러프집합을 통한 취업의사결정 분석시스템 (Decision Analysis System for Job Guidance using Rough Set)

  • 데이터 마이닝은 예측이나 분석을 위해서 많은 양의 데이터에 존재하는 여러 가지의 관계를 추출하는 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 그러한 데이터에는 매우 많은 변수로 인한 차원의 증가로 인하여 계산상의 어려움이 수반되어지고 변수의 중복성과 중요도에 있어서 다양한 통계적 관계가 존재한다. 따라서 동일하거나 유사한 데이터를 같은 그룹으로 형성하는 클러스터 해석은 데이터 마이닝에서 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구는 범주형 데이터의 분류에서 발생하는 불확실성의 처리를 위해 러프집합을 이용하여 정보 엔트로피를 이용한 새로운 척도를 정의하고 연구 대상에 대한 유사행동을 분석하는 시스템 구현에 그 의의가 있다. 데이터는 평택공업고등학교에서 채집되었고 이를 토대로 제안된 방법이 학생들의 유사행동에 대한 보다 정확한 결과를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 속성의 개수가 10개 이상인 경우에 기본 방법과의 차이를 보이며 취업의사결정에서 학생들의 의식을 기존 방법보다 효과적으로 반영하였다.

환경분야 국가직무체계 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of National Skill System in Environmental Field)

  • 이 연구는 국가직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토가 되어야 하는 직무체계 중 환경분야 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 환경분야의 직무분류와 직무수준을 개발하고자 하는데 있다. 이 연구는 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무분류를 수행하였으며, 각각의 직무는 배타적으로 설계하였습니다. 직무분류시 전문가 집중토의를 통하여 세부직무를 분류하였습니다. 이러한 분류결과를 살펴보면 환경 분야의 직무군은 크게 대분류 3개, 중분류는 12개, 이들 중분류를 다시 분류하면 총 41개의 직무가 환경분야에서 요구되는 직무로서 도출되었다. 환경분야 직무수준은 해당 직무군 및 직무분야에서 전문 인력의 가치를 창출하기 위해 필요한 전문성 정도를 고려하였다. 이에 따라 환경분야의 전문분야별 직무수준을 반영하여 6단계로 구분하였다. 또한 환경 분야의 고유한 특성을 고려하여 크게 '환경계획 및 평가'와 '환경 측정 분석', '환경관리', '환경설계 시공', '환경보건관리', '환경자원관리', '환경경영 및 컨설팅', '환경교육'으로 구분하여 직무수준을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 환경 분야 현장전문가 및 학계 전문가 등으로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 통하여 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

게임중독의 질병코드 규정과 게임 기업의 죄악주 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Code of Disease of Game Addiction and the Classification of Sin Stocks for Game Companies)

  • 국제보건기구(WHO)는 게임중독을 질병으로 분류하는 제11차 국제 질병분류체계(ICD-11)를 2018년에 발표하였다. 죄악주 기업은 부정적인 중독성을 갖고 있으며, 사회적 비용에 따른 세금이 부과되는 기업으로 정의된다. 우리나라에서도 질병분류체계에 게임중독을 질병으로서 등재한다면, 국내 게임 기업은 게임중독이라는 질병과 게임중독세라는 사회적 비용을 유발하는 죄악주 기업으로 인식될 가능성이 높다. 이는 게임 산업이 죄악주 범위에 새롭게 포함되어, 산업적 확장 및 발전에 제동이 걸릴 수 있다는 가능성을 내포한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 죄악주 기업의 국민적 인식을 확인해보고자, 국내 게임 기업이 죄악주에 포함되는 것이 게임 기업의 취업선호도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 게임 기업의 죄악주화에 대해서는 반대하는 의견이 높게 나타났으며, 게임 기업이 죄악주로서 분류되는 것에 대한 원인으로서 높은 중독성과 사행성이 제시되었다. 또한, 게임 기업이 죄악주로 분류될 경우 기업 가치와 취업선호도는 낮아지는 것으로 관찰되었다. 본 연구는 최근 사회적 이슈로 떠오른 게임장애의 질병코드 규정에 따른 게임 기업의 죄악주화에 대한 가능성을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 게임 기업의 죄악주화가 게임 기업에 대한 취업선호도에 미치는 효과를 통계적으로 보고함으로서 학계와 시장참여자에게 공헌할 것이다.

