online self-administered survey. The questionnaire included general characteristics, empathy ability, child rights recognition, child abuse perception, and intention to report child abuse. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Statistics 29.0. Results: The intention to report child abuse showed statistically significant positive correlations with empathy ability (r=.23, p<.001), child rights recognition (r=.34, p<.001), and child abuse perception (r=.63, p<.001). In the multiple regression analysis, the factors significantly related to nursing students' intention to report child abuse were as follows: awareness of mandatory reporting (yes) (β=.16, p=.021) and child abuse perception (β=.56, p<.001). The explanatory power of these factors was 45.0% (F=20.03, p<.001). Conclusion: Considering the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop and implement educational programs for improving the perception of child abuse and thus enhancing nursing students' intention to report child abuse.
