Methods : A total of 600 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 524 copies were returned (88%). Of these, 518 copies were used to verify statistic results using IBM SPSS and AMOS Ver. 22.0, including factor analysis, path analysis, mediating effects, and moderating effects. Results : The effect of organizational trust on organizational citizenship behavior has shown that OCBI (Interpersonal) is highly affected at large hospitals. However, the effect of organizational trust on OCBO (Organizational) is highly affected at small hospitals. Conclusions : The results of a gap analysis indicated that among the different aspects of organizational justice, distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive effect on organizational trust in small hospitals. The results also revealed that organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in small hospitals are more strongly affected than they are in large hospitals. As a result, job efficiency is improved in smaller hospitals.

  • This survey provides, at a participation rate of 70%, 4,790 examinees. The purpose of this study is to study the association of the failed rest after work with 34 diseases including cardiovascular diseases. The index of the failed rest after work was composed of 4 questions about "thinking of work for several hours", "feeling exhausted", feeling unsatisfied or depressed", and "needing to go to bed early for next day′s work". Estimation of correlation among 4 variables, factor analysis, and ANCOVA adjusted for sex, age and job were carried out. A self-rating questionnaire of one′s own disease history and the "London School of Hygiene Cardiovascular Questionnaire" were used in order to discriminate each morbid group from the opposite group. Brief explanations of the result are as follows: 1) Every variable of failed rest after work shows significant difference between the morbid group and the no morbid group for possible infarction; for angina pectoris in the total, and men. 2) Among 4 variables ′exhaustion′ best discriminates the infarction group from the no infarction group, and the angina group from the no angina group. 3) The factor of failed rest after work is a significant factor that distinguishes the infarction group from the no infarction group, and the angina pectoris group from the no angina group. Therefore, stress management through health education and promotion such as behavioral modification can be used to reduce cardiovascular diseases and stress as perceived by an individual.

  • This study was conducted to examine elderly users' satisfaction with welfare services and the environments of the senior citizen centers in mid-sized and small cities in Korea. Three hundred and two elderly users were surveyed for this study. Age and gender differences in the level of satisfaction were found. The male elderly users and older users were more satisfied with the education programs than the female and younger users. The elderly people who reside in single-family residences were more satisfied with the educational programs and part-time job opportunities offered at the center than the elderly users who were living in apartment buildings. This could be explained by the fact that dwellers of single housing had more freedom and more room for self-regulation in scheduling their program participation, whereas the apartment building residents had rarely experienced social exchanges with their neighbors. There were significant differences in satisfaction with the environments of the centers by gender, marital status, age, level of education, religion, and housing type. The group differences were explained by the abundance of community activities that are centered around younger and female participants. Based on these findings, it is suggested that more specialized educational and social programs should be developed for the younger users in their early 60s, that co-ed religious activities and hobby programs should be expanded, and that the home-visiting welfare staff should regularly provide the elderly users the information on programs and activities.

  • This study was carried out to explore the actual condition of family-friendly education of corporations and organizations supporting them for the purpose of activating the family-friendly certification system. The researches on the family-friendly education of corporations or related organizations have not become an object of attention, although the policies of family-friendly corporations have been the major concern of researchers who have conducted studies on the balancing between work and family. For the first time, this study investigated the family-friendly education programs of corporations and organizations supporting them. In addition to this work, interviews with laborers were performed to learn the actual participation in the education. The results showed that even corporations selected as excellent corporations by the government scarcely provided family-friendly educations and few laborers participated in them. The most educations provided by corporations were for the improvement of work ability or job training. Education for family concentrated only on the role of the father. The focus of educations supporting corporations was biased to the view of corporation or family, not balanced between the two. So it was suggested that researchers should pay attention to developing diverse education programs encompassing the whole stages of life cycle and the balancing between corporation and family.

Another goal is to determine the Vietnamese government's best response to the BRI. Finally, the study looks at the Vietnamese viewpoint. Document review is used in conjunction with PESTELED analysis and EIU country risk model technique in this study. The study is focused on in-depth interviews with 38 top government leaders, researchers, and scholars by adopting the Delphi technique to determine major factors of risks and opportunities as well as obtain a clearer view on the Vietnamese perspective of the BRI. The main conclusion is that Vietnam's participation in the BRI could result in a variety of benefits and risks, including economic development, connectivity and integration, development finance, cooperation, coordination, trade facilitation, and people-to-people communication, as well as diplomatic and political risks, financial risks, environmental challenges, and job creation. Another conclusion is suggested that careful and case-by-case negotiation with China is needed for Vietnam to exploit the future benefits of BRI. There is a need to set up the strategy to mitigate the risk impacts, reduce the risk level, avoid risk, at last turn the risk into opportunities.
