This paper aims to explore and shed light on how the rise of streaming services has been affecting the media landscape in the recent years by looking at the conflicts between the Hollywood film industry and Netflix. It especially examines Netflix's disregard for the theatrical release, as it is the most portentous issue that could reshape the film industry, and Hollywood's opposition to it as revealed through the 2019 Academy Awards where the issue was brought into sharp relief. At the same time, this paper also questions whether theatrical distribution makes a film any more cinematic by examining how Hollywood film production has been largely concentrated on tentpoles and franchises, while Netflix has been producing diverse films often shunned by the studios. In this light, it concludes the changes wrought by Netflix, including its bypassing of the theatrical release, are not likely to be reversed.

The purpose of this study is conduct development and assessment of the on-site customized education program in college curriculum with utilizing Living Lab. The development process is conducted in Living Lab's mechanism ; idea expression, setting agenda, actual activities, and feedback. The developed early education program is constructed four subjects, sixteen sub themes, and fifty three activities. For the assessment of the program, the satisfaction survey was conducted to sixty eight teachers who work for early education institutes in Busan, S. Korea. In the result, more than 80% of respondents answered that the program was satisfying. The study is meaningful as a basic data to utilize Living Lab in various subjects and majors in college.

Lightweight concrete is known for its advantage of reducing the self-weight of the structures, reducing the areas of sectional members as well as making the construction convenient. Thus the construction cost can be saved when applied. to . structures such as long-span bridge and high rise buildings. However, the lightweight concrete requires specific design mix method that is quite different from the typical concrete, since using the typical mix method would give rise the material segregation as well as lower the strength by the reduced weight of the aggregate. In order to avoid such problems, it is recommended to apply the design mix method of high performance self-compacting concrete for the lightweight concrete. Therefore, this study introduces a production of self-compacting concrete, PF-modified and improved version of Nan-Su's design mix method of self-compacting concrete. Through a series of test mixes conducted during the study, the quality of the concrete at its fresh condition has been evaluated per the 2nd class rating standards of self-compacting concrete published by JSCE, especially focused in its fluidity, segregation resistance ability, and filling ability.

원자력 압력용기강의 탄소성 파괴인성값 $J_IC$를 CT형 시험편을 이용하여 검토하였으며, 평활 시험편 및 측면홈 시험편의 두께는 각각 $B_O$=25.4mm, $B_N$=20.4mm 이다. 측면홈의 깊이는 19.7% 이며, 홈의 각도는 90 .deg.로 가공하였다. 탄소성 파괴인성시험은 ASTM E813-81과 JSME S001-81의 추천방법에 따라 실시하였다. 두 추천방법으로 실험한 결과 ASTM 방법에 의한 $J_IC$값이 과대평가됨으로써 부대조건에 만족되지 못하였지만 JSME방법은 만족되었다. 측면홈 시험편은 R고선법에 의한 ductile tearing의 결정이 평활 시험편보다 용이하였으며, 이에 따른 $J_IC$값의 정확성을 배가 할 수 있었다. 또한 임계 스트레치존 폭($SZW_C$)은 측면홈에 의한 높은 3축응력이 발생되어 평활시험편보다 적게 나타났으며, 이러한 복합적인 원인에 기인하여 스트레치존법에 의한 $J_IC$평가는 R곡선법에 의한 평가보다 약간 과대평가됨을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, the demand of LED(light-emitting diode) lighting is gradually enlarged by governmental saveenergy policy, which the LED lighting has been established compulsorily in new buildings, public institutions, and residential installations etc.. The LED lighting is driven by SMPS (switching mode power supply). The SMPS requires high efficiency because the SMPS changes a commercial ac power source to low voltage dc power source. Harmonic components that occur in the conversion process of SMPS decrease system power factor and deal great damage in electric power system. To improve such problems, this paper proposes a SMPS of high efficiency. The switching devices in the proposed SMPS are operated by soft switching technique using a new quasi-resonant circuit. The input ac current waveform in the proposed SMPS becomes a quasi-sinusoidal waveform proportional to the magnitude of input ac voltage under constant switching frequency. As a result, the proposed SMPS obtains low switching power loss and high efficiency, and its input power factor is nearly in unity.

This paper is to provide some of the analysis procedures of the FAD(Failure Assessment Diagram), which is applied th the safety test of the atomic pressure vessels and other structures. Harrison proposed R-6 Diagram, and Bloom developed the method of DPFAD(Deformation Plasticty Failure Assessment Diagram). Analysis of J-integration of the plastic materials give the failure test curve for the materials with serious work hardening effect. J value was obtained form both FEM(Finite Element Mothod) and the experiment using compact type specimen for J=JIC, and the results were compared. In this study, the results of analysis using DPFAD and the factors affecting DPFAD in Static fatigue and fracture were reviewed. It was shown that the concept of DPFAD can be applied to test the safety of the structures.

As the value of big data is recognized as important, it is possible to advance decision making by effectively introducing and improving the development and utilization of JAVA and R programs that can analyze vast amounts of existing and unstructured data to governments, public institutions and private businesses. In this study, news data was collated and analyzed through text mining techniques in order to establish marketing strategies based on consumers' airline preferences. This research is meaningful in establishing marketing strategies based on analysis results by analyzing consumers' airline preferences using high-level big data utilization program techniques for data that were difficult to obtain in the past.

The Kakao bank can be conveniently used if there are only smartphones, identity cards, and bank accounts. However, a few days before the inauguration of Kakao Bank, the company opened an account for receiving loans from other people. In order to avoid such cases, the financial transactions will be detected if the SDS is withdrawn at a short interval of time. The detection system of FDS has four functions which are monitoring and auditing, collection, analysis, and response. There are security problems of the cocoa banks in various directions. This paper illustrates key features of an enterprise employment simulation which integrates a system dynamic feedback model with a cost-effectiveness optimisation capability utilising genetic algorithms. Its core is a 3-dimensional array structure tracking staff numbers by rank, by time-in-rank, by years-of-service. The resultant model, which could readily be adapted to non-Defence use, can identify, given user specification of any mix of employment rules, the likely patterns of employment behaviour including: resultant time-in-rank and years-of-service profiles; ability of a Unit to fill all positions to target strength; ability to fill promotional positions within normal rules for substantive promotion; need to fill promotional positions using rules for temporary promotion or transfer from outside; necessary recruitment pattern to sustain target strength.

Chinese Time-honored Brand is a treasure of China's industry and commerce. It is built by several generations of people with sweat and has a very profound historical and cultural heritage. When it comes to time-honored brands, each brand is quite famous. However, with the rapid development of economic globalization and the huge change of marketing environment, the survival and development of the Chinese time-honored brand have been challenged and impacted. In order to explore the Chinese time-honored brand further, this article analyzes the existing problems of brand communication and puts forward the effective resolution strategies through elaborating the current situation of Chinese time-honored brand from the perspective of brand communication.
