충북지역 물리치료사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist's in Chungbuk)

  • The purpose of this study was practiced to investigate factors affecting physical therapist's job satisfaction. The data were collected from September 15, 2002 and 113 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. They were analyzed by the percent, frequency, T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency The results of the study were as follows: The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated 3.09 for professional status, 3.22 for task requirement, 3.62 for pay, 2.96 for physical therapist-doctor relationship, 2.96 for administration, 2.89 for autonomy. There were statistically a difference of the professional status, pay, administration, in their age. There were statistically a difference of the professional status in total career, marriage presence. There were statistically a difference of the professional status, task requirement in total career.

20대 물리치료사의 근육뼈대계 증상과 직무스트레스와의 상관관계 분석: 운동치료 업무를 중심으로 (Analysis of Correlation Coefficient between Musculoskeletal Symptoms and Job Stress of Physical Therapists in Twenties: Focusing on Therapeutic Exercise Task)

  • 본 연구는 운동치료를 담당하는 20대 물리치료사들의 근육뼈대계 증상과 직무스트레스 정도를 알아보고 둘 사이의 연관성을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 총 144명을 대상으로 국가기관에서 제공하는 측정도구를 바탕으로 조사연구를 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 손/손목/손가락, 어깨, 허리에 근육뼈대계 증상과 질환이 많고, 특히 오른쪽 손/손목/손가락에 증상과 질환의 비율이 매우 높은 특징을 보였다. 직무스트레스 중 직무환경, 직무요구, 보상은 육체적 부담과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.297~.392, p=.000), 특히 목의 통증정도는 직무환경과 직무요구, 어깨의 통증정도는 직무요구, 손/손목/손가락의 통증기간과 직장문화 사이에 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보여(r=.331~.478, p=.003~.009) 근육뼈대계 증상은 직무스트레스와 일정부분 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 이들의 근육뼈대계 증상과 직무스트레스의 관리를 위한 관심과 노력이 필요하겠다.

부산지역 의료기관 종사자들의 직무스트레스 (Research on Job Stress of Hospital Workers in Busan)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 종사자들의 특성에 따른 스트레스 정도와 직무스트레스에 스트레스 측정영역들의 영향력을 확인하기 위하여 부산지역 9개 의료기관(종합병원 2개, 병원 7개) 종사자 475명을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫째, 종사자특성에 따라 직무스트레스는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 스트레스 측정영역은 직무요구이었으며, 가장 낮은 영향영역은 직장문화이었다. 셋째, 직무스트레스 한국인 참고치와 비교시 남성은 직무요구 영역, 여성은 직무불안정 영역이 상위 50% 범주에 해당되었다. 본 연구결과 의료기관 의 조직관리는 종사자특성에 따라 스트레스 요소를 고려하여야 함을 인식하게 되었다.

패션 전공 대학생의 취업정보 탐색과 취업관련 불안에 관한 연구 (A Study of Vocational Information Search and Vocational Choice Anxiety of Senior Fashion Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data regarding the career development supporting system of senior fashion students. This study investigated contents of required vocational information and vocational information seeking behavior of senior fashion students. And this study also intended to analyse vocational choice anxiety factors and its relationship with level of vocational information requirement. The subjects of this study consisted 261 senior fashion students at eleven universities in the nation. The results of the study are as follows. First, five dimensions of required vocational information of fashion students were identified by factor analysis; information related to judgement of eligibility to apply for the job & company, information of work environment, information of fashion company that has the potential to hire them, information of level of compensation, stability of employment and promotion, and information of kind of job & job roles in the fashion field. Second, the senior fashion students faced few obstacles obtaining vocational information such as insufficient online vocational information, difficulties in discovering the sources of vocational information and time restriction for job search & career indecision. Third, the fashion students perceived diverse anxieties about making vocational choices. The survey identified five categories of the anxieties; anxiety about adapting to new job environment & recruiting process of the fashion company, anxiety about too heavy workload, anxiety about stability of employment & level of compensation, anxiety about lack confidence of their ability to do the job and anxiety about ability in English & the qualification for application. And there was significant relationship between vocational choice anxiety and requirement level of vocational information. This result proved providing vocational information relieves anxiety about getting a job.

감염관리간호사의 업무만족도 및 자아탄력성과 직무 스트레스와의 관계 (Relationships between Job Satisfaction, Resilience and Job Stress among Infection Control Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between resilience, job satisfaction, and job stress among nurses working at general hospitals. Methods: This study was a descriptive study using a questionnaire. The resilience scale, satisfaction scale and job stress scale were used. The data from 194 infection control nurses, who work for below 3 years at general hospitals, were collected from March 2 to September 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 Win program. Results: In this study, job stress showed significant negative correlations with resilience (r=-.14, p=.043) and job satisfaction (r=-.50, p<.001). However, there was a significant positive correlation with infection control experience (r=.32, p<.001). Also, the level of job requirement stress and job autonomy stress scored higher than other sub-dimension of job stress. Job satisfaction was the most significant predictor (β=-.43, p<.001) in job stress. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that systematic training courses and education programs for new infection control nurses should be developed to decrease nurses' job stress and increase their resilience. Holding this program can help reduce nursing job stress and help to adapt individuals to existing changes.

