경주지역 일부 치위생과 학생들의 노인에 대한 지식과 태도 및 행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dental Hygiene Students Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior towards the Elderly in Gyeong-Ju)

  • 본 연구는 노인인구의 증가에 따라 노인의 구강관리를 위한 치과위생사의 역할은 점점 강조될 것이며, 보건의료 분야에서 학업을 하고 있으면서 미래에 구강업무를 담당할 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 노인에 대한 지식과 태도 및 행동에 관한 조사 연구를 2007년3월부터 5월까지 3개월동안 경주지역 한 대학 치위생과에 재학중인 대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 스스로 답변을 기재하는 자기 기입방식으로 설문지를 작성하도록 하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 노인에 대한 학생들의 지식정도는 총점 $8.39{\pm}2.80$이였다. 2. 노인에 대한 학생들의 태도에 대한 평균 점수는 총점 100점 만점에 $55.1{\pm}8.66$으로 중립적인 범위(50점에서 70점)내에 있었다. 3. 노인에 대한 학생들의 행동에 대한 평균 점수는 총점 85점 만점에 $28.7{\pm}6.17$으로 중립적인 범위(43점에서 60점)보다 낮아 부정적인 행동을 보였다. 4. 노인관련특성에 따른 태도에서 노인을 위한 자원봉사 활동경험의 유무가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 5. 노인관련특성에 따른 행동에서 노인을 위한 자원봉사 활동경험의 유무가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 노인들에게 자원봉사 활동경험이 있는 학생들이 노인에 대해 긍정적인 행동을 하고 있었다.

숲 치유를 통한 감정노동의 질적 연구 : 여행사 종사원을 중심으로 (Qualitative Analysis of Emotional Labor by Forest Healing - Focused on Travel Agency Employees -)

  • 본 연구는 서울지역의 3개 여행사에서 서로 다른 업무를 하며 입사연도도 다른 종사원을 대상으로 개별 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그리고 감정노동의 해결을 위해 숲 치유프로그램이 어떤 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 대해 조사분석하였고, 연구결과가 여행사와 숲 치유 운영자에게 모두 도움을 주고자 하였다. 분석결과, 먼저 H 여행사 대상자는 2018년 4월 가평지역 숲 치유 체험장에서 인터뷰를 실시하였고 입사 5년차 여성으로 직무는 오퍼레이터였다. 고객서비스 과정에서의 감정노동으로 우울증까지 오는 어려움을 겪었고 숲 치유를 통해 긍정적인 효과가 있다고 하였다. 다음으로 M 여행사 대상자는 2018년 5월 의왕지역 숲 체험장에서 인터뷰를 실시하였고 여성으로 입사 7년차로 직무는 상품기획이었다. 고객과의 업무 속에서 감정노동이 발생하여 신체적인 병까지 얻은 사례로 참가자는 숲의 안정감, 사람들의 인간미 특히 목공예에 관심이 많았다. 프로그램에 대해 만족감을 보였고 재방문의 의지도 있었다. 마지막으로 R 여행사 참가자는 2018년 6월 서울지역 숲 체험장에서 인터뷰를 실시하였고 남성으로 입사 10년차이고 직무는 투어컨턱터였다. 출장과 복잡한 업무 속에서 감정 노동을 경험하였고 심지어 분노라는 감정으로 참을 수 없는 상황까지 느꼈던 어려움이 있었다. 그러한 어려움을 해결하고자 지리적으로 가까운 곳에서 숲 체험을 하였고 큰 도움을 받았다고 하였다.

