This reach is to comprehend the trend of father-related studies in Korea. The result of analyzing 161 father related thesis published from first issue until 2015.12 issue on 9 journals came out as below. First, father-thesis have increased. But the proportion of it remains for only 1~2% out of total 9 academic journals. Also the increased amount is very small considering the increasing rate of mother-thesis. In other words, the increased number of father-thesis is due to increased number of total amount of academic journals, which cannot be interpreted as the academic interest about fathering has grown. Second, almost of father-thesis were the empirical research and quantitative approach took the most part. Also father-thesis focus on 'what father's role is' and 'how much he does it'. Due to generalization of double-income family and an increase of interest about fathering, operational definition and a measurement issue is growing. Third, the topic of research which handles influence of father to child ranges from social relationship to social and emotional development. Also an interest of awarness development is growing. Meanwhile, research of father's influence to child development depends on cross-sectional data. Only few used vertical material.

중소제조업 스마트공장 구현의 주요이슈는 기술개발 및 투자여력 부족에 대한 해결 방안 모색과 스마트공장 기술에 대한 정확한 구현 및 성공적 성과창출 여부이다. 제조혁신 3.0 패러다임의 실효적 추진을 위해서는 중소제조업의 가치사슬 수준에 기반을 둔 기술정책 추진의 전문성과, 글로벌 기술동향 대비 핵심기술 개발의 우선순위에 의한 세부적 실천계획이 요구된다. 이 논문은 스마트공장 구현관련 IIoT와 CPS 기술에 대한 최신 기술 및 특허 동향분석과 대응전략 및 실천과제를 제시하여 기본적 제조혁신 3.0 기획구조하의 스마트공장 구현을 지원하는데 중점을 둔다.

This study investigates the impact of fiscal transfer, specifically the Village Fund Transfer, on rural income inequality and rural poverty. Studies on fiscal transfer offers contrasting outcomes, some argues that fiscal transfer suppresses wealth disparity, while others argue that it tends to widen disparity. This study employs descriptive analysis in estimating the elasticity of income inequality and poverty rate before and after the Village Fund Transfer. It develops multiple regressions model on panel datasets of 33 provinces in Indonesia before and after the implementation of Village Fund Transfer. This study suggests that the elasticity of income inequality is higher after the implementation of village fund transfer. Rural poverty tends to decline annually, however, the elasticity changes is lower after the implementation of village fund transfer. Furthermore, this study suggests that village fund transfer is insignificant in coping with the issue of income inequality, while education and the level of labor productivity of agricultural sector appears to be the determinant factor in tackling the issue of income inequality in the rural areas. This study further reveals the significance of village fund transfer in suppressing the rural poverty rate. This study also highlights the significance of human resources quality and agricultural sector in reducing poverty rate in rural areas.

This paper describes the packet traffic management of the Ubiquitous Healthcare System. In this system, ECG signal and accelerometer signal is transmitted from a wearable health shirt (WHS) to the base station. However, with the increment of users in this system, traffic over-load issue occurs. The main aim of this paper is to reduce the traffic over-load issue between sensor nodes by only transmitting the required signals to the base station when irregular activities are observed. In order to achieve this, in-network processing is adapted where the process of observation is conducted inside the sensor node of WHS. Results shows that irregular activities such as fall can be detected on real-time inside the sensor node and thus resolves traffic over-load issue.

API(Application Program Interface) 콜 시퀀스 분석은 분석 대상 프로그램에서 API 콜 정보를 추출한 후 분석하는 기법으로 다른 기법들에 비해 대상의 행위를 특징할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만 기존의 API 콜 시퀀스 분석기법은 동일한 기능을 수행하는 함수를 상이한 함수로 잘못 식별하여 분석을 수행하는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 API 각각을 추상화시키는 방식을 추가하여 기존의 식별 문제를 해결하고 분석 성능을 향상시키고자 한다. 그 후 분석 대상들에서 획득한 추상화된 API 콜 시퀀스에 LSH(Locality Sensitive Hashing) 기법을 적용하여 각 분석 대상들 간의 유사도를 계산하고 유사한 유형끼리 클러스터를 형성하는 과정을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 악성코드 분석 시 악성코드의 유형을 파악하는 데 요긴하게 사용할 수 있으며, 최종적으로는 해당 유형 정보를 기반으로 악성코드 분석의 정확도를 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있다.

