근골격계질환 위험도관련 주요 평가도구들에 대한 민감도 분석 (The sensitivity analysis for ergonomic checklists associated with musculoskeletal disorders)

  • 작업관련성 근골격계질환을 효율적으로 예방하기 위한 제일 중요한 요소는 관련위험 요인들에 대한 정확한 평가이다. 그러나 대부분의 근골격계질환 관련 위험도 평가도구들은 주관적평가의 가능성에 대한 지적을 많이 받아왔다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 지적에 대한 좀 더 체계적인 분석을 위하여 주요 평가도구들(OWAS, RULA, REBA)에 대한 일종의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 분석은 다음과 같이 크게 두 가지 관점에서 진행되었다; 1) 숙련자와 비숙련자에 의한 평가결과에 대한 비교, 2) 평가 시점에 따른 평가 결과의 일관성에 대한 비교. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다; 1) RULA와 REBA의 경우, 숙련자와 비숙련자 간에 평가결과의 차이는 통계적으로 유의 하였다. 반면에 OWAS의 경우에는 숙련자와 비숙련자간에 평가결과에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다, 2) 적용된 모든 평가도구들은 그 결과에 있어서 평가 시점에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 연구 목적에 따른 1차 결과를 제시하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 하여 향 후 형식이나 내용면에 있어서 좀 더 확장된 개념의 연구의 수행을 통하여 평가도구를 사용하는데 있어서 체계적이고 실용적인 지침을 도출해 내리라고 판단된다.

자동차 제조업체 근로자들의 요통에 대한 역학적 요추 x-선학적 고찰 (Epidemiological and Lumbar x-ray Studies on the Low Back Pain of the Workers in an Automobile Industry)

  • To investigate the risk factors of low back pain, an epidemiological study was carried out among male workers aged 20-55 employed in an automobile industry in Korea during the time period from February 1993 to October 1995. Workers participated to this study were divided into low back pain group(LBP) and control group, according to the self-reports by written questionnaires. General characteristics, medical history, work related factors, fatigue, and MMPI were compared between two groups. To clarify the relationship between job related low back pain and radiologic features of lumbar spine, radiographic study was carried out. The resultant data were processed for $x^2-test$, t-test, and stepwise logistic regression to confirm the adjusted odds ratios. The results were as follows: 1. History of back disease, lifting and carrying work, excessive physical fatigue, and weakend back strength of individual workers were directly associated with low back pain. Odd ratios of these 4 risk factors of low back pain were 5.07, 3.34, 1.49, and 1.22 respectively. 2. The frequency of low back pain history was significantly higher in LBP group. 3. Back muscle strength of lumbar spine of LBP group were significantly lower than control group. 4. The workers in LBP group revealed high fatigue symptoms. 5. In MMPI test LBP group showed higher scales in hypochondriasis, depression, hysteria, psychopathic deviate, paranoia, psychasthenia, schizophrenia, and hypomania. 6. LBP group were more frequently involved in lifting and carrying, working in awkward position, bending, twisting and using lower extremities. 7. LBP group were exposed more to vibration during working. 8. In the Analysis of radiographs of lumbar spine, Jacob's line not crossing fourth lumhar disc space, transitional vertebrae and lumbar displacement more than 4.4mm in standing lateral view were more frequently observed in LBP group than control group. Through these results, it is concluded that identification of previous history of back problem, change of work or working environment for workers with previous back problem and measures to relieve both physical and psychological fatigue of the workers are required for optimal management of work-related back problems among workers. In the present study, several results were different from the previous reports: Jacob's line not corssing fourth lumbar disc space, lumbarization, and vertebral slipping (spondylolisthesis) more than 4.4mm are related to backache. Meticulous studies are required to elucidate the difference.

LID 시설의 지속가능성 관리인자 도출 및 시민참여 관리방안 (Derivation of Sustainability Factors of LID Facility and Strategy of Citizen Participation for Management)

  • 사회인프라 시설로 분류되는 LID(Low Impact Development) 시설은 지속적 유지 및 관리를 통하여 경관지속성과 기능지속성을 유지할 수 있다. LID 기법은 자연기반해법이기에 잡초, 폐기물 및 식생관리를 통하여 지속가능성을 확보할 수 있다. LID 시설은 도시에 분산적으로 설치되며 유지관리가 단순하기에 시민들의 참여를 통한 관리가 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구는 LID 시설의 현장조사를 통하여 LID 시설의 지속가능성에 영향을 주는 유지관리 인자를 도출하고 시민들의 참여도를 조사함으로써 유지관리에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. LID 시설의 경관지속성은 폐기물, 잡초관리가 중요한 인자로 도출되었으며, 기능지속성은 고사체 원인규명 및 관리와 적용토양과 식물종 선정이 중요한 인자로 도출되었다. 시민들은 LID 시설의 확대 및 관리, 조례제정 및 범국민 운동 참여 등에 대한 설문조사에서 모두 80% 이상의 높은 동의를 보였다. 일자리와 연계된 LID 관리 참여의향은 약 64%로 나타나 LID가 취약계층의 일자리가 될 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. LID의 유지관리는 비전문가도 쉽게 수행할 수 있기에 시설별 적은 비용으로 시민들의 참여를 유도할 수 있다. 시민들이 참여하는 유지관리 비용은 지자체의 LID 적용을 통해 저감된 사회인프라 관리비용과 정부의 사회복지 예산을 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

