In the present paper, we study the relationship between continuous order-representability and the fulfillment of the usual covering properties on topological spaces. We also consider the case of some algebraic structures providing an application of our results to the social choice theory context.

Anosov families were introduced by A. Fisher and P. Arnoux motivated by generalizing the notion of Anosov diffeomorphism defined on a compact Riemannian manifold. Roughly, an Anosov family is a two-sided sequence of diffeomorphisms (or non-stationary dynamical system) with similar behavior to an Anosov diffeomorphisms. We show that the set consisting of Anosov families is an open subset of the set consisting of two-sided sequences of diffeomorphisms, which is equipped with the strong topology (or Whitney topology).

Cerebellar atrophy was found that a patient was taking oral phenytoin for 3 years. 53 years old female patient with General tonic clonic(GTC) type seizure was prescribed phenytoin. In the process, she developed ataxic gate, dysarthria. Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) finding was revealed differential diagnosis cerebellar atrophy. She was prescribed epileptol instead of phenytoin. But leukopenia, thrombocytopenia occurred. As a result, phenytoin restarted. Development of medical state decreased abuse of anticonvulsants. Considering various convulsive disorders, we must give attention to using anticonvulsants.

Religious literature are full of disasters and human suffering, which are generally human destinies in this lives. This article deals with some lists of disasters in the Old Testament and in the discourses of Jesus on the Mt. Olives in the New Testament and writings of Ellen G. White, an American Christian writer in the 20th century.

Purpose: The study was done to explore lived experience of Japanese women taking care of chronically ill parents-in-law at home under the Korean family culture emphasizing filial piety. Method: van Manen's Hermeneutic Phenomenology research method was applied to conduct in-depth analysis on the meaning and nature of those experiences. This method derives the universal and fundamental aspect of human being. Results: There were 8 essential themes derived from the Japanese marriage-immigrants' experiences taking care of parents-in-law with chronic diseases as followings: 'stuck in a situation in which I am obligated to take care of the parent-in-law', 'hard to be the only person responsible to take care of the parent-in-law', 'unaccustomed to the Korean filial duty culture', 'the adverse effect of Korean-Japan history on taking care of the parent-in-law', 'refusing to let the taking care of the parent-in-law to be a shackle of my life', 'starting to be willing to take care of the parent-in-law', 'following through with my own way of taking care of the parent-in-law without being swayed by what others say', 'growing in the process of taking care of the parent-in-law'. Conclusion: The study results broadened ground to understand the experiences taking care of chronically ill parent-in-law from Japanese marriage-immigrants' social and cultural perspectives.

Purpose: This study aims to compare health status and health behavior among the hypertension group, the DM group, and the hypertension-DM group for aged clients of customized home visiting health care services. Methods: This study was conducted as cross-sectional research. The subjects of this study were 2,235 aged people over 65 living in J City. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and measurements. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program, and descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, t-test and ANOVA were used for the analyses. Results: BP and glucose control showed a significant difference among the groups. BMI and waist circumference were significantly higher in the hypertension-DM group than in the other groups. Stroke, arthritis, and perceived health status were significantly different among the three groups. Depression was high, but not significantly different among the groups. Smoking and drinking were not significantly different among the groups. Physical activity was very low, especially in the hypertension group. Medication was high, especially in the hypertension-DM group. Conclusion: It is necessary to consider care plans for the hypertension-DM group, and educate the group for care management. Also, depression and physical activity programs are needed for the age.

Purpose. This study was conducted to identify effects of the high fidelity simulation for nursing students. Methods. A non-equivalent quasi-experimental design was used to experimental group (N=43) and control group (N=39) for 8 weeks, 5 times from September 26 to November 9, 2013. Clinical performance was measured by using standardized patients. Critical thinking was measured through the questionnaire and clinical judgement was measured through observation by Lasater's rubric. Results. Clinical performance (F=211.15, p<.001), critical thinking (t=3.00, p<.004) and clinical judgement (t=7.60, p<.001) were significantly higher in experimental group with simulation education program than control group. Conclusion. Simulation education program were effective to improve clinical performance, critical thinking disposition and clinical judgement for nursing students.

2018년부터 한국천문학회 특별 사업단으로 교육, 홍보위원회에 해외교육지원단이 만들어졌다. 해외교육지원단은 지난 2년 동안 한국천문학회가 지원해오던 캄보디아 천문교육지원 활동을 확장하고 체계적인 운영을 목표로 만들어졌다. 먼저, 그동안의 활동에 대해 보고하고 좀 더 내실 있는 계획을 세우기 위해 천문학회 회원들의 의견과 조언을 듣고자 한다. 첫 번째 캄보디아 천문학 교육은 2016년 6월 13-24일(2주) 동안 수도 프롬펜에서 북서쪽, 차편으로 4시간 거리에 있는 뿌삿시 끄로압에서 이루어졌다. 초. 중등학생 50여명이 참여하여 망원경 조작 방법을 배우고, 종이 망원경과 카메라 만들기, 태양과 행성 관측, 축구공, 야구공, 풍선과 찰흙을 이용한 태양계 행성들 크기 비교, 별자리판 만들기와 천문학 여러 현상들에 대한 비디오 영상 보기와 같은 다양한 프로그램을 수행하였다. 두 번째 교육은 국립청소년우주센터와 캄보디아의 Xavier Jesuit School이 연계하여 2017년 4월 3-7일(5일) 동안 지역 중등과학교사 18명을 대상으로 천문교육을 진행하였다. 시간과 좌표, 간이 망원경 제작, 결상의 원리, 분광, 망원경의 조립과 분해 및 천체관측 등 천체관측과 관련된 내용을 위주로 교육을 진행하였다.

A migraine was a headache disorder characterized by recurrent moderate to severe headaches. The diagnosis was based on clinical signs and symptoms. Medication, physical therapy, nerve block, and nerve stimulation could be applied for treatment. This report described a case of severe migraine without aura that lasted several weeks periodically in a 59-year-old woman. Periodic headache had lasted for more than 14 years, and although she took medicines and nerve blocks, severe pain (VAS 7) was persisted. We recommended her to use the thermo-spinal massage device (CGM MB-1401, CERAGEM Inc., Cheonan, South Korea) continuously three times a week applying in semi-automatic mode around the neck for 40 minutes. There was no change in the pain scale in the automatic mode for the first 4 weeks. Subsequently, the semi-automatic mode of the cervical area was treated for 2 weeks to relieve the pain scale, and it was confirmed that the relieved state maintained for 2 months. This case highlighted the importance in considering thermo-spinal massage devices for managing migraine without aura.
