요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Geriatric Care Helpers)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험법에 의해 부산지역에서 노인요양과 관련된 기관에서 노인요양 업무를 수행하고 있는 요양보호사 355명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석방법은 소속기관에 따른 요양보호사의 직무스트레스, 스트레스 대처경험과 대처노력, 그리고 직무만족의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 t-test를 실시하였으며, 소속기관에 따라 요양보호사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 직무스트레스는 요양병원 요양보호사가 요양시설 요양보호사 보다 적게 받고 있는 것으로 소속기관에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 요양보호사의 직무만족도는 요양시설에 요양보호사가 요양병원 요양보호사보다 높은 것으로 소속기관에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 스트레스 대처경험과 대처노력은 소속기관에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 직무만족 영향요인은, 요양병원 요양보호사의 경우 고용형태 업무 스트레스 환자와의 스트레스 요인이었으며, 요양시설 요양보호사의 경우는 평균임금 고용형태 관리환자 수 업무 스트레스 근무조건 스트레스 환자와의 스트레스이었다. 그러나 소속기관 관계없이 공통적인 영향요인은 고용형태가 정규직인 경우, 업무 스트레스가 낮을수록, 환자와의 스트레스가 높을수록 직무만족이 높다는 것이었다.

  • 목적 : 보건 의료기관이 갖는 의료서비스와 행정의 양면적 명령구조로 인한 갈등과 의사, 간호사, 의료기사, 행정직 등 다양한 직종들이 모여 있는 조직으로 일반 기업보다 많은 직무 스트레스를 받을 수 있는 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 병원에 근무하는 재활 분야 치료사의 일반적 특성과 직무몰입이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 대상자는 국내의 K시, B시에 소재하고 있는 요양병원, 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 작업치료사, 물리치료사를 대상으로 하였다. 일반적 특성, 직무 스트레스, 직무 몰입이 포함된 설문지를 통해 조사하였고, 응답내용이 불성실하거나 누락된 설문지 19부를 제외한 144부를 대상으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 첫째, 치료사의 특성과 직무 몰입, 직무 스트레스 변인들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 직무요구, 직무자율, 관계갈등, 조직체계, 보상 부적절, 직무 불안성, 직장 문화로 직무몰입 정도와 상관관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 재활 분야 치료사의 일반적 특성과 직무몰입이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 결혼유무, 임금수준, 직무몰입이 46.6%의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 재활분야 치료사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 주는 변인을 알아본 것에 의의를 가지고, 관련 분야의 직무환경을 개선하여 클라이언트에 대한 중재의 질을 향상시킬 정책 결정에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

상급종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 이직의도 (Exploring Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Comprehensive Nursing Service)

  • 본 연구는 상급종합병원의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도, 이직의도를 파악하기 위한 서술적조사연구로서 상급종합병원 두 곳을 편의추출하여 이 두 의료기관의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에 근무하고 있는 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 대상자의 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 이직의도는 서술통계로, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 이직의도의 비교는 Mann-Whitney U test를 이용하였다. 본 조사연구가 실시된 상급종합병원 두 곳의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사는 모두 여성으로 30세 미만이며 미혼이 대부분이었다. 학력은 학사가 대부분이었다. 간호사 월수입은 93.8%가 150이상 300만원 미만으로 응답하였다. 직무스트레스가 높게 나타난 하위영역은 '의사와갈등', '보호자와 환자', '대인관계갈등'이었고, 직무만족이 가장 낮은 영역은 '보수및승진' '필수적직무'였다. 높은 이직의도를 보인 경우는 '본인이 원하지 않는 부서이동이 되었을때 이직하고 싶다', '부서이동을 인해 업무수행에 어려움이 심할 때 이직하고 싶다', '업무에 비해 월급이 적다고 느낄 때 이직하고 싶다' 등이었다. 간호 간병통합서비스 본래의 취지에 부합하도록 이 서비스를 정착하고 확대하기 위해서는 이 서비스를 제공하는 주요 의료인력인 간호사의 근무환경에 대한 체계적인 평가가 필요하다. 간호 간병통합서비스를 제공하는 간호사의 직무스트레스를 낮추고, 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 적절한 보상, 명확한 업무에 대한 규정, 일반병동과 간호 간병통합서비스 병동 중에 선호하는 곳에서 근무할 수 있는 여건 등이 고려되어야 하며 이를 위해 정책적인 지원이 필요하다.