내수기업 수출활성화를 위한 무역전문인력 양성 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Proposal for Training of the Trade Experts to Promote Export of Domestic Companies)

  • In all countries of the world, the development of trade is an important factor for the survival of the national economy. Increased export will lead to national economic growth. Export is directly linked to employment, and the industrial structure will be developed in the direction to produce products of comparative advantages. Therefore, every country around the world is trying to promote export regardless of the size of its economy. Accordingly, this paper focused on the promotion of export of domestic companies. It proposed to cultivate trade experts to promote export of domestic companies. The following five methods were proposed to materialize the proposal. First, it is important to foster trade experts to expand and foster the one-person creative companies. In particular, it is important to develop a professional education curriculum. It is necessary to design and conduct a systematic curriculum throughout the process including follow-up after education such as teaching detailed procedures for establishing a trade business, identification of relevant regulations and related organizations, understanding of special features of each exporting country, and details of exporting procedures through specialist training for the individual industries, helping themto keep their network steady so that they can easily get help from consultants. Second, it is necessary to educate traders working in the field to make them trade experts and utilize themin on-the-job training and consulting. To do this, it is necessary to introduce systematic consultant selection process, and to introduce a systemto educate and manage them. It is because, we must select the most appropriate candidates, educate themto be lecturers and consultants, and dispatch themto the field, in order to make the best achievement in export. Nurturing trading professionals utilizing the current trading workers to activate export of domestic companies can be more efficient through cooperation of trading education agencies and related agencies in various industries. Third, it is also proposed to cultivate female trade experts by educating female trade workers whose career has been disrupted. It is to provide career disrupted women with opportunities to work after training them as trade professionals and to give manpower pool to domestic companies that are preparing for export. Fourth, it is also proposed to educate foreign students living in Korea to be trading experts and to utilize them as trading infra. They can be trading professionals who will contribute to the promotion of export. In the short term, they will be provided with opportunities for employment and start-upin the field of trade, and in the mid- to long-term, they may develop a business network between Korea and their own countries. To this end, we need to improve the visa system, expand free trade education opportunities, and support them so that they can establish small but strong enterprises. Fifth, it is proposed to proactively expand trade education to specialized high school students. Considering that most of domestic companies pursuing activation of export are small but strong companies or small and mediumsized companies, they may prefer high school graduates rather than university graduates because of financial limitations. Besides, the specialized high school students may occupy better position in the job market if they are equipped with expertise in trading. This study can be meaningful, in that it is the first research that focuses on cultivating trading experts to contribute to the export activation of domestic companies. However, it also has a limitation that it has failed to reflect the more specific field voices. It is hoped that detailed plans will be derived from the opinions of the employees of domestic companies making efforts to become an export company in the related researches in the future.

입원환자의 투약체계와 방법의 개선을 위한 현장연구 (Field Study For The Improvement of Medication System and Method for Inpatients at General Hospital)