치과기공분야에서의 직업기초능력수준과 요구도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Cognition and the Requirement on the Key Competency of Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is analyzing how much students of dental technology possess core competencies and cognition between dental technicians and students. Methods: The subjects of this study were dental technicians, dental technology students and a self-administered structured questionnaire survey wax conducted for 428 selected people. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 statistics program and analysis techniques include the frequency, t-test, One-way ANOVA. Results: The results of the survey are as follows. The cognition of key competency according to the gender in the students showed differences in interpersonal ability, information ability and the requirement of key competency according to the gender in the students showed differences in speaking ability, listening ability, problem solving ability. The cognition of key competency according to the grade in the students showed difference in speaking ability, listening ability and the requirement of key competency according to the grade in the students showed difference in comprehension of organization ability. The speaking ability is the lowest in the cognition of key competency according to the gender, grade, experience of clinical training in the students and the skill ability is the highest in the requirement of key competency according to the gender, experience of clinical training in the students. The cognition of key competency according to the career in the dental technicians showed difference in problem solving ability, self-regulation and self-development ability, skill ability and the requirement of key competency according to the career in the dental technicians showed difference in writing ability. The cognition of key competency according to the educational background in the dental technicians showed difference in comprehension of organization ability. The foreign language ability is the lowest in the cognition of key competency according to the career, job in the dental technicians and the skill ability is the highest and the math ability is th lowest in the requirement of key competency according to the career, place of employment in the dental technician. Conclusion: This study can be used as basic data for dental technology that are available not only to field-oriented disciplines but also to overall higher education fields which aim to strengthen key competency.

채용시장 직무와 역량 간 미스매치 해소를 위한 플랫폼 개발 (Development of a Platform to resolve the Mismatch between Job and Competence in Recruitment Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

공군 조종사 직무스트레스 요인과 이직의도 상관관계 연구 (A study on the relationship between the job stress factors and the turnover intention on the pilots of the Korean Air Force)

  • This study focused to find the main factors causing job stress to ROKAF pilots and of which factors affects to turnover intention. As a results, the factors of job stress are job characteristics, over loaded ground work, payment, promotion and employee benefits & service system. All of these 5 factors are positively related to the causes of a pilot stress. Among the job stress factors, payment, promotion and over loaded ground work are positively related as the same order. But, job characteristics and employee benefits & service system are not. Even though ROKAF pilots are stressed by annual requirement and night flying, and also are stressed by unfulfilled welfare, those two stress factors are not related to the turnover intention.

사업장 업종과 규모에 따른 근로자 건강증진 요구도 및 활동도 비교 (Comparison of Requirement and Activity of Workers' Health Promotion according to Business Type and Enterprise Size)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in requirement and activity related to workers' health promotion according to business type and enterprise size. Methods: This study is a secondary analysis of data extracted from a survey on the Enterprise Health Promotion Index. For the present analysis, 7,784 companies were selected. Results: Requirements for lifestyle management and activities to prevent musculoskeletal disorders were the highest. The requirement and activity of musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease were high in the manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, in the non-manufacturing industry, the requirement and activity of job stress management were high. Small-sized companies had a high requirement to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion: Government support should be strengthened in workers' lifestyle management. Additionally, workers' health promotion in small-sized companies needs to focus on preventing musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease.

개인-직무적합성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 직무기반 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과 (The Effect of person-job fit on job performance: The Mediating effect of job-based psychological ownership)

  • 본 연구는 기존 선행연구가 부족했던 개인-직무적합성과 직무기반 심리적 주인의식과의 관계를 규명하고 나아가 직무기반 심리적 주인의식이 개인-직무적합성과 직무성과의 관계를 매개한다는 결과를 국내에서 최초로 확인한 것에 학문적 의의가 있다. 이와 더불어 능력적합이 직무성과에 미친다는 기대이론과 요구적합이 직무성과에 미치는 사회교환이론을 뒷받침해주는데도 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 기업의 인적자원관리 부서에게는 인적자원 선발시 직무에 적합한 인재를 선발하는 것에 대한 중요성을 다시 한번 확인 시키고, 조직구성원들의 능력적합이 요구적합보다 더 큰 효과를 미치는 것을 감안하면 자기 능력에 맞는 직무에 배치하는 것이 정신적, 물질적 보상보다 더 높은 직무성과를 낼 수 있다는 점이 인적자원관리에 대한 실무적인 시사점이라고 할 수 있다.
