맞벌이부부의 가사노동시간과 생활만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Dual-Earner Couple′s Household Work Time and Life Satisfaction)

  • This study aims at studying dual-earner couple's household work time and life satisfaction in modern times. To reach this goal, dual-earner couple's variable of society and population, income for working hours, attitude of sex's role and working hours time were classified as individual variable of study model. In the end of 2000, positive analysis was completed through dual-earner couples' frequencies, percentage, means, paired-samples T Test, one-way ANOVA, duncan test, multiple regression and path analysis to 112 Korean couples in 'Research material for comparative analysis of family's time use in Korea and in the United States' performed by Lee, Ki-young, along with 3 person in the end of 2000. The time of household work performance at home at this stage is about 30 hours. 90% of 30 hours was given by housewife who was working for another job. In the aspect of dual-earner couple's life satisfaction, the life satisfaction is a little over the level of average. In variables couple's life satisfaction, wife's life satisfaction was additionally influenced by variable of wife's profession, age difference of couple, wife's household work time husband's household work time and wife's sex-role attitudes in oder. Husband's life satisfaction was perfectly influenced by his level of education, his household work time and wife's sex-role attitudes.

The Relationship among Internal Marketing, Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: Moderating Effect of Economic Performance Change of Business

  • Purpose- This research's purpose is to give implications on how to increase employee satisfaction and organizational commitment of Korean employees using internal marketing. To do that this study analyzes relationships among variables and analyses mediating effect of satisfaction. Also, this study wants to analyze economic performance change of business as a moderator so group comparison between an economic slump and economic recovery is included. Research design, data, and methodology- To analyze relationships among internal marketing, employee satisfaction and organizational commitment of Korean employees, this study used the 7th KRIVET's HCCP data of employee and firm's financial statements data. And conducted CFA, SEM and group comparison analysis by using AMOS 21. Result- According to the empirical results, employee satisfaction mediates between internal marketing and organizational commitment. However, trust was the only significant antecedent that give a positive influence on employee satisfaction. And employee satisfaction increases organizational commitment. Also, economic performance change of business does significantly deteriorate relationships. Conclusion- Based on this study result, implications to manage the organizational commitment of Korean employees are discussed. Especially, the effect of employee satisfaction and trust discussed. Also, economic performance group which is an economic slump and economic recovery differentiation is highlighted. Therefore the cautious approach is needed in managing employee attitude to job and organization is needed

Comparing Open Educational Resource Practices in Higher Education between Finland and South Korea

  • In this paper we are comparing how the OER (open educational resources) are developed in Higher Education in Finland and South Korea. We also present a comparison model for further studies. Essential findings based on our comparison are that in both countries there are many best practices of use of the OER and open learning. Open educational resources have great potential and their use can ensure quality teaching and learning. The activity has not inspired the great mass of higher education teachers in Finland and Korea. Traditionally, a teacher's job is working alone, and so a new operational culture is required. Our comparison indicates that numerous questions, fears and problems and cultural differences are also related to the thematic. There is an evident need for a new kind of strategic leadership, a new kind of teaching and learning culture and a doing together and production ideology for the method to spread. Based on our study the following interlinked elements of OER seem to be pivotal: changes to pedagogies, technology and operational culture; educational policy intention; and attitude to culture. Lastly, comparison frame by OER practice model is developed.

중국 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 소비자 재구매의도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Chinese Customer's Repurchase Intention of Mobile Contents Service)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the important characteristics of mobile content services and to provide better content services to Chinese consumers by understanding consumer behavioral psychology about mobile content services and empirically analyzing research models with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, customer attitudes, and repurchase intentions based on motivation theory. Design/methodology/approach Based on Deci(1975) Self-Determination Theory and Heijden(2004) research model, this study developed a research framework that includes perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment to influence on repurchase intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting Chinese consumers using mobile content services, and 272 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings According to the results of empirical analysis in this study, Chinese consumers were found to feel repurchase intention by positive impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment in the use of mobile content service. Chinese consumers still use mobile content a lot from a utilitarian perspective in relation to social life or job performance, and there is no positive effect on the use of mobile content related to perceived enjoyment. The results of this study provide the empirical results of a research model that integrates motivation theory and technology acceptance theory for the development of the mobile content industry in the future, and provide necessary insights for managers of companies that develop and distribute mobile content service.

