Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate current status and investigation of government agencies, communities, corporates, hospitals, non-governmental organization, non-profit organization, and so on which performed Corporate Social Responsibility to global health issues. Methods: This paper focuses on analyzing definition and principle of public-private partnership (PPP), types of PPP, challenge of PPP through delphi survey and interview which need to be discussed by professional groups such as private groups, universities and researches, government decision makers, corporates, and hospitals for successful PPP. Results: Based on this analysis on global health issues of 237 groups, the results were shown that main global health issues of many hospitals were aids of the developing countries (48%). Main program was activities of overseas volunteers (30%) and most 152 groups (42%) supported Asia. Also, this paper gives a definition of PPP that is the growth together in PPPs as a way of fulfilling public tasks in partnership between the state administration and private enterprises to apply both strengths behind transparency, accountability. Conclusion: In conclusion, from the results of analysis, we suggest as prior setting of global issues for both demand and supply side and are served as the effective way by PPP on global health issues. Moreover, this study will be expanded on the sections of findings, multiple researches, discussion, and policy recommendations.

This study have derived the big issue of overseas construction through big data analysis. For identification of big issues on overseas construction, domestic online articles, 30 daily newspapers like the JoongAng Ilbo, 7 construction related articles including construction economy and 1,759 local newspapers and small media companies were analyzed from October 1st, 2015 to September 30th, 2016. 13,884 cases in total were used for big data analyses and big issue candidates were identified. The analysis result is as shown below. First, looking into major issues on overseas construction for a year, construction orders in the Middle East decreased because of the drop in oil prices. Accordingly, there were discussions on concerns and crises we may face as profitabilities worsened in overseas construction. Second, analyzing main concern based on 8 key words on overseas construction among construction issues for the last one year, it was found as following: Region (29.4%), Business environment (21.4%), Group (15.8%), Profitability (14.5%), Policy and Institution (7.8%), Market environment (4.2%), Business (project) (4.15%), and Education (3.2%). Third, among 30 issues on 8 key words, 10 key issues that are likely to spread and continue were identified. Then, a semantic network map among key words and centrality were analyzed.

As the recent developments of artificial intelligence, particularly machine-learning, impact every aspect of society, they are also increasingly influencing creative fields manifested as new artistic tools and inspirational sources. However, as more artists integrate the technology into their creative works, the issues of diversity and fairness are also emerging in the AI-based creative practice. The data dependency of machine-learning algorithms can amplify the social injustice existing in the real world. In this paper, we present an interactive visualization system for raising the awareness of the diversity and fairness issues. Rather than resorting to education, campaign, or laws on those issues, we have developed a web & ML-based interactive data visualization system. By providing the interactive visual experience on the issues in interesting ways as the form of web content which anyone can access from anywhere, we strive to raise the public awareness of the issues and alleviate the important ethical problems. In this paper, we present the process of developing the ML-based interactive visualization system and discuss the results of this project. The proposed approach can be applied to other areas requiring attention to the issues.

This study aims to examine primary school teachers' interest and understanding of bioethical issues, and to analyze their perception of bioethics teaching in the primary school education. For this purpose, the questionnaires were constructed. The data were collected from 553 primary teachers in the whole country. Major findings of the studys are as follows. First, most primary school teachers showed high level of interest about bioethical issues, but they had the limited understanding about bioethical issues. Primary teachers showed the highest interest about' respect for human life' and the lowest understanding of 'awareness of current biotechnology' Second, the prior reasons why primary teachers wanted to teach specific bioethical issues in the classes were that 'they were closely related to social phenomena' and 'they were appropriate for enhancing students' awareness of the value of life'. Third, the lack of the teachers' knowledge about bioethics and limited supply of teaching materials were found to be barriers, which prevent them from teaching bioethical issues. The implications of these results are discussed for the improvement of bioethics teaching in primary school education.