한국과 영국의 청소년 고용증진정책 비교연구 : 직업훈련 중심 (A Comparative Study of Vocational Training Schemes for Youth Employment Promotion in the United Kingdom and Korea)

  • The present study is designed to trace the successful reform steps taken within the vocational training system in the UK and to extract a set of instructive implications for Korea's future reform path towards an efficient vocational training system conducive to youth employment. To this end, this study focuses on three major aspects of the youth vocational training system: the government's role and partnerships between training and industry, the vocational training system, and the employment support system. Implications drawn from the comparative analysis are as follows. Vocational training reform should be made within the broad paradigm of youth employment promotion. All aspects of the youth vocational training system, such as the training program structure, program content, provider, management, so on, should be reformed, step by step, within a long-term plan. In addition to the vocational training reforms. employment support programs should be enlarged, and the service delivery system should be well structured in order to enhance the effects of the training reforms. For these reforms, it is essential to make fundamental changes in the following areas: integration of youth employment policy making and its administrative structures, reinforcement of partnerships between training and industry, nation-wide standardization of job skins, and the introduction of standardized job certificate classification on a national level.

한국표준직업분류에 있어서 수산질병관리사의 직업분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on Occupation Classification of Aquatic Disease Inspector in Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO))

  • The aquatic disease inspector is not classified as an occupation in the current Korean Standard Classification of Occupations(KSCO). Therefore, the roll of the aquatic disease inspector in the medical treatment and the prevention against the aquatic organism disease is underestimated. The aquatic disease inspector is in a more disadvantageous position than the pharmacist and the veterinarian. The purpose of this study is to approve the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. The important contents of this study are as follows. In the first place, this study looks around the general requirements of classifying the occupations in KSCO. The aquatic disease inspector satisfies the most general requirements. But, because of the similarities of job between the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian, the aquatic disease inspector do not satisfy the requirement for 'the principle of exclusiveness'. In the second place, this study looks around the classification system of KSCO. The classification system of KSCO is consists of multi steps. This study makes the plan for the appropriate occupation classification of the aquatic disease inspector. In the third place, this study looks for the legal methods to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO. In order to classify the aquatic disease inspector as an occupation in KSCO, many regulations of the laws about the aquatic disease inspector and the veterinarian are to be amended and the number of the aquatic disease inspectors is to be increased by the innovative measures.

  • Backgrounds: Occupations are grouped on the basis of similarity in tasks and duties performed. Standard occupational classification (SOC) is a tool for organizing all professions into a clearly defined set of groups according to the tasks and duties undertaken in the respective jobs. Objectives: The major objective of this study is to comprehensively review how a SOC system is used in occupational and safety fields such as surveillance, exposure monitoring, occupational epidemiological study, management of carcinogens and analysis of occupational accidents. Methods: We summarized the cases, policies and regulations used in SOC systems in advanced countries and as they appear in articles Results: We found that SOC systems have been widely used in various areas of occupational safety and health in the US, the UK, Finland, and the EU. In general, it is highly common to use SOC in the analysis of occupational accidents and diseases and to identify factors causing those accidents. The SOC system is also used not only for surveillance of exposure to hazardous agents and occupational health, but to manage carcinogens. In order to adjust the effects of a particular job, SOC is used in the general population health area. The Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) has never used or introduced an SOC system. There have been no cases of the application of a SOC system to either the occupational safety and health field or to health surveillance for the general population in Korea. Conclusions: We suggested a need to introduce an SOC system in several occupational safety and health activities, such as work environment measurement, analysis of occupational accidents, specific physical examination and surveillance systems, etc.

