This article focuses on the legal systems and practice of intellectual property protection in Japan and China, including the relating civil litigation and administrative litigation procedures. The challenge of balancing the relationship between an invalidation trial and an invalid defense during the process of civil patent infringement litigation is a common issue to be solved in both Japan and China. In addition, it is quite usual that the IP products are being imported and exported across the borders due to the expansion of international trade. Accordingly, one of the most symbolic and difficult issues is how to balance the development of international trade and IP protection in each country. In other words, there is a practical issue regarding whether a parallel import of patented products is acceptable to a country or not. The key to determining this issue depends on the judgment of international exhaustion.

One of the hot issues on GNSS might be that China declared to broadcast the signal of the new Global Navigation Satellite System called Beidou-Compass in December 2011. The multi-GNSS systems with the existing GPS and GLONASS consist of more than 100 GNSS satellites and transmit their signals in near future. Many benefits are expected in accuracy, availability, integrity and increasing anti-jam performance. In this presentation, we have mainly investigated the latest issue for multi- GNSS and discussed spectrum analysis as well as the accuracy improvement issue. The use of the modern weapon system based on satellite navigation information was also briefly investigated in warfare.

The 2020 US Presidential Election was a highly-anticipated moment for our global society. During the election period, the most intriguing issue was who would be the winner-Trump or Biden? Among the possible main themes of the 2020 election, from the COVID-19 pandemic to racism, this study focused on feminism ('women') as a main component of Biden's victory. To explore the character of Biden's supporters, this paper focused on internet spaces as a source of public opinion. To guide the data analysis, this study employed four indices from empirical studies on Big Data analytics: issue salience, attention diversity, emotional mentioning, and semantic cohesion. The main finding of this study was that the representative keyword 'women' appeared more prevalently within content related to Biden than Trump, and the keyword pairs indicated that female voters were the main reason for Trump's failure but the root cause of Biden's victory. The results of this study indicated the role of the internet as a forum for public opinion and a fountain of political knowledge, which requires more rigorous investigation by researchers.

빠르게 변화하는 온라인상의 정보 흐름과 트랜드를 이해하고 IT기술 환경변화에 대응하기 위해서 필요한 선제적 제도 마련을 위한 한 가지 방안으로 빅데이터를 이용하고자 하는 노력이 최근 들어 더욱 가속화 되고 있다. 논문에서는 인공지능 기반의 빅데이터 처리를 통한 이슈 분석 시스템의 개발과 연구를 통해 빅데이터 처리를 위한 새로운 기술의 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 고속의 병렬처리가 가능해진 인공신경망을 사용, 의미 추론 및 패턴분석을 위한 처리 기법을 제안하고 구현을 통해 제안하는 방법에 대한 빅데이터 처리의 적합성을 알아본다. 정보보안의 중요성을 감안하여, 인공 신경망을 이용한 이슈 분석 시스템을 최근의 보안 이슈 분석에 활용해봄으로써 제안하는 방식이 실제 빅데이터 처리에 유용하게 활용 될 수 있음을 검증한다. 실험을 통해서 제안된 방식에 대한 다양한 목적의 빅데이터 처리를 위한 기반 기술로의 활용 가능성을 확인한다.

한국 사회에서 결혼가치관의 변화, 비혼 만연 현상과 더불어 비혼출산이라는 새로운 가족 구성의 형태가 나타났고, 출생률 감소 문제와 결부되면서 사회적 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비혼출산에 대한 사람들의 감성과 인식을 알아보기 위해 방송인의 비혼출산 사실이 알려진 2020년 11월 16일부터 최근 2021년 8월 16일까지 비혼출산에 관한 뉴스기사 댓글을 이용해 감성분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 방송인의 비혼출산 사실이 알려진 사회이슈기에는 긍정적인 댓글이 다수인 반면, 정부여당이 정책적 검토를 시작한 정책의제기부터 정책결정기까지는 부정적인 댓글이 다수였다. 단어 동시출현빈도에 기반한 네트워크를 살펴본 결과, 댓글에는 전통적 가족규범 측면, 정책적 측면, 개인적 측면의 인식이 나타났다. 본 연구는 비혼출산 이슈가 정책의 제화 이후 정책결정과정 동안 부정적 인식이 만연하였다는 점을 밝혀냈으며, 비혼출산에 대한 사회적 논의의 초석이 되었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.

