특발성 부종의 중의치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 - CNKI검색을 중심으로 (A Review of Clinical Studies for Chinese Medicine Treatment of Idiopathic Edema Using the CNKI Database)

  • Objectives: This study investigated the latest clinical studies on Korean medicine treatment of idiopathic edema in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI). Methods: We searched the last 9 years of clinical studies discussing Oriental medicine-based treatments for idiopathic edema in the CNKI database. The search focused on the authors, publication year, type of study, purposes of study, method and duration of treatment, evaluation criteria, and results of the selected articles. Results: The search identified 7 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and 9 others. All studies used oral herbal medicine for treatment. The most commonly used herbs were Poria Sclerotium (茯苓), Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba (白朮), and Alismatis Rhizoma (澤瀉), which are the constituent herbs of Oryeong-san (五苓散). All 16 studies confirmed the efficacy of Oriental medicine treatments. Conclusion: More varied and scientifically designed clinical studies are required to develop treatments for idiopathic edema. The results of this study could be used as basic data for further studies on idiopathic edema.

낙동강 중류 지천의 식물상(영강, 내성천, 위천, 감천, 병성천) (The Flora in Tributary Region of Middle Stream of the Nakdong River (Young-gang, Naeseong-cheon, Wi-cheon, Gam-cheon and Byeongseong-cheon))

  • 본 연구는 경상북도 중북부지역 낙동강 중류의 하천 식물상을 밝히고, 생활형을 파악하여 향후 유사지역 하천에서의 관속식물상 조사연구에 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 현지조사는 2016년 5월부터 10월, 2017년 4월부터 10월에 걸쳐 영강, 내성천, 병성천, 위천 및 감천 등 5개 하천에서 실시하였고, 조사결과 조사지역에서 생육하는 관속식물은 99과 288속 421종 4아종 39변종 10품종 등 총 474분류군이었다. 이 중 양치식물은 8과 8속 10종 1변종 등 11분류군, 나자식물은 3과 3속 4종 등 4분류군, 쌍자엽식물 73과 217속 312종 3아종 25변종 8품종 등 348분류군, 단자엽식물 14과 60속 95종 1아종 13변종 2품종 등 111분류군으로 나타났다. 특산식물은 5분류군이 조사되었고, 식물구계학적특정종으로 중요도가 높은 III등급 이상을 살펴보면 V등급은 조사되지 않았으며, IV등급 3분류군, III등급 5분류군이 조사되었다. 희귀식물은 7분류군이 조사되었고, 귀화식물은 73분류군으로 조사되었다. 조사지역 소산식물의 생활형 분석결과 Th 159분류군, H 91분류군, HH 68분류군, G 52분류군, N 35분류군, MM 32분류군, M 25분류군, Ch 12분류군, E 1분류군 등으로 나타났다.

우울증상을 동반한 다발성 경화증 재발 환자의 치험 1례 (A Case of Multiple Sclerosis with Depression)

  • Objectives : Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelination disease of central nervous system, presenting a various neurological disorders depending on the lesion. In the view of oriental medicine, MS is similar to Flaccidity-syndrome(痿證). Also, since MS is a chronic disease which repeats the recurrences with periods of remission of the symptoms in between, it may usually be accompanied by depression. However, the etiology, treatment, and cause of recurrence of MS remain unknown, and also, as the recurrences of MS have been repeated, disease burden has been accumulated, which aggravates disorder. This case of MS experienced depression after the patient had been diagnosed as bad consequence based on the past 5 times recurrences of multiple sclerosis. Methods : We saw the causes as vicera and bowels functional disorder which might have come from a poor diet. Thus, we diagnosed this case as dual deficiency of spleen and kidney(脾腎兩虛), stagnant qi transforming into fire(氣鬱化火) and liver-kidney deficiency(肝腎不足) and treated it with Herb medication, acupuncture therapy, and supportive therapy, making the patient better. Results : We have improved the patient's condition to the time before 5th recurrence. Conclusions : This result suggests that our oriental medical treatments was effective on multiple sclerosis with depression.

SWAT-K 모형을 이용한 설마천 유역의 수문성분 해석 (Hydrologic Component Analysis of the Seolma-Cheon Watershed by Using SWAT-K Model)

  • In this study, long term semi distributed hydrologic model SWAT-K(Korea) is applied to the Seolma-Cheon watershed to analyze the hydrological components. Seolma-Cheon watershed has been operated as the test watershed of Korea Institute of Construction Technology for 13 years. Therefore it has an enough hydrologic data to analyze the hydrologic characteristics of small watershed. Especially, for the proper runoff analysis of steep watershed, calibration is performed reflecting the regression equation of slope and slope length. The simulated discharge shows good agreement with the observed one and the simulated evapotranspiration and groundwater discharge also show satisfactory results. Finally we presents the ratio of major hydrologic components for 3 years with those obsrved ones. This study is the basic research for future analyses such as relationship between hydrologic components and vegetation, watershed sediment nonpoint sources discharge etc.