라이프케어를 위한 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육의 필요성과 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Educational Necessity and Activation Plan of Image Making Program for Life Care)

  • 본 연구는 국내 전문대학의 이미지메이킹 프로그램에 관련된 교과과정의 필요성과 교육내용 및 활성화 방안에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 취업을 앞둔 대학생들의 면접지도와 예비 직장인에게 있어서 대인 관계능력 향상을 위한 방안으로 대학 교과과정의 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었고, 이미지메이킹 교과목을 수강한 광주·전남지역 전문대학교 재학생 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 졸업 후 취업과 예비 직장인의 이미지 관리를 위해 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교과과정이 필요하고, 이미지를 객관적으로 파악하기 위해 다른 사람의 도움이 필요하다고 나타났다. 이미지메이킹 프로그램을 위한 적합한 강의실은 일반 강의실, 시청각 및 멀티미디어실, 전용 강의실 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육내용의 중요도는 태도(행동), 예절 및 인사법, 표정, 화법, 대인 관계법, 의복, 헤어스타일, 메이크업 순으로 나타났고, 교육내용의 중요 요소는 표정, 메이크업, 헤어스타일, 태도(행동), 대인 관계법, 화법, 의복, 예절 및 인사법 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육의 영향력 정도는 취업에 미치는 영향력, 대인관계에 미치는 영향력, 생활에 미치는 영향력 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육 활성화 방안을 분석한 결과 적절한 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교육시점은 2학년부터이고, 교육시간은 한 학기 주 1회, 교과과정 구분은 교양이나 교양선택 과정을 희망하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이미지메이킹 프로그램 관련 교과내용은 예절 및 인사법, 메이크업 및 코디 방법, 취업 설명회, 기능 자격 취득을 위한 교육, 국내 기업체 연수 순으로 나타나 예절 및 인사법을 가장 희망하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 이미지메이킹 프로그램 관련 지도자는 전공교수를 희망하고, 교육방법은 시청각 및 멀티미디어를 활용한 매체를 희망한다. 이미지메이킹 프로그램 관련 교육은 화법이나 목소리, 커뮤니케이션에 관해 분석하는 교육, 어울리는 헤어스타일 및 메이크업을 분석하고 실습할 수 있는 교육, 기업의 면접에 관한 교육, 워킹이나 자세교정에 관한 교육 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과 본 연구는 이미지메이킹 프로그램 교과과정의 활용방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

노인요양병원 간호사의 좋은 죽음인식과 임종간호태도 (Awareness of Good Death and Attitudes toward Terminal Care among Geriatric Hospital Nurses)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 노인요양병원 간호사의 좋은 죽음에 대한 인식과 임종간호태도 간의 관계를 파악하여, 노인요양병원에서 임종간호의 질을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 조사연구이다. 방법: 대상자는 서울 및 경기도에 소재한 10개 노인요양병원에 근무하는 간호사 230명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료 수집은 2013년 4월 3일부터 4월 22일까지 하였다. 연구 도구는 인구사회학적 특성 7문항, 죽음 및 임종간호 관련 특성 10문항, Schwartz 등(2003)이 개발한 좋은 죽음인식 척도 17문항, Frommelt(1991)가 개발한 임종간호태도 척도 30문항 등 총 64문항을 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, pearson's Correlation Coefficient을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 첫째, 대상자의 좋은 죽음인식 정도는 평균 $3.13{\pm}0.33$점(4점 만점), 임종간호태도 정도도 평균 $2.94{\pm}0.27$점(4점 만점)으로 보통 이상이었다. 둘째, 좋은 죽음 인식 정도의 차이는 연령, 직무만족에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 임종간호태도 정도의 차이는 학력, 종교, 종교중요성 인지, 임종간호경험, 좋은 죽음 교육경험, 좋은 죽음 생각빈도, 임종간호 교육경험, 직무만족, 삶의 만족에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 임종간호태도는 좋은 죽음인식과의 상관관계에서 유의하지 않았으나, 좋은 죽음인식의 하위 요인인 친밀감과 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임종간호태도의 하위 요인인 임종정서와 좋은 죽음인식 간에는 역의 상관관계가 있는 것으로, 임종간호수행과 좋은 죽음인식 간에는 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 임종간호태도를 긍정적으로 하기 위해서는 좋은 죽음인식의 친밀감을 고취시킬 수 있고 직무만족을 높이기 위한 노인요양병원 특성에 맞는 교육과 다양한 중재전략이 개발되어야 한다.

