항공정비사와 조종사의 관계 및 운항성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Airplane Maintenance Engineers and Pilots Relationships and Effectiveness of Flight Operation)

  • 본 연구는 항공기 운항에 있어 주요 구성원들인 항공정비사와 조종사들 사이에 내재하고 있는 공유가치나, 양자간의 갈등정도, 영향력이 그들간의 신뢰나 업무만족, 운항성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 항공정비사와 조종사의 공유가치가 높을수록 신뢰가 높아지며 업무만족도 높아졌다. 또한 그들간의 갈등이 적을수록 신뢰가 높아지며, 업무만족이 높아졌다. 항공정비사와 조종사들간의 영향력이 균형을 이룰수록 신뢰수준과 업무만족 또한 높아졌다. 그리고 신뢰수준과 업무만족의 정도에 따라 운항성과도 달라진 것으로 파악되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 상호업무의존성이 많은 운항업무에서 항공정비사와 조종사가 지각하는 상대방에 대한 태도가 운항성과와 관련이 있음을 제시한다.

뇌성마비인의 직업유지기간에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Period of Job Maintenance of Persons with Cerebral Palsy)

  • 본 연구는 취업한 뇌성마비인의 직업유지기간에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적인 분석을 통하여 구명하고 이를 바탕으로 뇌성마비근로자가 직업을 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 뇌성마비근로자의 일반적인 특성을 파악하고, 인구학적 요인, 장애관련 요인, 취업관련 요인, 사회환경 요인들이 뇌성마비근로자의 직업유지기간에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 분석을 위하여 뇌성마비근로자 233명을 대상으로 빈도분석과 기술통계 그리고 t-test와 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 뇌성마비근로자의 직업유지기간에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 결과를 살펴보면, 직업유지기간에 영향을 미치는 4요인 17개 변수 가운데 15개 변수가 통계적으로 정적으로 유의미한 결과를 나타내었다, 인구학적 요인에서 직업유지기간에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수는 연령, 가구소득, 결혼상태, 교육수준으로 나타났다. 장애관련 요인에서는 장애등급, 장애원인, 의사소통능력이었으며, 취업관련 요인에서는 임금, 고용형태, 장애관련기관 및 기업, 직무형태, 직업훈련, 자격증이었고, 사회환경요인에서는 보조공학기기, 근로지원인서비스가 영향요인이었다.

조직사회화에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Organizational Socialization)

  • Purpose : The concept of organizational socialization has been regarded as an abstract concept of organizational learning process and it has been used as strategy for the organizational goal attainment. New graduated nurses' organizational socialization has been a very important process for learning knowledge, skills and behaviors in hospital setting. This study was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept of Organizational Socialization. Method : This study use the process of Walker & Avant's concept analysis. Results : The critical attributes of organizational socialization were identified as : 1) Internalization of Value and belief of organization; 2) Learning of organizational rules and modes of living; 3) Improvement of job performance; 4) Maintenance of supportive relationship; 5) Formation of occupational identity. The antecedents of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) negative feeling of role; 2) difficulties of interpersonal relationship; 3) unskilled work performance. And the consequences of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) organizational commitment; 2) job satisfaction; 3) intention of leave work setting; 4) improvement of job performance; 5) improvement of decision making; 6) maintenance of supportive relationship. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of organizational socialization is defined as internalization of value and belief of organization, learning of organizational rules and modes of living, improvement of job performance, maintenance of supportive relationship and formation of occupational identity.

방문요양보호사의 직무만족도와 삶의 질의 관계 -경기도 지역 중심으로- (Visit Care Workers of the Correlation between Job Satisfaction and Quality of Life: Focusing on Gyeonggi Province)

  • The subjects of the research were 275 aged care nurses working in Gyeonggi regions. The analysis result showed: job satisfaction in overall situation was 2.87 on a 5 point scale, indicating the level of job satisfaction was lower than average: the quality of life was 2.97, as with job satisfaction, also low. On the other hand, the research outcomes to discern if it affects the lower level of the quality of life, it was found that variables affecting psychological health include job, pay, co-workers, organization, changing an occupation/job; Social environment include job, pay, and promotion (reward), The maintenance of social relations, pay, promotion(reward) and co-workers, changing an occupation/job; variables affecting physical health include job, pay, promotion(reward), changing an occupation/job; The research outcomes confirm that the job satisfaction of aged visit care workers is an important factor affecting their quality of life.