수직적 계층 및 직종별 프렌드십 수준과 직무만족, 조직몰입, 직무스트레스의 관계 (The Relationship Between Friendship Level by Hierarchy and Occupation and Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Stress)

  • In this study, we investigated the relationship between friendship level within a hospital organization and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress. Focusing on the hierarchy and occupation of a hospital, different from previous introductory studies. As a study tool, structured questionnaire were devised and used. The subjects were nurses, administrators and medical technicians who worked at 17 tertiary hospitals in Seoul and Kyongin area. To analyze the data, we conducted frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.The main results of our study can be summarized as followings:Firstly, seen from the viewpoint of social demographic characteristics, on the whole friendship level with fellows is the highest, and then that with subordinates and that with bosses the lowest. Secondly, the friendship level with bosses, subordinates and fellows had a significant relationship with job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress, though there were some differences among them. In case of junior managers, the friendship level with fellows had a significant relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment; in case of middle managers, the friendship level with fellows had significant relationship with job satisfaction. We found that the friendship level with the bosses had a deeper relationship with job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress as we went down the hierarchy. Thirdly, analyzing the differences between occupation, administrators and medical technicians had relatively higher significant relationship with the friendship level with bosses than nurses in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress. High friendship level with the bosses influenced job satisfaction significantly for the nurse; yet, in case of administrators and medical technicians, the friendship level with bosses influenced all of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress. Based on our study, we recommend facilitating friendly relationship between the bosses and the subordinates in order to enhance job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job related stress reduction.

처방전달체계에 대한 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Users' Satisfaction with Order Communicating System)

  • Objectives : To identify the factors affecting users' satisfaction with the Order Communicating System(OCS) and to highlight the factors important for the successful establishment of OCS. Methods : A Users Satisfaction survey was sent to 4,513 people, consisting of 1,503 doctors, 2,379 nurses, 255 pharmacists and 370 administrative workers in 16 hospitals which had introduced OCS. The response rate was 63.9%. Measurement of users' satisfaction was peformed with the instrument which was used in Doll's study. Some aspects of Doll's instrument were adjusted according to the aims of this study. The classifying sections of this survey included age, job and status classification, computer experience, OCS education, duration of daily OCS use, type of order entering, number of personnel in the Hospital Information System's department, cost of OCS, problem frequency, proportion of work managed by hand, OCS type, and Hospital establishment type. Results : There was a positive correlation between satisfaction level and managerial status throughout all job classifications. Irrespective of the importance of OCS education as a factor relating to users' satisfaction, the additional work load caused by OCS lowered users' satisfaction. Different factors affected users' satisfaction according to job and status classification. The composition of factors affecting the pharmacist and administrative worker satisfaction levels was simpler than that of the doctor and nurse levels. There were no statistically significant differences between the actual computer experience duration of daily OCS use and users' satisfaction with OCS. Conclusions : There was an understandable relationship between users' attitude to OCS and factors affecting users' satisfaction. The results of this study could be used as a basis for the successful expansion of the operation of OCS. But more detailed studies on users' satisfaction and further improvements of methodologies are required for the successful establishment of OCS.

금융기관 문서 보안등급 분류에 관한 연구 (Study on Security Grade Classification of Financial Company Documents)

  • 최근 네트워크의 발달로 개인정보의 수집, 처리 등이 용이해진 반면 개인정보 유출로 인한 고객과 금융기관, 나아가 국가적 손실이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 금융기관의 개인정보 유출로 인한 정신적 피해나, 불법 유통된 개인정보를 활용한 금융거래로 인해 발생하는 추가적 피해와 관련된 방지 대책이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 현재 금융기관에서는 중요문서(개인정보 포함)뿐만 아니라 공개문서의 열람방식에 있어서 직급이나 직위에 따른 접근통제방식을 수행하고 있다. 그리하여 기밀성을 요구하는 문서일지라도 동일 직급, 동일 직위이면 정당한 방법으로의 열람, 접근이 가능하다. 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 문서의 보안등급을 적용하고 보다 효과적인 접근통제를 통해 개인정보 유출 사고를 사전에 방지하고자 한다.

고전원 전기장치 기반 전기자동차 교육 체계 구축과 자격 부여의 제고 방안 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of an Electric Vehicle Education System based on High-power Electric Devices and Improvement of Qualifications)

  • With the transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to eco-friendly cars, it has become essential to systematically construct an education system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices. In this study, we discussed the establishment of an educational system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices and proposed methods for qualifications after completing the education. To ensure systematic education, we presented a classification of learners according to their levels and job competencies. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of providing adequate practical training equipment for courses that require higher qualifications. Finally, to distinguish between the levels of completion of training and practical skills, we highlighted the necessity of implementing a system to certificates to individuals who have successfully completed the systematic training program.