일부 종합병원 간호사들의 직무만족도와 이직의도와의 관련성 (Relationship Between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Among Nurses in General Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 종합 병원 간호사들의 직무만족도와 이직의도와의 관련성을 규명하고자 경북지역의 3개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사 312명을 대상으로 2013년 2월 25일부터 3월 16일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지(self-administered questionnaire)를 사용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 간호사들의 이직의도는 직무만족도 및 직무만족도하위영역인 전문직업적 수준, 업무의 자율성, 행정업무력, 보수, 직무과업과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 직무만족도 총 점수가 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서, 업무자율성이 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서, 행정업무력이 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서, 보수가 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서 고위험 이직의도 군에 속할 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학력, 수면의 질, 근무경력, 직위, 월수입, 업무 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성여부, 간호직 선택동기 및 업무의 육체적 부담정도, 직무 만족도가 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 이상과 같은 결과를 볼 때, 조사대상 간호사들의 직무만족도와 이직의도 간에는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있어, 직무만족도가 낮을수록 이직의도는 높아지는 경향을 보였으며, 직업관련 특성과 직무만족도 변수가 이직의도에 크게 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

외국계 생명보험 설계사의 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Emotional Intelligence Effects on Foreign LCs' Self-Efficacy and Job Stress)

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of foreign life insurance consultants focusing on the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Regarding job security, in general foreign life insurance companies in Korea have more severe working conditions in terms of required contract performance. For foreign life insurance consultants, they are assumed to need higher level of emotional intelligence and self efficacy to meet the conditions. In this study, focus is cast on these aspects. Research design, data, and methodology - Basically the research is conducted upon questionnaires responded by foreign life insurance consultants. That is, data are collected from 255 sample of insurance consultants who work for a foreign owned life insurance company. The Questionnaire measure the level of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of insurance consultants. The data are analyzed using pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Durbin-Watson test. Results - The general characteristics of respondents are gender, age, marital status, education level, income monthly, career length, change jobs no, working day per week, call no. per week, meeting no. with client per week, contract regularity, contract no. per month and cancellation contract per year. The mean of emotional intelligence is 2.63, self-efficacy is 3.44 and job stress is 2.20. Emotional intelligence is composed with mean value of self emotion appraisal(3.93), other's emotion appraisal(3.78), regulation of emotion(3.29) and use of emotion(3.52). The mean of self efficacy is composed with mean value of self-confidence(3.41), self-regulated efficacy(3.59) and preference task difficulty(3.30). The job stress is composed with mean value of job requirement(2.61), lack of job autonomy(1.99), conflict of personal relations(1.99), job instability(2.38), organizational system(2.19) and inappropriate compensation(2.07). There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. The emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are significantly negative correlation with job stress. The self-efficacy is showed a mediating variable between emotional intelligence and job stress. Conclusions - To decrease job stress level, foreign life insurance company should find the factors to improve the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of life insurance consultants, and develop appropriate plans using a mediating role of self- efficacy between emotional intelligence and job stress.

건설업 종사자의 직무스트레스가 건설재해 발생과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress of Construction Workers on Construction Accidents and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors and effects of job stress of construction workers on construction accidents and turnover intention in order to improve the field work environment of construction industry which shows higher industrial accidents than other industries. To this end, research models and hypotheses were established based on previous research, and the questionnaire was distributed to 10 construction companies in Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong provinces. The 301 data collected were performed statistical analysis such as basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and logistic regression analysis using the statistical package (IBM SPSS 22). The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, job stress has a significant effect on accident occurrence. Among the sub-factors of job stress, there was positive (+) influence on work culture and relationship conflict between peers, and organizational system had negative influence. Job demands, compensation incompetence, and job instability were not statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to concentrate on the factors of work culture, organizational system, and relationship conflict in the construction site. Second, job stress has positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress, inadequacy of compensation, and work culture were positively related to turnover intention. Third, job demands have a slightly greater impact than compensatory inadequacies. The factors that make the job turnover more important are the excessive job burdens such as respect, internal motivation, responsibility rather than expectation non-conformity, time pressure, increase of work load. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover intention of the construction worker, it is necessary to pay attention to improvement of the job requirement. Fourth, the worker's job stress could overcome by exercise and fatigue elimination, work environment management, and self-opening for others. It is necessary to establish a work environment management system for counseling and intimacy formation to open up the exercise and fatigue relief program of the workers at the construction site and to open themselves between the workers and the supervisors.

웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 저주파에서 짧은 잔향 시간을 갖는 실음향에서의 잔향시간 측정에 관한 연구 (Measurement of Short Reverberation Times of an Acoustic Room at Low Frequencies Using Wavelet Transform)

  • In building acoustics, reverberation time is an important acoustic parameter. However, it is often difficult to measure short reverberation times at low frequencies using the traditional band pass filter bank if the product of bandwidth (B) and reverberation time (T) is small. It is well known that the minimum permissible product of bandwidth and reverberation time of the traditional band pass filter is at least 16 [F. Jacobsen, J. Sound Vib. 115, 163-170 (1987)]. This strict requirement makes it difficult to measure short reverberation times of an acoustic room at low frequencies exactly. In order to reduce this strict requirement, recently, the wavelet filter bank is developed and the minimum permissible product of bandwidth and reverberation time is replaced with 4 [S. K. Lee, J, Sound Vib. 252, 141-153 (2002)]. In the present paper, it is demonstrated how the short reverberation times at low frequencies are successfully measured by using the wavelet filter bank. In order to present this job, two synthetic signals and one measured signal are used for impulse responses of an acoustic room.

Dynamic Scheduling Method for Cooperative Resource Sharing in Mobile Cloud Computing Environments

  • Mobile cloud computing has recently become a new paradigm for the utilization of a variety of shared mobile resources via wireless network environments. However, due to the inherent characteristics of mobile devices, a limited battery life, and a network access requirement, it is necessary for mobile servers to provide a dynamic approach for managing mobile resources efficiently in mobile cloud computing environments. Since on-demand job requests occur frequently and the number of mobile devices is drastically increased in mobile cloud computing environments, a different mobile resource management method is required to maximize the computational power. In this paper, we therefore propose a cooperative, mobile resource sharing method that considers both the inherent properties and the number of mobile devices in mobile cloud environments. The proposed method is composed of four main components: mobile resource monitor, job handler, resource handler, and results consolidator. In contrast with conventional mobile cloud computing, each mobile device under the proposed method can be either a service consumer or a service provider in the cloud. Even though each device is resource-poor when a job is processed independently, the computational power is dramatically increased under the proposed method, as the devices cooperate simultaneously for a job. Therefore, the mobile computing power throughput is dynamically increased, while the computation time for a given job is reduced. We conduct case-based experiments to validate the proposed method, whereby the feasibility of the method for the purpose of cooperative computation is shown.

정비작업 인력 수준 최소화를 위한 발견적 기법 (A Heuristic Algorithm for Minimizing Maintenance Workforce Level)

  • This paper develops an efficient heuristic algorithm for scheduling workforce level that can accommodate all the requested maintenance jobs. Each job has its own release and due dates as well as man-day requirement, and must be scheduled in a non-interrupted time interval, namely, without preemption. Duration of each job is not fixed, but to be determined within given specific range. The objective is to minimize workforce level to complete all the requested maintenance jobs. We show that the problem can be seen as a variant of the two-dimensional bin-packing problem with some additional constraints. A non-linear mixed integer programming model for the problem is developed, and an efficient heuristic algorithm based on bin-packing algorithms is proposed. In order to evaluate goodness of the solution obtained from the proposed algorithm, a scheme for getting a good lower bound for the optimum solution is presented and analyzed. The computational experiment shows that the proposed algorithm performs quite satisfactorily.

The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Training Content and Manager Support on On-the-Job Training Effectiveness

  • The study examines the influence of individual characteristics, training content, and manager support on the effectiveness of on-the-job (OJT) training in the banking and finance industry. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in order to obtain the data. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 396 respondents in Bank A in Malaysia, the multiple regression results show that self-efficacy, motivation to learn, training content, and manager support have positive influence on OJT training effectiveness. Among all these factors, manager support is very highly correlated with OJT training effectiveness. The findings have given fruitful insight of the crucial roles of OJT training in the respective bank, particularly to bring forward the roles of systematic design and implementation of OJT training. This study is not only expanding knowledge in OJT and training, but offers managers practical insights in developing good OJT training program by considering employees need, capabilities, skills and job requirement. Furthermore, this study also provides a valuable framework in identifying the effectiveness of OJT training program for certain jobs. Further discussion of the research findings and its implications to theoretical knowledge of training and managers are promised at the end of the article.
