In this paper, the 3D positioning of IoT sensors with the Unity engine of android platform based home-hub was proposde for IoT(Internet of Things) users. Especially, the monitoring of IoT sensor and battery status was designed with the clustering of IoT sensor's position. The 3D positioning of RSSI(received signal strength indicator) and angle for new IoT sensor according to clustering method was described with the cooperation of beacon and received arrival signal time. This unity engine based smart hub platform can monitor the working situation of IoT sensors, and apply 3D video with texture for the life-cycling of many IoT sensors simultaneously. rs was described with RSSI(received signal strength indicator) and received angle.

The ICT concept has been introduced to realize a highly productive smart factory and respond to the demand for small quantity and mass production between textile processes. ICT convergence monitoring system that can produce high productivity textile products by improving product development period, cost, quality and delivery time through ICT based production and optimization of manufacturing process is needed. In this paper, we propose and implement a system design that senses the amount of remaining sewing material using a non-contact sensor that can be mounted on a sewing machine and displays it on a display using IOT-based LATTE-PANDA board.
This paper presents a low-cost prototype for monitoring online the maximum power produced by a domestic photovoltaic (PV) system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The most common tracking algorithms (P&O, InCond, HC, VSS InCond, and FL) were first simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and then implemented in a low-cost microcontroller (Arduino). The current, voltage, load current, load voltage, power at the maximum power point, duty cycle, module temperature, and in-plane solar irradiance are monitored. Using IoT technology, users can check in real time the change in power produced by their installation anywhere and anytime without additional effort or cost. The designed prototype is suitable for domestic PV applications, particularly at remote sites. It can also help users check online whether any abnormality has happened in their system based simply on the variation in the produced maximum power. Experimental results show that the system performs well. Moreover, the prototype is easy to implement, low in cost, saves time, and minimizes human effort. The developed monitoring system could be extended by integrating fault detection and diagnosis algorithms.

Citizens' distrust of water pollution is very high in tap water that we routinely drink. In addition, water pollution accidents of tap water are difficult to predict and the risk is high, so real-time monitoring and management are needed. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce real-time water quality monitoring using the Internet of things(IoT). Residual chlorine is more persistent and economical than other disinfectants and it is easy to check residual effect, so it is mainly used as a disinfection index in waterworks. It can be monitored in real time by using IoT technology in order to secure the safety of tap water. In this study, we developed smart device for real-time water quality monitoring using amperometry sensor and analyzed its performance.

Most agriculture plantings are based on traditional farming and demand a lot of human work processes. In order to improve the efficiency as well as the productivity of their farms, modern agricultural technology was proven to be better than traditional practices. Internet of Things (IoT) is usually related in modern agriculture which provides the farmer with a real-time monitoring condition of their farm from anywhere and anytime. Therefore, the application of IoT with a sensor to measure and monitors the humidity and the temperature in the mushroom farm that can overcome this problem. This paper proposes an IoT based monitoring system forindoor Ganoderma lucidum cultivation at a minimal cost in terms of hardware resources and practicality. The results show that the data of temperature and humidity are changing depending on the weather and the preliminary experimental results demonstrated that all parameters of the system were optimized and successful to achieve the objective. In addition, the analysis results show that the quality of Ganoderma lucidum produced on the research method conforms to regulations in Vietnam.
This paper proposes a solar tracking system without photo-sensors. The system can be classified into four modules: Solar Tracking, MPPT, ESS, and Real-Time Monitoring. Nine solar panels, as a basic unit, are adopted with grid structures of different heights to reduce wind influence and to enable solar tracking without photo-sensors. The low-cost MCU implements MPPT method which generates PWM switching signal for boost converter. The unit of ESS consists of three-series and four-parallel lithium-ion batteries in order to enable monitoring for abnormalities in temperature and electrical characteristics of battery. Four MCUs used in the system consists of two AVR Atmega128, and two Raspberry PI, and they exchanges operation informations. Experimental results of the proposed system show the solar tracking performance, the possibility of on-site and remote monitoring and the convenience of maintenance based on IoT technology.
In this research, design and fabrication of marine repeater capable to extend communication coverage in monitoring system of fishing gear automatic identification, which is one of implementation method of the real-name electric fishing gear system declared by Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2016, is reported. The proposed marine repeater is fabricated in a form of RF repeater with interference cancellation system (ICS), which can cancel the oscillation due to feedback signal between service antenna and link antenna. In design process, we secure the isolation of 30 dB between service antenna and link antenna. It is confirmed that when the level of feedback signal into repeater input be lower of 15 dB than repeater gain, error vector magnitude due to oscillation can be lower than the performance criterion of 6%, from the test verification. It is expected that the service coverage will be extended by applying the developed marine ICS RF repeater into marine IoT network including monitoring system of fishing gear automatic identification.
Real-time controllability has been a major challenge that should be addressed to ascertain the practical usage of the management systems. In this regards, for the first time, we proposed and implemented an IoT(Internet of Things)-based water tank system to improve convenience and efficiency. The reservoir can be effectively controlled by notifying the user if the condition of the reservoir is unstable. The proposed system consists of embedded H/W unit for sensor data measuring and controling, application S/W for deployment of management server via web and mobile app, and efficient database structure for managing and monitoring statistics. And machine learning algorithms can be applied for further improvements of efficiency in practice.

In the offshore plant industry, the Access service basket for aerial work is used of for various business purposes. However, various types of safety accidents continue to occur in operating these system. In the case of high-capacity workstations currently in use, workers are exposed to various risks in determining and operating the load capacity, proximity distance, and direction of operation. In this paper, to solve this problem, we develop a device that incorporates IoT-based monitoring and crash alarm systems into aerial work systems. The developed device was tested in the presence of experts to ensure reliability of the device, which allows workers and managers to easily check the operation status and thereby prevent safety accidents in advance.

Urban public health monitoring in smart cities focuses on the control of conditions and health challenges in urban environments. Considering the rapid spread of diseases and pandemics, it is important for health authorities to trace people carrying the virus. In smart cities, this tracing must be interoperable and intelligent, especially in indoor surfaces characterized by small distances between people. Therefore, to fight pandemics, it is necessary to start with the already-existing digital equipment of the Internet of Things, such as connected objects and smartphones. In this study, the developed system is employed to provide a social IoT network and suggest a strategy which allows reliable traceability without threatening the privacy of users. This IoT-based system allows respecting the social distance between persons sharing public services in smart cities without applying smartphone applications or severe confinement. It also permits a return to normal life in case of viral pandemic and ensures the much-desired balance between economy and health. The present study analyses previous proposed social distance systems then, unlike these studies, suggests an intelligent and distributed IoT based strategy for positioning students. Two scenarios of static and dynamic optimization-based placement of Bluetooth Low Energy devices are proposed and an experimental study shows the contribution and complementarity of the introduced contact tracing strategy with the applications on smartphones.