인터넷 트래픽의 급증으로 네트워크를 제공하는 사업자인 ISP에게는 망투자비용의 회수가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 망투자 비용의 회수와 관련해서는 인터넷망 중립성 논란과 관련하여 ISP와 CP간 사업자간 첨예하게 대립되고 있다. 따라서 ISP와 CP간 망대가 산정을 인터넷망간 상호접속관점에서 이 문제를 분석할 필요가 있다. 또한 인터넷망 접속과 관련하여 기존 인터넷망 사업자간에도 인터넷망 상호접속제도에 대한 개선마련이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 예상되는 주요 이슈들을 정리하고 각 이슈에 대해 현재의 현황과 문제점들을 중심으로 향후 개선방안을 제시할 것이다. 이를 위해 인터넷 상호접속 규제관련 국내 법제도 현황과 해외동향을 살펴보고 개선방안 마련에 필요한 시사점을 도출한다.

The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the problems of the revision process of the curriculum, and identify the issues in relation to the 7th mathematics curriculum. From the review on the curriculum revision process in Korea, three issues were identified; timing and scale of curriculum revision, research and curriculum revision, and the relationship between the revision of the overall curriculum and that of a subject curriculum. Regarding the mathematics curriculum, the three issues were raised for further discussion; lack of philosophy behind the mathematics curriculum, optimization of mathematics educational content, and differentiated curricula for students of different abilities.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the issues and problems of interior design education in Korea and to further present guidelines for curriculum development and research on interior design education in Korea for the 21st Century. Content analysis and scholastic inquiry from various sources were used to examine the issues concerning 1) professional identity, 2) curriculum structure, and 3) creative scholarship including interdisciplinary approach. Identification of these issues presented in this study will allow interior design educators to help prepare interior design students who are qualified to lead the profession in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 효율적이고 효과적인 정책 발굴 과정에서 빅데이터의 활용이 점차 중요해지는 현실에서 지방자치단체의 정책 이슈 발굴에 빅데이터 분석을 활용하는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 수원시를 대상으로 지난 3년간의 수원시 약 18만 건의 기사를 분석하여 정책 이슈를 발굴하였으며, 이를 IPA분석을 통해 정책의 우선순위를 평가하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 신문 기사를 통한 반정형 빅데이터의 분석으로 전국의 주요 이슈와는 차별화된 지방자치단체의 차별화된 정책 이슈를 도출하는데 효과적임을 보였으며, 특히 도출된 정책 이슈들이 대부분 그 우선순위가 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 이처럼 본 연구에서 제시한 빅데이터 분석을 통한 정책 이슈 발굴의 방법론은 지방자치단체가 효율적인 정책 이슈를 도출하고 민의를 효과적으로 파악할 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 지방자치단체의 온라인 민원 자료, 주민 SNS 등 다양한 반정형, 비정형 빅데이터의 분석을 통한 정책 이슈 발굴에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Analyzing on-line consumer responses is directly related to the management performance of food companies. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed data from an on-line portal site created by consumers about food companies with issues and examined the relationships between the data and the management performance. Through this process, we identified consumers' awareness of these companies obtained from big data analysis and analyzed the relationship between the results and the sales and stock prices of the companies through a time-series graph and correlation analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the result of the text mining analysis suggests that consumers respond more sensitively to negative issues than to positive issues. Second, the emotional analysis showed that companies' ethics issues (Enterprise 3 and 4) have a higher level of emotional continuity than that of food safety issues. It can be interpreted that the problem of ethical management has great influence on consumers' purchasing behavior. Finally, In the case of all negative food issues, the number of word frequency and emotional scores showed opposite trends. As a result of the correlation analysis, there was a correlation between word frequency and stock price in the case of all negative food issues and also between emotional scores and stock price. Recently, studies using big data analytics have been conducted in various fields. Therefore, based on this research, it is expected that studies using big data analytics will be done in the agricultural field.

본 연구는 다양한 규모의 의료기관에 근무하는 의료인을 대상으로 Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice 도구로, 윤리교육 요구에 대한 내용을 조사하여 추후 윤리교육 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. G도에 소재한 의료기관의 의료인 149명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 윤리교육 필요성은 말기치료결정 이슈(r=-.22, p=.007), 환자간호 이슈(r=-.28, p<.001)와 역상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 윤리교육 필요성에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자간호이슈(β=-.246, p=.035)이었고, 그 다음으로 불교(β=.208, p=.010)이었다. 수정된 설명력은 13.4%이었다(F=5.596, p<.001). 윤리교육 프로그램 내용을 구성할 때 대상자의 요구도를 반영하여 환자간호 이슈 내용과, 대상자의 종교를 반영한 맞춤형 프로그램 마련이 필요하며, 윤리교육 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
