  • Most of buildings' exterior walls are curtain wall systems and in the respect, the cleaning robot system is the main research item for cleaning and maintenance of them. We have structurely analysed the cases to review on the structural stability of the mullion members where the cleaning robot is attached. The result is showing that the largest stress is formed by the basic wind speed, which is specified in Korean Building Code-Structural.

  • Instead of existing bar code system, RFID is now the core sensor technique of Ubiquitous computing and it will bring a revolution of corporation's logistics systems. In recent years, RFID becomes the center of government and other related companies and furthermore, its basic and applied techniques and have been established as various international standards. Many major countries announced application cases in various fields and concentrate their effort to make new RFID technologies as well. Recently Korean government announced the basic plan of u-Korea and all-out plan of activation of RFID/USN. SO in this paper, we will discuss two things; the trends of RFID technologies and the printing tag technique, which is needed to spread of RFID item units.

  • This paper starts with the assumption that in order for hanbok to be made known to the world as a cultural code representing Korean beauty, it must first be made familiar among Koreans with opportunities for widespread use of hanbok in a way which forms an understanding with the fashion sense of young generations, and that wearing hanbok must be promoted. We observe the contents and problems of past hanbok festivals and provide methods to promote the wearing of hanbok among the population, creating an occasion for mingling with various cultures in hanbok events which may be experienced by the general population, and developing hanbok as a tourist item and promoting the hanbok industry through standardized hanbok festivals. Globalization of hanbok most occur through a combination of related academic fields, division of roles in fields of expertise, and a scientific understanding of hanbok. The re-creating of traditional hanbok will allow for affirmation of Korean image, a rediscovery of the value of Korean culture, and the establishment of cultural identity. The development of such global designs will form a foundation for hallyu wave culture within popular culture.

  • In this study, we conduct a case analysis on EZmedicom which is one of the leading companies in e-Marketplace for medical fields. By examining major business models of EZmedicom, we provide the success factors in launching the electronic commerce to the potential companies which are interested in participating in e-marketplace for medical fields. Especially, we deduct the solution, logistics field, and electronic group-purchasing as its major business model. Based on these factors, we also propose the MDvan solution which is one of the electronic purchase and supply system, Ezlogis that is the system supporting logistics parts in medical fields, VMI(vendor management inventory), standardization of item code and the linkage of SCM as its critical success factors of EZmedicom. The findings of this study suggest practical and managerial implications for e-Marketplace implementation in the medical field and further research.

  • In this paper, we develop a mobile platform for pricing equity linked securities(ELS) using Monte Carlo simulation. Mobile phone or smartphone is an important part of most people's lives and has become an everyday item at the present day. Moreover, importance of technologies for anytime and anywhere is increasing daily. Thus, we construct a mobile computing environment for pricing ELS instead of desktops or laptop computers. We provide a detailed Java programming code and a process manual to easily follow up all processes of this paper.

  • General technique and management technology of agriculture have development in every year to ensure the competitiveness of agriculture. Accordingly, Interested in using information systems management technology is improving. For information system, the first system of rural buildings category should be established. Classification system is set up through each specific code. and it takes advantage of the information system is to achieve the computerization of agricultural society. Therefore, in this study construction information classification system, quantity of output category, got to the standard classification system architecture, apply to agricultural buildings to review the situation and saw a problem. The result, it is the complexity and broad scope, and it is set to inappropriate setting of the Category item.

  • Recently many efforts on the development of automatic processing system for delivery sequency sorting have been performed in ETRI, which requires the use of postal 4-state bar code system to encode delivery points. This paper addresses the issue on the extension of read range and the improvement of image processing method. For the improvement of image processing procedure, applied information acquisition method through basic two thresholds onto the horizontal axial line of gray image based on reference information of 4-state bar code symbology. Symbol values are computed after creating two threshold values based on the obtained information through search of horizontal axial values. The implementation result of 4-state bar code reader are obtained the symbol values within 30~60 msec (58,000~116,000 mail item/hour)without noise removal or image rotation in spite of the incline $\pm 45^{\circ}$.

  • The smart phone application to provide auto identification and answer explanation of multiple choice answer for each OMR answer item in the test paper different from ordinary OMR test by using smart phone is very useful in terms of a self learning and a smart learning. In this paper, smart phone application of OMR mark identification for each question item in test paper is proposed. QR code for each OMR answer is provided for the encrypted correct answer and the reference location of multiple choice answer rectangle location. The OMR answer region is extracted and the marked answer is identified in each question of test paper, in order to compare between the marking answer and the correct answer. Experimental result of smart phone application of the proposed algorithm for the OMR answer images with various size and direction shows excellent recognition performance.

  • There has been research to understand users' information behaviors using book circulation data of public libraries. In this study, we examined the subject areas of books simultaneously borrowed by users of public libraries and aimed to identify the relationships among the subject areas. To accomplish this, we utilized the Korean Decimal Classification codes of 984,790 loaned books in 2019 to transform the lists of concurrently borrowed books, totaling 22,443,699 records, by the same users on the same day, into vectors using the ITEM2VEC technique. Next, we extracted ten highly related classification codes for each classification code, utilizing a total of 522 classification codes to create a network. We identified 15 communities within this network and examined the characteristics of each community. Among the 15 communities, those consisting of two or more main classes allowed us to identify meaningful thematic associations. This study, grounded in users' book usage behaviors, has suggested the topics of books that could be borrowed together. The findings offer valuable insights for library collection development and placement, recommending related subject materials, and revising classification systems.