  • The purpose of this research aimed at performing the easy design. and also the easy on-the-job application or the maintenance interval determination methodology by presenting the determining model or the optimizing maintenance interval in TBM for the preventive maintenance or facility TBM(time-based maintenance) as the preventive maintenance requires the adequate determination or the maintenance interval. The maintenance interval or TBM shall be applied differently for the each interval such as He patrol inspection, maintenance, overhaul inspection. exchange. And it is based on the composition level of equipment. The already informed theories or interval determination methodology for the patrol inspection. repair. and overhaul inspection are difficult for adopting because or the several restriction problems in applying the maintenance schemes as the theory So, the model for determining the optimizing exchange interval or part, maintenance interval of auxiliary machine, unit equipment etc. was presented to apply in the maintenance easily and appropriately.

신규간호사의 직무분석을 통한 간호학생의 실무수행 능력수준 결정 (Determination the nursing student's clinical competency based on new nurses' job analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine frequency of job performance, level of urgency, index of importance experienced by 138 new nurses who were working at 6 hospitals that had over 400 bed in Incheon and Bucheon. The data were analyzed using a SPSS program for descriptive statistics [numbers of job performance, level of urgency, index of importance(job performance+1/4 level of urgency)]. Some of the most frequent job performance were application of aseptic technique, application of principle of infection control, and medication (IV, PO, IM, supply fluid and electrolyte). Some of the most uncommon job performance were activity as a lecturer in nursing department, activity of arrangement of community resources, and participation in multidisciplinary conference. Some of the highest level of urgency were use of aseptic technique, CPR, application of principle of infection control, defibrillation for dysrhythmia, blood transfusion, observation of patient's status in procedure (operation), v/s check, intervention for improvement of respiratory function and medication of antihypertensives. Some of the lowest level of urgency were activity as a lecturer in nursing department, preceptor's activity, supervisor and delegation of job to nurse aids, attendance at nursing conference, activity of arrangement of community resources, participation in clinical teaching practice, participation in multidisciplinary conference, and delegation of patient care. Those were indirect patient care. The order was physiologic integration(60.99%), safety and effective nursing environment, psychosocial care, and health maintenance and improvement. The most importance item in maintenance of physiologic integration was medication. Some of the highest index of importance were aseptic technique and application of principle of infection control, v/s check, observation of patient's status in operation and medication. Some of the lowest index of importance were activity as a lecturer in nursing department, preceptor's activity, activity of arrangement of community resources, participation in multidisciplinary conference, nursing conference, participation in clinical teaching, and delegation of job to nurse aids.

군수지원 서비스에서 상호작용품질 인식에 대한 사례연구 : 정비기능을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Perception of Interaction Quality in Military Logistics Support Service: Focused on Maintenance Function)

  • 전통적으로 군수지원체제 구축과 결과품질에 관심이 집중되는 환경 속에서도 군수현장에서는 상호작용 품질에 대한 사용부대의 니즈가 나타나기 시작했다. 군수 기능 중 보급, 정비, 급양부대가 제공하는 군수지원 서비스품질 차원 중에서 상호작용 품질이 사용부대의 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 정비기능의 상호작용 품질이 가장 영향력이 크게 나타났다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석 결과와 현장 군수종사자의 인터뷰가 이를 잘 증명하고 있으며, 고객과 상호작용 활동이 두드러지는 정비 기능의 특성이 이를 뒷받침하고 있다. 또한 상대적으로 직무만족이 높은 정비부대 종사자가 제공하는 서비스가 사용부대의 만족을 향상시키는 결과를 가져왔다.

조직시민행동과 선행요인간의 관계에 관한 연구 : TPM 제조혁신의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship Between Employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Antecedents : Moderating Effect of TPM Manufacturing Innovation)

  • The purpose of this study is to enhance an understanding of employee's OCB(organizational citizenship behavior) in manufacturing innovations like a TPM(total productive maintenance). OCB is examined as a dependent variable in three dimensions; compliance behavior, altruistic behavior, and innovative behavior. The six determinants of OCB are considered based on previous literature : organizational culture, team climate, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. And the moderating effect of TPM on the relationships between OCB and determinants are examined. Data is collected through questionnaires and interviews from 684 employees in the Korean medium-sized manufacturing company that are conducting TPM. The result indicates that the important influencing factors of OCB are team climate, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. And the moderating effect of TPM on the relationships between OCB and job satisfaction is founded.

상급자의 리더십이 직무스트레스에 미치는 효과: 공군 정비사를 대상으로 (The Effect of Superior Leadership on Job Stress)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between superior leadership and job stress responses, and the moderating effect of age in maintenance area of air force. Based on the responses from 450 air force maintenance persons, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that transactional leadership has negative relationship with physiological stress response, charisma has negative relationship with psychological stress, and individual consideration has negative relationship with behavioral stress. In moderating effects, age has negative effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and physiological stress response, and age has positive effect on the relationship between charisma and psychological stress response.