직업 경력단절 기혼 여성에 대한 질적 연구: 30대 여성의 경력단절 이후의 삶을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on the Career-interrupted Lives of Career-Interrupted Women in their thirties)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the career-interrupted lives of highly educated career-interrupted women. The participants were 11 women in their thirties who had graduated from university graduated and had a child. We collected the qualitative data using a focused group interview. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, in personal histories of the career-interrupted women, there were marriages and births, difficulties with child care, priority placed on the family, pressure to retire, and an absence of a layoff system related to births and child care. Second, with regard to their interrupted lives, while there was comfort and an absence of work-stress, there was child care stress, financial stress, anxiety due to career uncertainty, a loss of the social self, depression, emptiness, low self-esteem, dependence on husbands, regret, conflict in career choices, and envy of childcare support. Third, their reasons for seeking reemployment included the financial benefits, increased independence, self-realization in their job, hope for a stable job, self-management, and hope for a social network.

Recognition of Designer's role between Designers and Non-designers

  • General recognition on the role of a designer has differently changed according to the age and region respectively. This research has clarified general recognition on a designer's role among a designer, experts that designers mainly perform co-work and an ordinary people in a period when the design identity is more confused than any other time. The results of this research are as follows. First, the 13 definitions on a role of a designer in a company were identified through field interview survey by presidents and practical responsible persons in design-specialized companies. Second, it was proved whether there is a difference in recognition on a role of a designer between designers and non-designers. Third, this research divided a group of non-designers into two groups such as a design job-related group mainly performing co-work with designer, and an ordinary people's group that doesn't major design. After that, this research found out the most sympathizing definition on a role of a designer at a company in three groups divided into a designer's group, a design job-related group and an ordinary people's group. The awareness on the role of designer was more objectively regulated three-dimensionally in all aspects of a designers group and a non-designers group. In addition, the findings of recognition difference of each group on a designer's role will help comprehensive understanding on each experts group and an ordinary people. The findings of the research will help in performing co-work of designers and non-designers in design decisionmaking based on understanding of this recognition.

임상간호사의 감정노동 경험 (Clinical Nurses' Experience of Emotional Labor)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of emotional labor of clinical nurses in medical institutes. Methods: A total of 26 nurses from 11 hospitals participated in the study. Six focus groups were organized and 4 to 5 nurses took part in each group. The compositional factors of groups included clinical experience, age, gender, work place and position. Data collection was conducted through focus group interview and it was proceeded by the time of data saturation. In this qualitative study, content analysis was conducted. Results: Five themes, 14 categories, and 33 subcategories, were emerged. The themes were 'Restrain themselves', 'Communion to the patients', 'Working environment provoking emotional tension', 'Respond to emotional events', 'Recovery of emotional energy'. Conclusion: Results indicated that surface acting of emotional labor such as, repression of personal desire and presenting the emotions that the organization ask nurse to express was related to psychosomatic symptoms, depression, burnout, poor job performance, increased mistakes, and low job satisfaction which eventually leads to nurses' turnover. In order to reduce negative influence of emotional labor, it is necessary to build positive organizational culture, to provide support from managers and co-workers. It is also important to improve work environment in order to do more deep acting since sharing emotions with patients can reduce the negative influence of emotional labor.

군수지원 서비스에서 상호작용품질 인식에 대한 사례연구 : 정비기능을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Perception of Interaction Quality in Military Logistics Support Service: Focused on Maintenance Function)

  • 전통적으로 군수지원체제 구축과 결과품질에 관심이 집중되는 환경 속에서도 군수현장에서는 상호작용 품질에 대한 사용부대의 니즈가 나타나기 시작했다. 군수 기능 중 보급, 정비, 급양부대가 제공하는 군수지원 서비스품질 차원 중에서 상호작용 품질이 사용부대의 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 정비기능의 상호작용 품질이 가장 영향력이 크게 나타났다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석 결과와 현장 군수종사자의 인터뷰가 이를 잘 증명하고 있으며, 고객과 상호작용 활동이 두드러지는 정비 기능의 특성이 이를 뒷받침하고 있다. 또한 상대적으로 직무만족이 높은 정비부대 종사자가 제공하는 서비스가 사용부대의 만족을 향상시키는 결과를 가져왔다.

