The location of auto industry in Jeon-buk is due to the strategies for secure a low-priced industrial site of the auto assembly companies, which attained to quantitative growth stage in the early part 1990's, and the regional balanced development policy by the location of leader enterprise of the government. As a consequence of the reversal development pattern that is located the auto parts firm after locating the auto assembly companies, the Jeon-buk auto industry has many structural vulnerability. First, because of the lack development of auto parts industries, the auto assembly companies located in Jeon-buk are dependent many auto parts at a external region. Second, most of auto parts firm belongs to the singular assembly company exclusively. And the majority of auto parts industries are the low value-added products that are necessary a simple labor power. Third, the agglomeration undeveloped of associated industries with automobile caused a low competitiveness of invitation a manufacturing company as against other provinces. For a regional economic development by the auto industry, it is necessary a flexible regional structure of production through an agglomeration of associated industries. The geographical proximity between an assembly company and a parts firms is an important locational factor with the induction of Just-in-Time production system and a modularization in the auto industry. And a modularization applies to more new factory than the existing factories. So that, Jeon-buk self-government has to create an amicable industrial environment, try to attract an auto parts enterprises and plan an agglomerated industrial complex that is able to supply a parts modulated to assembly company.

본 연구는 유방암 이미지와 가장 비슷한 이미지를 찾아내는 시스템을 내용기반 검색 기법을 이용하여 구축함으로써 사람의 눈으로만 진단하는 결론에 있어서 좀더 객관적인 데이터를 부여함을 목적으로 한다.

임베디드 리눅스를 상에서 수행되는 건물 정보 서비스를 구현하였다. 종래의 웹에서 제공하는 맵(map) 서비스 기능에 건물 내부의 정보를 조회하는 기능을 추가하였다. 건설교통부에서 제공하는 수치 지형도를 사용하였고, 이로부터 지리정보데이터베이스를 구축하기 위하여 파서 및 속성정보 입력기를 구현하였다. 건물 정보를 표현하기 위하여 OralceSpatial 컴포넌트를 사용하였다. 그리고 Qt-E을 사용하여 지리정보를 보기 위한 클라이언트 프로그램을 개발하였다.

Though many papers have reported the nutrition value of Chlorella their results are all different because of the differences in processing method. To investigate its processing and nutrition value we provided the white rats with the Chlorella that were treated with boiling methanol. The results obtained in this investigation are summarized as follows: Two groups. which were fed with 20% Chlorella protein and 10% Chlorella plus 0.37% $_{DL}-methionine$ gained less weight than the 10% egg protein group but equaled the 20% egg protein group in weight gain. The digestion rates calculated from ordinary N-balance method were 83.6% for 20% Chlorella, 81.7% for 10% Chlorella, and 84.9% for 10% Chlorella plus methionine group. This value is lower than 20% Egg (93.8%) and 10% Egg group (89.6%) Biological values from this method were 78.3% for 20% Chlorella and 79.1% for 10% Chlorella group, being lower than 20% Egg (85.2%), 10% Egg (93.2%). But the biological value of 10% Chlorella group was markedly enhanced to 92.2%, a value comparable to that of 10% Egg group, by adding methionine.

스마트폰의 출현이후 스마트폰 보급률이 급격하게 증가하여 2013년 7월, 3,600만 명의 이용자를 넘어섰다. 보급률이 증가하면서 어린이들의 스마트폰 사용이 증가하고, 스마트폰 중독이 심각한 문제가 되고 있다. 기존 연구로 나온 앱들은 스마트폰 사용 시간을 제한하여 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 이러한 시간을 제어하는 것에 문제를 풀어 제한을 풀어주는 것을 추가하여 학습을 유도하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법으로 어린이들의 스마트폰 게임 중독 예방과 학습유도를 통해 생활에 지장을 주는 것이 줄어 들 것으로 예상된다.

하천과 호소수에서 상당 부분의 수자원을 얻는 국내 상황을 고려할 때 하천 수질사고는 심각한 상황을 초래할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 이동할 수 있는 수질 측정 장치와 측정한 수질 정보를 웹 페이지를 통해 사용자에게 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 수질 측정 장치는 모형 배 형태이다. 관리자는 블루투스 통신으로 수질 측정 장치를 조종할 수 있다. 측정한 수질 정보를 와이파이 모듈을 통해 외부 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 사용자는 웹 페이지를 통해 실시간으로 측정되는 수질 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 구현 결과, 가벼운 무게와 조종 가능한 특성으로 이동성의 개선과 웹페이지를 통한 실시간 시각화를 확인하였다.

In order to foster the minor enterprises effectively we will have to take a proper step to control and adjust the excessive competitions of large-enterprises and minor as well as among minor enterprises, We should promote the relationship serialized between minor - and large - enterprises and establish mediation and control organizations and governmental policies to create re-subcontract among small and medium enterprises. To help the development of medium md small enterprises in Jeon-Buk area, therefore, Kunsan city should be designated as a Growth Position City. The reason is as follows. 1) Because Kunsan is located in Middle Western Seaside geographycally, and in the central place of our country as a key point of sea-transportation, we can cultivate the national land widely. 2) As an ocean gateway city of Kum River basin, Kunsan is a good place that can reform Hoh-nam inland of Kwang-iu, Jeon-ju, I-ri, and like places as well as central inland area of Dae-jeon, Chong-ju, etc.. 3) Kunsan is an advanced-base for constituting an industrial region of Weatern roast that has a spacious coastral industrial region and is connected with inland industrial park of Jeon-ju and I-ri and Jang-hang, Bi-in, etc.. From the above reason. Kunsan should be designated as a growth position city that can induce and promote the development of center of Western coast.