일부 미혼여성의 결혼관에 대한 조사연구 - 가족보건 측면을 중심으로 - (Research Study on the Marriage View of Partial Unmarried Women -Seen at the Side of Family Health-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence that the marriage view of unmarried women have on future marriage, and to study which meaning this result have in the family health. Thus, for the study purpose which corresponds with it, the question survey was made, by making 500 unmarried women in the twenties in Seoul, from Aug. 16, 1991 to Sept. 5, 1991. And, as for the concrete survey contents, the idea on the marriage and family, marriage tiem, marriage selection, and the family planning after marriage etc. were center. As for the result examined in accordance with this, the data analysis was made by use of SPSS. And, as a result of the analysis, following conclusion was obtained. 1. About the necessity of marriage, 72.2% among the whole respondents had the affirmative attitude. On the other hand, the negative attitude about the necessity of marriage showed as 8.9%. This result is higher than 4.6% of Japan. Thus, it can be regarded as what reflected the tendency that the spinsterhood is increasing, with the decrease of the necessity about the marriage of the unmarried women of our nation recently. 2. Desiring marriage time is average 26.93 years old. Thus, it foreshowed that the late marriage tendency would continue. The relevancy to this late marriage was high (P<.001), in case that the age is high, and that the education level of parents is low (P<.01), and in case of the lone father and mother(P<.001) 3. The age difference with the spouse at the time of marriage is average 3.1 age. Thus, it was the tendency that 0.2 age was narrowed than the recent data of Statistics Agency. And, the difference appeared narrow, in case that the age of respondent is high and the level of education is high(P<.001). The selection condition of spouse showed the tendency to take a serious view of individual rather than family clan, in the oder of character, health and job etc. In addition, as for the selection method of spouse, the tendency to prefer love marriage to marriage made up by a go-between. And, in case of the respondent whose age is low, education level is high, both parents are in existence (P<.001), number of brother is small, education level of parents is high, it showed to prefer the love marriage(P<.05).

노인시설 종사자의 업무스트레스, 업무만족, 치매 및 인간중심보호 인식 연구: 사회복지사, 간호사, 생활지도원의 비교 (A Study on Work Stress, Satisfaction, and Dementia Attitudes of Social Care Work Force of Dependent Elders)

  • 이 연구에서는 부산과 대구 지역의 노인시설에 근무하는 사회복지사, 간호사, 생활지도원 502명을 대상으로, 노인보호 관련 종사자들의 업무특성을 반영하여 고안된 측정도구들을 활용하여 이들의 일반적인 특성과 업무 스트레스, 업무 만족, 치매 및 인간중심 보호와 관련된 인식과 태도를 조사하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 노인시설 종사자들의 급여수준이 낮고 근무시간이 길며 업무 부담이 과중한 상태인 것으로 나타났다. 치매 및 인간중심 보호와 관련된 종사자들의 인식수준은 높은 편이었으나, 업무 만족 수준이 낮았고 노인에 대한 보호 제공 및 업무환경과 관련된 스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 노인장기요양보험제도 시행을 앞두고 노인에게 사회적 보호를 제공할 전문 인력의 원활한 수급과 전문성 향상, 보호의 질 제고를 위하여 노인시설 종사인력에 대한 처우 개선과 인력 확충, 중장년기 인력 활용, 노인시설 종사인력에 대한 전문적 훈련과 교육 강화, 노인시설에서의 인간중심 보호 방식의 도입과 실천이 필요함을 제시하였다.