가정경영에 대한 노인의 의사결정관이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Decision-Making Power of the Elderly to Home Management on the Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations of decision-making power of the elderly to home management and life satisfaction by applying a social behavior theory and exchange theory and to find out the device which improve the elderly life satisfaction at the home management view. For these research tasks the data was collected through the questionaire and interview those respondents were 273 woman elderly living with one of their married children in Seoul. It was analyzed by various statistical methods such as Frequency Percentile ANOVA F-test t-test Pearson's Corrdlation Analysis Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Decision-making power of the elderly to home management had significant differences according to all of th variables except for religion job status of the elderly and education income of the children. 2) Decision-making power of the elderly to home management had the significant differences according to the variable such as income of the elderly solidarity between the elderly and their adult children age of the elderly The most influencial factor was income of the elderly. 3) Elderly life satisfaction had significant differenced according to all of the variables except for age job status of the elderly and education income of the children inmate children 4) In the result of analyzing the elderly life satisfaction the most influencial factor was decision-making power to home management and the explanary power to home management and the explanary power of those variables for the elderly life satisfaction was 56.2%.

비전문직 취업주부의 결혼 적응과 부부간 의사소통양식 및 그 상호 관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Non-Professional Working Wife's Marital Adjustment, Communication Style and Their Interrelationship)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer basic data for satisfactory marital adjustment and functional communication by investigating marital adjustment, communication style and interrelationship between them, for non-professional working wives. Research was conducted form May, 1089 in Taegu on 470 subjects, who are non-professional working wives as questions and interview. For analysis of data, percentile, frequencies, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, X2-test, t-test were used, and through such research procedure the following major findings were obtained: 1) The marital adjustment of nonprofessional working wives were relatively high with 78 in percentile. 2) Among the related variables, husband's income, job, support and wife's motive of employment, job, age on the marital adjustment and husband's occupation, educational, level, income, the length of marriage and number of children, family style on the communication style have turned out o be significant. 3) Th higher the degree of emotional disclosure and the more open the verbal experesion, the higher the level of marriage adjustment, 4) In communication style, marriage adjustment was found to increase in such order as contactful style, speculative style, conventional style, and controlling style. Such were found to affect significantly marital adjustment.

  • 이 연구는 전자상거래 관리사의 자격검정을 실시하기 위해서 필요한 자격의 구체적인 구조와 내용의 설계를 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인터넷 전자상거래 개요 및 현황, 기술적 특성, 그리고 인터넷 상거래 관련 법 등에 대한 자료를 분석하였고, 관련 분야의 현장 전문가와 교육 전문가들이 참석하여 직무분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전자상거래 관리사 자격의 구조와 내용을 설계하였으며, 자격의 내실화와 활성화를 위한 정책제언을 하였다. 이 연구는 문헌연구, 전문가 협의회 및 면담, 그리고 데이컴 법(DACUM: Developing A Curriculum)에 의한 직무분석을 통해서 수행되었다.

Korean Expatriates Adjustments and Job Satisfaction in Malaysia: Analysis of Corporate Cultural Asymmetry

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to discover how Korean expatriates that are currently employed in Korean subsidiaries operational in Malaysia possibly suffer from career dissatisfaction due to differences between Korean Corporate Culture (KCC) and Malaysian Corporate Culture (MCC). The integration of KCC into MCC is discussed. Research design, data, and methodology - The analysis herein is via a qualitative research. Forty-six interviewees voluntarily participated in in-depth interviews. Document analysis and qualitative interviews were utilized to develop participant profiles and to generate the framework. Interview data were transcribed and subsequently analysed to facilitate the development of themes and ultimately led to emerging patterns. The framework discusses the following Confucian pillars pronounced in KCC: Control Systems, Power Structures, Organisational Structures, Authority and Harmony and Stories and Myths. Those pillars are analysed and the results of the interviews are discussed in detail. Results - Korean expatriates on assignment in Malaysia endure struggles in all five selected Confucian pillars as they are not symmetrical with Korean Corporate Culture common at head companies in Korea. Conclusion - As a consequence, there is substantial disharmony which needs to be rectified if Korean companies are to continue their 'miraculous' economic movement into the country.
