웹툰은 플랫폼 별 웹툰 데이터가 매우 다양하기 때문에, 데이터 수집이 용이하여 추천 시스템에 적합하다. 반대로 사용자들은 너무 많은 웹툰이 있어 자신에게 맞고 즐길 수 있는 웹툰을 일일이 찾아보기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사용자들의 불편함을 해소하고자 웹툰 데이터를 기반으로 Node.js Async 모듈을 사용하여 비동기적 웹툰 추천 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The dapA-complementing gene (L-2, 3-dihydrodipicolinate synthetase: DHDP synthetase, dapA) has been cloned by using a cosmid genomic bank of Corynebacterium glutamicum JS231 that is a lysine overproducer, AEC (s-(2-aminoethyl)-L-cysteine) resistant mutant. By enzymatic deletion analysis, the DNA region complementing the escherichia coli dapA host could be confined to 4.5kb SalI-generated DNA fragment. This DNA fragment was inserted into the C. glutamicum/E. coli shuttle vector pECCG117 to construct pDHDP5812. The specific activity of DHDP synthetase detected in C. glutamicum JS231/pDHDP5812 was increased about 10 fold above that of C. glutamicum JS231. The addition of leucine during growth did not repress the expressin of dapA, and the enzyme activity was not inhibited by lysine.

하드웨어의 속도 발전과 데이터의 누적으로 생성된 수많은 빅 데이터의 활용을 통해 인공지능에 대한 무수히 많은 알고리즘과 시스템이 발전되고 있다. 그중 자연어 처리는 각 국가별 언어적 독립성으로 인해 국가별로 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 앞으로 계속하여 발전해야 하는 분야이다. 이러한 현대 추세에 맞추어 본 논문에서는 사용자의 개인별 누적된 데이터를 통해서 개인에게 맞추어진 개인화 채팅 봇 시스템을 AWS EC2 Instance로 Node.js환경에서 MeCab 라이브러리와 Kakao API, Word Embedding 기법을 이용하여 보다 개인에게 맞춤화된 채팅 봇 시스템을 개발한다.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of long-term administration of Saengshik on growth parameters of growing rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed on AIN-93G basal diets for 12 weeks and assigned to the following groups: rats administrated orally with Saengshik at the dose of 1g/kg/day (1xJS ), 2g/kg/day (2xJS), 4g/kg/day (4xJS) and distilled water (Control). Rats were sacrificed at 4, 8, 12 weeks after oral administration. Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral contents (BMC) were measured by PIXImus densitometry and serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) concentration were determined by using EIA method. Body weight and food intake did not show significant changes within groups for 12 weeks. Physical longitudinal growth indexes, body length and femur length were significantly increased in Saengshik-administered groups at 12 weeks, in which BMD and BMC also significantly increased. Also, in blood IGF-1 level, Saengshik-administered groups were remarkedly higher than control group at 4 week (p<0.001), in which significantly higher at 8 week and 12 week. These results suggest a close relation between administration of Saengshik and increment of longitudingal bone growth. Therefore, as the result of this study, it could be expected that the administration of Saengshik for 12 weeks is helpful to the increase of longitudinal growth and growth factors in rats. Furthermore, we propose that the consumption of Saengshik as dietary supplementation may promote to increase in longitudinal bone growth in growing children.

The sustainability of Iris koreana, a rare and endemic plant designated by the Korea Forest Service, is threatened due to artificial factors such as habitats loss and climate change etc. and internal factors such as changes in biological properties of the habitats etc. but conservation biology research has not been performed in South Korea. The objective of this study is to establish the species conservation strategies by analyzing the characteristics of their habitats, including: 1) Population characteristics, and 2) habitat analysis of the vegetation and abiotic environments. From April to May, 2015, population characteristics [density (stems $m^{-2}$), flowering rate (%) and leaf area size ($cm^2$)] in I. koreana habitats such as Buan1~6 (BA1~6), Jangseong1~2 (JS1~2) and vegetation characteristics (phytosociological research and ordination analysis), and abiotic environments [soil temperature ($^{\circ}C$), soil humidity (%), transmitted light ($mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}d^{-1}$) and canopy openness (%)] were measured. I. koreana was mainly distributed at elevation 50 to 150 m and 2 to $11^{\circ}$ slope. Slope direction was shown as 90 to $193^{\circ}$. The average degree of canopy openness was 11.9%. It showed the highest at BA2 (17.5) and the lowest at JS1 (7.7). The average degree of transmitted light was $6.3mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}d^{-1}$. It showed the highest at BA2 (10.1) and the lowest at JS1 (3.6). Population density showed average 25.8 (stems $m^{-2}$). It showed the highest at JS2 (19.7) and the lowest at JS1 (9.3). flowering stems showed average 16.9 (stems). It showed the highest at BA3 (35) and the lowest at BA5 (4). Leaf area size was average $94.1cm^2$.