  • Medication is a kind of medical service and a therapeutic nursing function which takes large portion of nursing service and requires complicated procedures. So many different medical personnel should be involved and cooporate each other in order to accomplish medication. Medication is also a vital nursing service, So nurse feels heavy responsibi lity in that she gives medication to the patient finally, so she has much responsibility if medication error is happened. Therefore it seems very important to clarify the problem of medication system and method, and find the subculture of medication situation because it may promote nursing productivity. The study was conducted to 1. Describe and interpret medication situation. 2. Find out the problem of medication system and method and on alternatives. 3. Compare the medication system and method of hospitals which are located in Seoul with object hospital Ethnographic methodology was used to study medication situation by doing participant observation and interview of health care personnel. Ten nurses and three nurse aids were interviewed. Two residents and internists, two phamacists and two accountants were also interviewed. Data was obtained and analized according to Developmental Research Sequence introduced by Spradly. On the basis of this data the results were as follows. 1. The overall flow of medication system was devided into six stage : first, checking doctor's order : second writing doctor's order, : third, transfering slip into the related departments such as account department, pharmacy : fourth, distribution of medication from pharmacy to unit : fifth, identifing medication by nurses : and finally, medicating to the patient. Behaviorors have been under a lot of stress in that they have to do much works, especially paperworks, So too much time were needed. They also have been suffered interpersonal conflicts among health care personnel and role conflicts in the process of doing medication service. 2. In the process of checking order, the problem was that too much time was required for checking order and paperwork. The more the order changes the more the paperwork is. Nurses have been suffering difficulties in calling internist in order to get bill. Even if writing down slip for medication order is doctor's job, Sometimes nurse has been expected to write slip by doctors or nurse would write slip beacuse of two much complexities and efforts for calling doctors. If the slip were incorrect, much time complicated procedures were more required for correcting it. So delay of administering drug would be resulted consequently. Drugs were delivered from pharmacy to units by delivery agent and phamacist. But because drugs were delivered without arranging room number of patient. Nurse should rearrange drugs in order of the room number So it had made waste time and effort, and Even when emergency drugs were needed, Prompt delivery of drug was not easy because of many reasons. For nurses, it took too long in the identification of the right drug. Actually nurses have heavy burden when medication error happens because nurse is the final actor who gives medication to the patient, So every three shift nurse ought to check drugs as soon as every shift begins. That's why it took too much time due to repeated confirming procedure. When nurses had to go patient room in order to give medications, there were difficulties in watching patient until the patient take medicine correctly. So it was impossible to check every patient wheather he took medicine or not especially in hectic situation. 3. There were many hospitals in Seoul which have similar medication system and method as object hospital according to the results of questionaire. This means that many hospitals have been suffering srimilar problems which were identified in object hospital. 4. Recommendations for promoting simplification of medication system and method were the following : Redesigning of slip from two pieces of paper into one : early discharge announcement system, and slip confirming through computer and controlling of period of prescreption from one day to two or three days : designing personal drug storage box for each patient and using it. If nurses follow the recommendations, they will make medication short & simple, and also have enough time of direct nursing care 5. Even though there were many difficulties in medicating patients. Medication itself has been considered as a caring among nurses because it makes rapport between nurse and patient. So nurses had better accept medication as a portion of nusing service not a original portion of phamacist. There are some limits in this research in terms of confining to only one unit of one hospital, and treating it especially in view of nurses' aspects, So further researchs should be continnued from various kmds of viewpoints of doctors, phamacists and so on. ${\cdot\cdot\cdot}$. Especially esthnographic study of computerized medication system and method seems to be followed.

부산신발산업의 지식경영도입을 위한 전략적 방안 (Strategic plan for implementation of knowledge management of Busan's footwear industry)

  • 부산지역 신발산업의 과도기적 격변 과정에도 불구하고 신발산업의 연구가 주로 공학적 관점에서 소재, 생체역학, 부품, 디자인 등에 집중되어 실질적으로 신발기업들의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 경영적 방안에 대한 본격적인 학술적 연구는 매우 희소하다. 1990년대 후반 ~ 2000년대초에 여러 정책보고서들이 발간되었지만 그것들은 실태 파악과 정책적 대안 모색에 한정되었고, 경영관리적 측면에서 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 학술적 연구로는 발전되지 못했다. 이러한 특정분야에 한정된 문제들을 경영관리적 관점에서 접근하여 신발기업들의 자체 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로 검토해야할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 한 미, 한 EU FTA 발효 이후 급격히 증가되고 있는 부산지역 신발수출 증대에 기여하기 위해서는 일시적인 아닌 지속가능한 산업경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로서 지식경영의 도입을 통한 경쟁력 강화방안을 모색하여 산업기반 확충을 위한 대안을 마련하고자 하는 취지가 본 연구의 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 부산신발산업의 현안에 대해 설문조사를 하고, 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 신발산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 필요한 지식경영도입방안에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. 대부분의 연구나 방향들이 부산지역 신발산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로서 인체역학적 특성과 관련된 기능성 신발, 디자인, 소재 및 부품 등에 초점을 두고 있어 근본적인 기업경영에의 변화를 도모하기 위한 방안을 제시하지 않고 있어 이에 대한 방향을 탐색하고자 지식경영의 도입을 주장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 신발산업의 지식산업으로의 전환을 위한 지식경영 가능성을 탐색함으로써 고부가가치화를 위한 산업적 생태계조성을 위한 대안을 제시함에 있다. FTA 체결에 따른 수출증대효과가 나타나기 위해서는 현재의 신발기업들의 경영방식으로는 한계가 있으므로, 지식경영방식의 도입을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 통해 FTA효과의 극대화를 도모하여야 한다. 이러한 지식경영의 정착은 신발기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 계기가 되어 장기적으로는 지역산업의 부흥 및 고용창출의 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.
