본 연구의 목적은 지역마케팅이 국내외 기업유치에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보는데 있다. 선행연구 및 과거사례를 근거로 본 연구를 위한 가설을 설정하였고, 도시태도 및 투자결정에 영향을 미치는 변수를 경영환경, 생활환경, 시장성, 투자지원환경으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 시장성과 투자지원환경 도시태도와 투자결정에 정의(+)의 결과를 보였으며, 도시태도 역시 투자결정에 정의(+)결과를 보였다.

The results of this study on problems and activation plans of venture business are as follows. First, to ensure substantiality of venture business 1) To prepare and support venture investment capital. 2) To make eggective use of founding capital of venture business. 3) To establish the overall supporting system for founding of venture business. 4) To maintain and ensure manpower for venture business. Second. to prepare investment base for venture business 1) To induce the enlargement of venture investment unions. 2) To ensure the sound trust of KOSDAQ. 3) To permantly setup angel capital investment market. 4) To ensure joint system for R&D and knowledge management, and so forth. Third, to promote environment for the founding of venture business 1) To enlarge and roar business incubator (BI) 2) To establish acts of venture complex. 3) To uplift creative tension feeling and entrepreneurship. 4) To maximum the support for adminstration approvals, and so forth. Fourth, to make global strategy for venture business 1) To furnish oversea venture chances for globaligation to venture business. 2) To operate information network. 3) To establish integrating system of oversea support offices. Fifth, to support capital and tax 1) To activate functions of investment organs. 2) To increase the number of venture investment company. 3) To permanently organige angel capitalists. 4) To reduce and exampt the corporation tax, and the like. Above mentioned results of this study have to be practiced, and in future, subdivided studies will be needed.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the educational experiences of competent engineering students and finding the reason why they invest their time and efforts engaging in school activities. Five students with high GPA, high K-CESA scores and successful employment or entrance test scores, participated in the survey and the interview. In checking their responses, their activities' records were gathered from school DB. According to the modified framework based on the personal investment theory, the interviews, survey and DB records were analyzed on the sense of self, the social cultural environment, and pattern of behaviors in schools. The competent engineering students are able to manage themselves, in maintaining a good relationship with the collegiate, and in having high self-efficiency. They also tend to put effort into their studies and participate in inbound and outbound school activities. At the last part, freshmen foundation, relationship within college, students' activity related future career, economic stability during studies are suggested for supporting students in universities.

This paper suggests the development device of Busan-Jinhae free Economic Zone(BJFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of the Port of Busan and promote the regional development in Busan. It deals with the securable feasibility of necessary sites and development costs and financial resources, the foreign investments figure, and the structure of the BJFEZ Authority. In addition, to evaluate the background, process, and contents of 'Special Purpose Local Government', the paper looks into the amendment proposal of 'Act on designation and management of free economic zones' suggested by the central government from the regional view of point. As proposals to promote and activate BJFEZ, it is recommended in the paper that it is required, first, to draw the detailed political methods to guarantee sound and sustainable development project and investment environment in accordance with regional characteristics prior to marketing, second, to develop and implement differentiated policy means to facilitate foreign investment, third, to strengthen specialty of the BJFEZ authority, and finally, to set up the supporting role and cooperation of both the central and local governments.

This study aims to assess the attraction of foreign direct investment in Vietnamese economic zones (including industrial zones and economic zones). The main research method used are synthesis and comparison analysis based on the data collected from the surveyed group comprising of enterprises operating in the economic zones in the Middle (Chu Lai, Nhon Hoi, Dung Quat) and the Southern (the largest island: Phu Quoc). After conducting surveys, research results show that there is a difference between the assessment and the level to meet the requirements of investors with business environment, expressed through the following criteria: (1) the infrastructure; (2) quality of public services; (3) preferential policies; (4) labor; (5) market; and (6) social services. Based on the assessment of the identified criteria, this paper had suggested six number of recommendations to promote the role of attracting foreign direct investment capital into the economic zones in Vietnam: (1) implementing the "one-stop-shop" policy; (2) continuing to improve the infrastructure of economic zones; (3) prevent and ensure the security of economic zones; (4) implementing vocational training activities to improve quality of human resources; (5) development of supporting industries; (6) raising the quality of capital invested in the economic zone.

Companies have made an investment of cost and time to optimize processing of a new business model in a cloud environment, applying collaboration technology utilizing business processes in a social network. The collaborative processing method changed from traditional BPM to the cloud and a mobile cloud environment. We proposed a collaborative system for operating processes in social networks using MOXMDR-DAI+ (eXtended Metadata Registry-Data Access & Integration based multimedia ontology). The system operating cloud-based collaborative processes in application of MOXMDR-DAI+, which was suitable for data interoperation. MOXMDR-DAI+ applied to this system was an agent effectively supporting access and integration between multimedia content metadata schema and instance, which were necessary for data interoperation, of individual local system in the cloud environment, operating collaborative processes in the social network. In operating the social network-based collaborative processes, there occurred heterogeneousness such as schema structure and semantic collision due to queries in the processes and unit conversion between instances. It aimed to solve the occurrence of heterogeneousness in the process of metadata mapping using MOXMDR-DAI+ in the system. The system proposed in this study can visualize business processes. And it makes it easier to operate the collaboration process through mobile support. Real-time status monitoring of the operation process is possible through the dashboard, and it is possible to perform a collaborative process through expert search using a community in a social network environment.

Marine biotechnology is one of the promising frontier of scientific exploration and commercial utilization for the next century. Compared with the terrestrial environment, the oceans of the world remain largely unexplored and include a major portion of bio-resources. Using the tools of biotechnology, the vast and diverse marine resources can be applied to produce new products and foods. Marine biotechnology has the characteristics of pro-environment, saying energy, and intensive knowledge. Therefore, we can take advantage of the marine biotechnology industry under our situation with the poor natural resources. The study focuses on the current status and administrative supports on marine biotechnology industry for upgrading the economic value of output. The status of our marine biotechnology industry is beginning stage in the economic aspects. Manpower and the level of most technologies are weaker than the ones of the advanced countries. More investment and recruiting skilled specialists are necessary because the improvement of marine biotechnology is depend on the technology and scientists. This study suggests the ways of administrative supports for domestic marine biotechnology: Efficient information network and supporting system for the development of marine biotechnology should be interrelated with other technical and scientific fields; The government should provide sustainable fund for the long-term research project and the infrastructure in the marine biotechnology.

As electric power systems have been moving from vertically integrated utilities to a deregulated environment, the charging of reactive power management is a new challenging them for market operators. This paper proposes a new methodology to compute the costs of providing reactive power management service in a competitive electrical power market. The proposed formulation, which is basically different from those shown in the literature, consists of two parts. One is to recover investment capital costs of reactive power supporting equipment based on a reactive power flow tracing algorithm. The other is to recover operational costs based on variable spot prices using the optimal power flow algorithm. The charging shapes resulted from the proposed approach exhibit a quite good meaning viewed from a practical sense. It turns out that reactive power charged are mostly due to recovery of capital costs and slightly due to recovery of operational costs. The methods can be useful in providing additional insight into power system operation and can be used to determined tariffs of a reactive power management service.