The purpose of this study was to make valuable suggestions for improving environmental education(EE) teaching materials. For the purpose of this study, we analyzed four secondary school EE textbooks in the perspective of environmental literacy components. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) As a whole, the EE textbooks tend to focus the understanding environmental knowledge much more than environmental activities. (2) In 'main text' domain of EE textbooks, environmental information, including environmental issue knowledge, is much more focused than environmental attitudes and behavior, including socio-political and environmental issue knowledge. (3) In 'graphic data' domain, environmental information about environmental issue knowledge was most prevalent. (4) Most learning activities focus on 'issue skill' component, rather than 'attitude' and 'action' component. (5) The objectives of EE in the 7th national Curriculum were not explicitly embedded in textbooks and too much is inclined toward 'knowledge' and 'skill'. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop 'module-type' EE textbooks to enable integrative EE. Also, it is suggested to develop specific strategies for linking environmental knowledge and attitude/behavior.

An environmentally hot issue has arisen from the plan of Young-Wall Dam Construction at Tong river in Korea lately. The point at issue is which value is bigger between the water conservation for human use in future and the ecosystem protection for the intrinsic value of nature including animals and plants there. The purpose of this study is in the qualitative understanding of college students' critical thinking ability and opinion and the environmental values of them through the analysis of their writings. Various environmental values written in the 7th revised national curriculum of Korea are used as a criteria to investigate students' environmental values in their written opinions. Various environmental values are shown up to be handled such as the anthropocentrism, ecocentrism, pro-technology etc. Students of Dept. of Environment Teaching in the Kongju National University are the subject of this study. It shows that they have a deep understanding of the Young-Wall Dam issue and assert their opinions objectively and critically. Most of them(89.5%, n=17) are against the constructional plan of the Young-Wall Dam. Students who are for the plan are proved to have pro-technology value only and the others who are against to have various values including deer ecology.

The growth of cheap, industrial, mass-production-so-called "fast fashion"-has led to dramatic increases in levels of consumption. Inexpensive products tend to foster unsustainable consumption behaviors, which negatively impact the environment and increase pressure to obtain goods at lower and lower prices; this, in turn, has the competitive effect of decreasing wages. This study focused on the concept of socially responsible consciousness in relation to fashion products. Environmental and labor issue concerns were employed as major variables. Empirical data were collected from males and females, between the ages of 10 and 50. Demographic differences were found in SR consciousness. For example, participants in their 10s, 40s, and 50s had higher levels of SR consciousness than those in their 20s and 30s. In addition, consumers' levels of environmental and labor issue concerns had varying effects on the criteria they used to select clothing. Product category type was also an influential factor. Moreover, the analysis showed that SR consciousness was less important in the apparel industry than in the food sector. The study also found an attitude-behavior link in relation to the concept of SR consciousness. The link was stronger for environmental concerns than for labor issue concerns. This study aimed to develop a better understanding of current customers' characteristics and levels of SR consciousness.

The term 'Nepo-baby' refers to someone whose career benefits from family connections. Criticism of the so-called Nepo-baby issue is growing, especially among the MZ generation, who highly value fairness. In this study, we explored how fashion consumers perceive the Nepo-baby issue and its impact on fashion brands. Consumers are more likely to compare themselves to Nepo babies and may experience feelings of powerlessness, unfairness, relative deprivation, and loneliness. These perceptions can lead to negative feelings toward the brand, resulting in disappointment. Our research hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0. Fashion brands promoting Nepo babies affect consumers' self-perceptions of powerlessness, unfairness, relative deprivation, loneliness, and negative feelings. Brand disappointment was tested using a structural equation model. Using a multi-group path analysis, we investigated consumers' perceptions of the Nepo-baby issue and general brand stories. Our research results reveal the significant impact of controversial Nepo babies on negative feelings toward fashion brands and brand disappointment.