치위생과 학생의 자기표현이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Expression on Stress with Clinical Dental Practice among Students in the Department of Dental Hygiene)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the self-expression level of dental hygiene students related to communicative competence and their stress during clinical practice and what affected their stress. The subjects in this study were 125 dental hygiene students in W college, on whom a survey was conducted from September 18 through 30, 2006. After the collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 10.0 program, the following findings were acquired: 1. When a factor analysis was made to evaluate the self-expression of the students, there appeared three different categories of self-expression: voice/content, facial expression/attitude and sentiment. The three made a 58.1% prediction of their self-expression. As for overall reliability, they turned out highly reliable(Cronbach'a = .881). 2. The dental hygiene students got a mean of 3.58 out of possible five points in self-expression, which indicated that they expressed themselves relatively well. Concerning connections between their general characteristics and self-expression level, those who were inactive during clinical practice got a mean of 3.28, whereas the others who were active got a mean of 3.85. It implied that those who took a more active attitude to clinical practice expressed themselves better(p < .01). The person with whom they found it hard to get along made a statistically significant difference to their self-expression(p < .05). The students who didn't fare well with dental hygienists got the best score(3.70). The second best group(3.53) didn't get along with dentists, followed by assistant nurses(3.46) and patients/caregivers(3.31). As for the impact of the field of dream job, the students who hoped to work or study overseas(4.21) excelled in self-expression those who wanted to be hired in a general hospital, to go onto a school of higher grade and to work in a public dental clinic(p < .05). Among the general characteristics, satisfaction level with major, health status and motivation of choosing dental hygiene made no statistically significant differences to their self-expression. 3. Regarding relations between self-expression level and stress about clinical practice, those who didn't express themselves properly in terms of sentiment scored higher in stress level(3.65). Their stress was statistically significantly different according to self-expression level (p < .05). 4. As for the influence of self-expression and general characteristics on stress with clinical practice, sentiment was selected from among the self-expression categories as a decisive factor to affect stress. Their stress varied statistically significantly with that(p < .05). In contrast, their demographic variables made no statistically significant difference to that, which made a 79.2% prediction of it.

치과위생사의 방사선 안전관리 실태 및 피폭 불안감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting radiation safety management of dental hygienist and anxiety of radiation exposure)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 방사선 관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 안전관리 행위, 방사선 피폭 불안감을 분석하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석함으로써 방사선 안전 관리 수준을 향상하고 방사선 취급에 대한 올바른 인식 전환과 불안감을 줄이는 방안을 도출하고자 연구하였다. 연구기간은 2017년 9월 10일부터 10월 31일까지 전라북도에 근무하는 치과위생사 280명을 대상으로 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 방사선 질 관리에 대한 지식 정도의 평균은 8.07 였고, 정답률은 75.3% 였다. 태도 정도는 96.1%가 긍정적인 태도를 보였으며, 방사선 안전관리 행위는 촬영자는 4.11 였고, '방사선 촬영 시 항상 TLD(개인선량계)를 착용한다'는 4.58 로 가장 높았다. 환자 방사선 안전관리 행위는 3.86 였고, '방사선촬영 전 가임기 여성의 임신 여부를 확인한다'는 4.69 로 가장 높았다. 방사선 피복 뷸안감은 3.86 였고, '임신 중 일 때 태아의 건강 문제로 염려된다'는 4.13로 가장 높았다. 방사선 피폭 불안감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 방사선 안전관리 행위가 낮을수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 방사선 촬영경력이 낮을수록, 최종학력이 높을수록, 월 소득이 많을수록, 직위가 높을수록 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 치과위생사는 방사선 질 관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 안전관리 행위는 높았으나, 방사선 피폭 불안감은 높은 불안감을 가지고 있어 방사선 안전 관리 수준을 향상시켜 방사선 피폭 불안감을 줄일 수 있는 방안 마련이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