This descriptive research study investigated the mediating effect of positive psychological capital (PPC) on the relationship between emotional labor (EL) and job satisfaction (JS) of clinical nurses. The data was collected from 274 nurses working for two hospitals in the D city, Korea, from 7 Sep. 2016 through 23 Sep. 2016. General characteristics, EL, JS, and PPC were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0. The mediating effect of PPC on the relationship between EL and JS was tested using Baron & Kenny's 3-step hierarchical regression analysis. There were negative correlations between EL and JS (r=-.36, p<.001) and EL and PPC (r=-.25, p<.001) and a positive correlation between JS and PPC (r=.47, p<.001). In addition, the PPC, had a partial mediating effect (z=-3.44, p=.001) on the relationship between EL and JS. It is proposed, based on the results, to develop an organized intervention program that enhances job satisfaction by reducing emotional labor and strengthening positive psychological capital in clinical nurses.

This study was to investigate whether cultivated ginseng (CG), cultivated wild simulated ginseng (CWG) and cultivated red ginseng (CRG) extracts influences on the obesity. The saponin contents of 3 kinds of ginsengs were analysed by HPLC-ESI-TOF-MS. Total saponin contents were determined in CG on the most contents and since red ginseng has the highest PD (protopanaxadiol type) / PT (protopanaxatriol type) ratio, there may be differences between ginseng, wild ginseng, and red ginseng with respect to their pharmacological effects. Male C57BL/6J mice were fed a normal diet(N), HFD (60% Kcal fat, C), HFD with CG, CWG and CRG extracts (800 mg/kg) for 5 weeks. We observed change of total body weight, degree of hepatic lipid accumulation and immunohistochemical change of GLP-1 and insulin-secreting cells. Also this study attempts to use the physiological analysis method to analyze the changes of blood lipids, insulin and leptin concentration. The change of body weight and size of accumulated lipid droplets in liver lobules decreased in all of the experimental groups than the control(C) group. In the pancreas, the immunohistochemical density of insulin-secreting cells were significantly stronger in the CWG and CRG than C group. The levels of serum insulin and leptin significantly decreased 55.6%, 54.3% respectively in CWG and CRG. The changes of triglyceride, total cholesterol in serum decreased in CRG than the C group. Obesity related CG, CWG and CRG extracts might have contribute to improvement of obesity by regulating the levels of blood lipids and biochemical indicator of fat accumulation.

For the production of glucose-1-phosphate from sucrose, bacteria having sucrose phosphorylase were isolated from Kimchi. Among them, JS-05, newly isolated strain having high activity of sucrose phosphorylase was selected and identified as Leuconostoc sp. The specific activity of sucrose phosphorylase of Leuconostoc sp. JS-05 was the highest when the strain was cultured at 25C for 20 hrs in the medium (pH 7.5) containing 10 g sucrose, 5g corn steep liquor, and 2.5g yeast extract per liter.

The insulation is a important part of cable. In thisb paper, measured the insulation resistance for analysing of change of insulation resistance by filler on low voltage multicore cables. The insulation resistance is not effected by only insulation material, but also filler material. The insulation resistance is different with measuring before filling and after filling by filler. When develope the new filler or cable, the volume resistance of filler must be considered.

본 논문에서는 개인용 클라우드 서버를 구현하였다. 서로 다른 컴퓨터간의 파일 공유를 쉽게 해 주고 접속한 클라이언트간의 상태를 동기화하여 사용자 경험과 접근성을 높였다. 서버는 NodeJS환경으로 실행되며 solidjs로 만들어진 웹 페이지를 vite를 통하여 빌드하고 클라이언트에 전송하여 렌더링하고 클라이언트와 서버는 웹 소켓으로 연결되어 서버의 변경사항을 실시간으로 반영한다.