Vehicle rollover is an important issue for the traffic safety. Rollover can occur from the driver's action, the vehicle characteristics, or the road condition. This study is about the rollover propensity analysis of a jeep vehicle using the steering and braking maneuver, which is the combined result by the driver and the vehicle. Simple equations of roll motion is used to analyze the roll motion and a special purpose vehicle dynamics program is used to simulate the rollover of the jeep vehicle. From the simulation, an incipient rollover motion of the vehicle was found. However, the more complete rollover propensity analysis would require further investigation using roll dynamic sensitivity study.

The recent issue on the withdrawal of U.S. Forces from Korea Suggests an Urgency of Self Defense of Korea. The expected huge defense budget and her armed forces create a need for an operational analysis. It is shown through a statistical analysis what some of the opportunity costs of defense spending have been. Some evidences about what some of the economy sacrifice if defense spending rises have been analyzed to provide executive departments with a quantitative basis for decisions. The Korea-U.S. alliance is discussed in view of the developmental effects of U.S. aids and deterrent effects of U.S.F.K.

The fashion industry is accountable for labor and environment-related issues. With such issues raised, consumers' social responsibility for environmental and labor issues has become an important factor that shapes the perception of companies. This study investigates the relationship between consumer values, concerns regarding social issues, and willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products. This study included two exogenous variables of altruistic value and egocentric value. In the conceptual model, consumers' social responsibility was conceptualized as two constructs of environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. It was then analyzed as mediating variables. Willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products was the endogenous variable. Data was collected and analyzed with PLS-SEM from 600 consumers. The assessment of discriminant validity and construct validity using CFA were conducted before analyzing the model. Structural equation modeling results revealed that altruistic value directly influenced environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. However, egocentric value was directly and significantly influenced only by labor-issue consciousness. Both environmental and labor issue consciousness directly influenced customers' willingness to pay a premium, but did not significantly change their willingness to pay a premium. Two-stage serial mediation analysis results indicated that the constructs did not have a significant mediation effect on the exogenous variables (altruistic value and egocentric value) and the endogenous variable (willingness to pay a premium) for ethical fashion products. This study found the influence of consumer's personal values on their willingness to pay a higher price for ethical fashion products.

환경보존의 문제가, 재편되어져 가는 가치구조에 있어 매우 결정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것은 우리 주위에서 쉽게 목격되어지고 있다. 디자인 역시 이런 환경 보존의 요인이 디자인의 가치구조 재편에 커다란 영향을 미친다는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 환경 보존의 문제가 갖는 가장 중요한 특성은 그 자체가 매우 총체적인 성격을 띈다는 것이다. 이는 그 문제의 접근과 그 해결방안이 총체적이어야만 한다는 것을 의미한다. 역시 환경 보존을 위한 디자인의 문제 접근과 그 해결 역시 같은 맥락에서 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 디자인이라는 분야의 전문성은 이러한 문제를 해결하는데 중요한 단서를 제공할 수 있는 것이다. 그러한 환경 보존의 문제에 있어 디자인 일반에는 재활용이나 포장 등과 같은 지엽적인 부분에서만 그 해결의 실마리를 찾으려 하는 경향이 있다. 하지만 이는 문제 전체를 왜곡시키거나 문제를 더욱더 확산시킬 수 있는 잠재성이 내재해 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 그 해결방안을 총체적으로 도출시키기 위한 인식 적 전환 요인을 분석하고 그에 따른 적절한 방법적 측면을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 디자인 내부의 자기반성이든, 디자인 외부의 요구이든 이젠 환경 보존의 문제 해결을 외면한다면 사회적 공헌을 위한 디자인의 진정한 고유 목적이 희석될 수밖에 없는 것이다.

빅데이터 관련 기술의 발전으로 공공 보건 분야 등을 필두로 데이터에 기반한 정책을 결정하는 체계적인 방법론에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터를 기반으로 국가, 사회의 주요 이슈를 지능적으로 탐지하기 위해서 도메인 전문가와의 협업을 통해 이슈 탐지 모델을 개발하는 방법을 제안한다. 우선, '해외 발생 감염병 국내 유입' 이슈를 대상으로 이슈에 영향을 주는 요인을 도출하고, 영향 요인을 대표하는 변수 들을 설정한다. 다음으로 시스템 다이내믹스 기법을 이용하여 각 영향요인 간의 인과 분석을 통해 인과지도를 구성하여 영향력 높은 주요 요인들을 찾아낸다. 이 과정에서는 데이터 분석가와 감염병 도메인의 전문가와의 협업을 통해 실증적인 모델링을 진행한다. 이러한 도메인 지식 기반 이슈 탐지 모델을 기반으로 하여 상시 모니터링이 가능한 이슈 탐지 체계가 구축되면 더욱 효과적인 정책 의사 결정이 가능할 것이다.
