보건계열 대학생의 실습 스트레스에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Job Training Stress for University Students Majoring Healthcare)

  • Objectives: The study was performed to investigate job training stress for university students who have a major in healthcare. Methods: For the analysis, 11 fourth-year students who have experienced job training at healthcare-related agencies were interviewed. Interviews were conducted from May 2016 to June 2016 for 3 weeks. The data were collected with semi-structured open-ended questions and analysed by the method of Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). Results: The main reasons for the job training stress for students fell into two personal and environmental domains. And the domains were analyzed by 12 categories in-depth. Students felt stress by tasks, personal relationship, and burden of duties. Conclusions: To deal with job training stress, students took emotional and behavioral treatments such as positive thinking, communication, and so on. Universities should provide sufficient information on the characteristics of training agencies and training programs to lighten the stress for students.

정규직-비정규직 간 훈련격차와 임금효과 (On-the-job Training Gap between regular and non-regular Workers and Wage Effects)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업주도 재직자 훈련(On-the-Job Training: OJT)에서 정규직과 비정규직 근로자 간 훈련격차와 직업훈련의 임금효과를 비교분석하였다. 이를 위하여 OECD의 주관하에 조사된 국제성인역량조사(Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies: PIAAC) 원자료에 내생성을 통제하기 위하여 비모수추정법인 성향점수매칭법(Propensity Score Matching: PSM)을 적용하였다. 비정규직을 처치집단으로 정규직을 대조집단으로 하여 훈련참여 및 훈련의 임금효과를 각각 추정한 결과 비정규직은 정규직에 비해 불리한 훈련기회에 직면하였고 훈련의 임금효과는 정규직에서는 유의하지 않았으나 비정규직에서는 훈련이 임금에 유의한 정의 효과를 보였다. 이러한 분석결과는 비정규직의 저숙련 함정 극복을 위한 정부개입의 근거를 제공하며 비정규직에 대한 훈련기회 확대가 미취업과 정규직을 잇는 가교로써 비정규직이 기능할 가능성을 보여준다.

패션제품 판매 훈련교육 프로그램을 위한 직무역량 연구 (Job competencies required for a sales training program in fashion shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyzes the Job of Dental Hygienists in Dental (Clinics) Hospitals the Capital region. This study analyzes the degree of job importance and education-training need about and task, task according to work place and work age. The results are as follows : (1) Job importance of dental hygienists were order 'photographing in Dental Radiology', 'Management of Dental clinic', 'Oral prophylaxis', in case education-training need was order 'dental health insurance', 'Oral prophylaxis', 'Management of Dental clinic'. duty more than 5.0 of job importance and education-training need was as 'dental health education', 'Oral prophylaxis', 'preventive dental treatment', 'dental assistance (cooperation)', 'photographing in Dental Radiology', 'dental health insurance', 'Management of Dental clinic', Duty of practice centering in Dental (Clinics) Hospitals except 'Public oral health'. (2) Job importance and education-training need of task increased most of job importance in proportion to education-training need. (3) No significantly between dental hospital hygienist and dental clinic hygienist difference of job importance and education-training need according to work place. but 'Management of Dental clinic' and 'dental health insurance' of dental hospital hygienist lower than dental clinic hygienist. (4) The results job importance compare less 3 years to more 3 years of dental hygienists were perceive significantly 'dental health education', 'Public oral health', 'dental health insurance', 'Management of Dental clinic' the other hand, education-training need was perceive significantly 'preventive dental treatment'.

패밀리 레스토랑 근무자의 직무 만족과 직무 교육이 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of the Job Satisfaction and Job Training of Family Restaurant Employees on Service Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify how and job satisfaction and job training affect service quality and to offer strategic tools for enhancing competitiveness of the food service business industry. To fulfill this purpose, this study utilized a factor analysis, frequence test, a reliability analysis and a covariance structure analysis. The results of the analyses show that one dimension such as "job training" influenced service quality. This means that restaurants should put more focus on job training to improve service quality for customers.

우편원격훈련의 현업활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Application of Postal Distance Training)

  • When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.

Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Stress Management on NEDSA Staff and Line Staff

  • Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.

중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Education and Training of Small Businessess on Improving Job Satisfaction and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 활용도와 참여형 실습시간 충분도였으며 직무대응도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사내 교육훈련의 품질, 교육훈련 활용도, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났다. 향후 지속적 교육훈련 참여 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 정보 접근성, 교육장 위치 및 교육 환경, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났으며 여성과 생산직 근로자의 교육훈련 참여 의지가 높았고 20대, 3-5년 근속 근로자의 교육훈련 만족도가 상대적으로 낮아 이를 높일 필요가 있다고 평가된다. 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 사내 교육훈련의 성과를 높이기 위해 효과적인 요인을 탐색하고 그 영향력을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

대학생 중심 산학협동 현장실습생의 중요도 인식과 만족도가 취업에 미치는 영향 - 호텔, 외식, 조리 전공자를 중심으로 - (A Study Influence of College students' Awareness Importance, Satisfaction of Industrial-educational Cooperation Program on Their Employment - Focusing on Hotel Management, Food-service, Culinary Arts Majors -)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생중심의 산학협동 현장실습에 대한 인식과 실습 후 만족도와 이로 인한 취업의사를 실증적으로 연구하였다. 연구방법은 설문서 174부를 실증분석으로 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 빈도분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고 가설 검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석 및 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 현장실습 중요도가 현장실습 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인인 학생들이 산학실습에 참여할 때는 학과내용, 전공 관련 직무, 어학능력, 그리고 향후 취업과 연계하여 실습에 만족도를 기여하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 현장실습 중요도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인만이 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 졸업 후, 전공에 맞고 현장실습을 한 업체에 취업하려는 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장실습 만족도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계 분석결과, 현장실습 만족도는 취업의사 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 현장실습을 통하여 업무능력과 기술이 향상되고 평가를 받게 되면서 향후 취업에 대해 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증적 연구 - 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절역할을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study of the Causal Relationship between Job Performance, Job Stress, and Turnover Intention of Salesperson)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 영업사원의 이직을 조장/억제하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 생명보험회사에 종사하고 있는 영업사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 직무성과와 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 직무갈등의 매개적 효과와 직무교육 및 전환손실의 조절적 역할에 대해 검증하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 실증분석 결과 직무성과가 높을수록 직무갈등이 감소하고, 직무스트레스가 증가할수록 직무갈등도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무갈등을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절적 역할을 분석한 결과 직무 교육을 많이 받은 영업사원이 적게 받은 영업사원에 비해 직무성과가 직무갈등에 미치는 부(-)적 효과가 더 강한 것으로 나타났지만, 직무스트레스가 직무갈등에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 직무교육이 조정적 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 전환손실이 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
