Objectives: The study was performed to investigate job training stress for university students who have a major in healthcare. Methods: For the analysis, 11 fourth-year students who have experienced job training at healthcare-related agencies were interviewed. Interviews were conducted from May 2016 to June 2016 for 3 weeks. The data were collected with semi-structured open-ended questions and analysed by the method of Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). Results: The main reasons for the job training stress for students fell into two personal and environmental domains. And the domains were analyzed by 12 categories in-depth. Students felt stress by tasks, personal relationship, and burden of duties. Conclusions: To deal with job training stress, students took emotional and behavioral treatments such as positive thinking, communication, and so on. Universities should provide sufficient information on the characteristics of training agencies and training programs to lighten the stress for students.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the disparity in on-the-job training between regular and non-regular workers and to compare the wage effects of on-the-job training. Using the Korean micro data from the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies(PIAAC) published by OECD, Propensity Score Method(PSM) is applied to overcome the endogeneity problem. The average treatment effect(ATT) on the training participation is analyzed, using non-regular workers as treatment group and regular workers as comparison group. Odds ratios of non-regular employees' training participation compared to regular employees shows 0.67 times after constructing matching sample and this means that non-regular workers are facing a disadvantageous training opportunity compared to regular workers. In order to estimate the wage effect of on-the-job training, the average treatment effect(ATT) of on-the-job training on average wages for regular workers and non-regular workers is estimated respectively. I find insignificant wage effect from on-the-job training among regular workers and significant positive effect on non-regular worker's wage from on-the-job training.
The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

(2) Job importance and education-training need of task increased most of job importance in proportion to education-training need. (3) No significantly between dental hospital hygienist and dental clinic hygienist difference of job importance and education-training need according to work place. but 'Management of Dental clinic' and 'dental health insurance' of dental hospital hygienist lower than dental clinic hygienist. The purpose of this study is to identify how and job satisfaction and job training affect service quality and to offer strategic tools for enhancing competitiveness of the food service business industry. To fulfill this purpose, this study utilized a factor analysis, frequence test, a reliability analysis and a covariance structure analysis. The results of the analyses show that one dimension such as "job training" influenced service quality. This means that restaurants should put more focus on job training to improve service quality for customers.
When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.
Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.

Women and procuction worker had higher willingness to learn, yet who are in their 20s and continuously worked for 3-5 years had lower training satisfaction so it is recommended to improve it. This study provided implications for exploring effective factors to enhance company training performance and verified the effect.
This study was empirically to investigate awareness of the on-the-job training of university students of co-op programs and satisfaction of the training for their job intention. The main study results as follows; First, the results of the influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the training, it was found that students participating in on-the-job training is related to curriculum of the department, job specification, language ability, and future job prospect. Second, the results of influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention was connectivity factor. That is why the students had the intention to work for a company that is matched for their major and the company where they took the on-the-job training. Third, the results of influential relationship between the satisfaction with the on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention, satisfaction with the on-the-job training was influenced by the satisfaction with the job intention. Through the on-the-job training, it was evaluated that work ability and skills of the students were improved, and they were satisfied with the future employment.
Many studies have been conducted to find the causal factors that influence salesforce performance and turnover behavior. This study focuses on the turnover intention of salesperson. Specifically this study argues that the causal relationship among job performance, job stress and turnover intention will be mediated by job conflict of salesperson. We develop the hypotheses from the conceptual framework and empirically test them for the salespersons of lifetime insurance companies. Based on the previous studies and conceptual framework developed in this study, we derive 8 hypotheses. <Figure 1> shows the conceptual framework from which hypotheses are derived. Hypotheses for the empirical test are as follows: H1: Job performance will have negative impact on the turnover intention. H2: Job performance will have negative impact on the job conflict. H3: Job stress will have the positive relationship with the turnover intention. H4: Job stress will have the positive relationship with the job conflict. H5: Job conflict will have the positive relationship with the turnover intention. H6: The negative impact of job performance on the job conflict will be moderated by job education/training. H7: The positive impact of job stress on the job conflict will be moderated by job training. H8: The positive impact of job conflict on the turnover intention will be moderated by the switching costs. To test the 8 hypotheses, we estimate the level of fitness and parameters of structure equation model by using AMOS 5.0. <Table 1> shows the results of empirical tests for hypotheses. <Table 2> shows the moderating effect of job training. <Table 3> shows the moderating effect of switching costs. This empirical study finds interesting results. The job training has the moderating effect on the causal relationship between job performance and job conflict. But it is found that the job training has not the moderating effect on the causal relationship between job performance and job conflict. These results may be due to the fact that Korean insurance company mainly focuses on training of the job skill and knowledge, not motivational elation of salesforce.
